First attempt LST tie down stems on Gelato 41. I decided to try lst on Gelato 41 since she charged out of the gate full force and was taller than the other sprouts. From the side view, the node structure is very close. I thought since she was shooting up so quickly, there would be more space between them. Week4 I was using thin wire pins for the last. I had to switch to 1/2 garden pins to hold down the stems. As you can see she is very short and bushy. The tight node Structive is indicative of indica dominance. Lots of leaves. Looks like an afro hair do. Pic 5/24, 5/27, 6/2. Put mirrors under the canopy to add more light 6/5. Start week 5 water feed. Check pins as her stems are strong and push the pins up. 6/7 water & feed 6/9 water & feed 6/11 water & feed 6/13 water & feed light deformation 6/16 1 gal flush Gelato 41 She's the last gal in the tent to start flower. Nothing yet. 6/25 pics 6/26 took her out of the tent today and put her outside. She is one of my Afro girls. I See flowers today. 2 months after the seed popped the soil. I thought she was an auto but maybe fast photo. I will say that she is very bushy. Because of the LST, she has an even canopy with at least 20 or more tops. 7/9 pics. She has acclimated to outside very well. It's hot and humid and we have had lots of rain. Her colas have shot up in bud formation. This plant has thin leaves.much different from most other strains I've grown 7/12 more pics showing LST tie down and bud development 7/22 more pics 7/30 outside girls.

Finally here !! After 3 days in a mix of lombricompost and black soil of demetheart the plants have stretched too much, the clone light is not bright enough, I'm going to move them!!

Week 9 .......... Flower Week.........June 6 to 12, 2020 ........ Days 57 to 63 from germination She bulked up more this week and buds are swelling. She has reacted well with Massive and has increased her nodal spacing. Now she needs to work on bulking up more and filling in that spacing😀👍 Switched to Advance Nutrients Overdrive for the PK booster this week.......didn’t realize how much i still have of this and Big Bud so I brought them back into the grow this run😁 Overdrive is a great product, just been trying out a different line last two runs. As you can tell I like to use the supplements😂😂 and it gets a little pricey with the Advanced line. They have some killer products though with Piranha, Tarantula, Voodoo, Sensyzime, Bud Factor X, Overdrive for example. A little more leaf strip at the end of the week to let more light into the middle of her. Focused on the leaves on the inside of her and left a number of the fan leaves on the perimeter of her to help with sugar production. Starting to see some possible nutrient issues forming as she is aging and some of her leaf tips are starting to curl down a bit. There will also be some wind stress on this girls main stem. Red hairs have started so we should be less than three weeks to go and guess at roughly 2 weeks to go. Will be feeding next week but that might be the end......see what the week brings. Hope she will run another three weeks allowing her to fatten up.....hairs are still large and lot are still very white......time will tell🤞👍 Environment has been hovering at 79 degrees and 61 percent humidity for most of the week. Yeast and sugar CO2 in use. Still feel there is going to be trade off battling the pH issues of the pots by feeding her 4.4 water and feed. I have to keep it that low to have a runoff of 6.6pH🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 Going to start letting the pH drift higher the next couple of days though and give a couple of waterings at 5.6 to ensure she is taking up enough phosphorus and potassium. Now to just ramble........this girl is freaking awesome!! She is the one that captures all my attention right now. Her frost levels are ridiculous for 9 weeks on an auto, in my experience🤩😃🤩 She is certainly at photo period levels compared to girls I have grown and with hopefully at least a couple of weeks still to go to improve.......DAMN!!! The Skywalker I have run from Mephisto were also crazy good for frost levels. Her buds are stacking up gorgeous and getting thicker. Still a lot of long thick white hairs so hope she takes her time and fattens up and not just starts drying and hardening up.......not yet anyway🤞 Her side branches are producing long thick colas and make you instantly smile thinking about possible yields😉🤞 She is one of the nicest plants I have ever grown! The resistance is crazy good as she battles though this high pH crap I have thrown her into. Believe it was an issue with too much Magnesium too early and the fabric from the pots. To battle that I have been hitting her and Killer Kush with heavy watering/feeding everyday at 4.4 ph!!!!!!. runoff from that is 6.7 a day later. As time passes after the feeding the pH is drifting up......heave feed to pull it back down🤪🤪🤪 She has been powering through this and growing very nice at 28” tall......perfect!!! So happy I have 5 more seeds of her. Awesome work Mephisto!!!!! September 23 2019 6AM- Here we are! Week 10! Feels like just yesterday they were seedlings! Great bud growth, frostier than frosty the snowmans ass! 🤣. Going to get a microscope to look in there and see if they are milky yet or not! More and more hairs are going orange, i have been lollipoping these bad girls like crazy. So damn cool!😱 September 24 2019 6PM- The Smell is so sweet it is amazing, almost like candy! i took some popcorn buds and they are currently drying! that is where i got those sugar leaves from, i continue to defoliate the bigger leaves covering the buds from all that beautiful light.😘 September 25 2019 7AM - Today i started the flawless finish by advanced nutrients!!😎 September 25 2019 6PM -The buds have honestly thickened up over night it seems to happen as i blink lol i love growing, amazing strain! definitely recommend this strain for beginners as you can see i made many mistakes! They are gaming weight on buds nicely as well. Aroma OMG I am sensing ripe sweet fruits, a bit woody and gasy. The Day it's just around the corner. 05/10 Day 74 Last watering, in the morning approx. 1.5l per pot. At midnight lights out for good. 06/10 Day 75 Uploaded 2 clips from last night. Trichomes are on point. Some buds 50-70% amber and they did gained some weight overnight. Just one more night of darkness and will harvest! 😎 07/10 Day 76 It's done!!! Harvested and trimmed. Lovely buds sweet and fruity with citrus smell and the taste of the smoke is the same. She has a potential to have a good yield if you have a good lamp. Nice buds really sticky, with nice trichomes. :)

Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)
