Added some Universol Yellow to counterpart the KMPS which has high K. ORP dropped a lot, countered it with KMPS and POLY(DIMETHYLAMINE-CO-EPICHLOROHYDRIN). Discovered some Bananas on Christmas, the plant looked due anyway so no worries, wanted to chop her anyway, guess I was right with the timing and the plant showed me it is done and did a last attempt to pollinate itself, normal behaviour in my opinion, also the Bananas were blanks, didn't see any pollen. Chopped her on day 83 from sprout that's why this week only has 6 days. Values are average of the day. Last few pieces are falling into place...dehumdifier...ac unit and vpd monitor are all ordered. Finally will b finished gathering parts (outside of led lights eventually). Everything pretty much on cruise control...dry amendments is def easier so far. Cant wait to see the end result. At the very least i will b doin dry for veg from now on. Labs should b done tuesday and will be statn a bokashi compost bin soon.

We’re at 5th node now but she’s lookn real strong and the stem is really thickening up. She’s been worked hard with the feedigs recently so got a plain ph’d rinse today to wash out any lingering mineral buildup. No big deal, no issues, just preventative. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Bueno familia ya finalizamos con el proyecto de las Blue Spider, son una cepa bestial, me sorprendieron para bien La verdad que el secado muy bien 7 días en Malla y a los botes, 50% humedad y 23 grados es la temperatura ambiental que han tenido en el secado. This week has been a good one all round. The sun has been beaming down all day for days and I still due to continue for a while. The gorilla 🦍 has now started to get to a nice bushy size, unfortunately outgrowing the original tent position. After the mistake I made with the Rhino Ryder I grew by taking the bold move to leave permanently in the elements, the cold temps at night really slowed bud production. I have had to improvise and make a shoddy attempt at lifting the tent to allow the room needed.

Another good week of growth , started to tie these down , spread them out and shape them to let light in to the future bud arms and defoliated a few of the larger leaves that couldn’t be tucked out of the way . These GSC are looking nice and healthy but not as bushy as the cherry colas in the same space .

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.
