Stretch is mostly over and can see,buds begin to fatten up. đŸ”„Gelato, Do si do, and amnesia are in a 3 way tie for tallest plant but amnesia got tallest the fastest. Alaskan purples are the runts of the group.đŸ”„ Amnesia has the biggest buds followed closely by the do si do and gelato tied for 2nd. Within days of getting the air fixed 😁😁😁 almost done venting the heat from the dehumidifier almost time to let the ladies get ripe in the dry coolness 😎😎😎

A ver...ya es muy claro que estamos llegando a final de ciclo. Las hojas primarias amarillas no dejan dudas. La Anaconda es una cepa muy interesante. Un híbrido muy tirado a skunk con unos aromas que no engañan y que nos dejan entender que viene seguro un material de humo sobresaliente. Ha sido una experiencia muy interesante mucho por lo desconocido de Anaconda Seeds y sus cepas. En concreto estå serå su cepa estrella, por el nombre del banco ser el nombre de la cepa y sin duda que aquí habrå algo muy bueno. Cara a las ultimas semanas y por qué hay que darle fuerza a que ganen tanto lo mås de resina posible y densidad (esta cepa si comparada a las de Ripper Seeds de la temporada de otoño, es mucho menos densa) y en ello hay que poner foco, sea en el aporte de PK, sea mucho en base a aportes de silicio y eso por qué se confirma lo que creo de los nutrientes Top Crop. Seguro son equilibrados, ...seguro serån muy buenos para tirar de aromas y terpenos por lo que Big One y Top Candy hacen a lo largo del ciclo, pero en el aporte de PK no son los mejores en lo tocante a darle fuerza a lo que se esperan de cogollos de primerísima orden de calidad y con ello, he empezado a trabajar con finalizadores empezando con el Final Boom de la linea The Witcher's Potion de Cannaboom y aun esta semana sin quitarle el Top Bud, recurriré a la "bomba potåsica" de Agrobeta, el EXPLOTA COGOLLOS sólido para que en menos de diez dias los cogollos se encuentren "pegando" y en diez días, serå el limite para lo que los cogollos de nuestra Anaconda, sean lo que serån. Si algo es muy claro es que los cogollos van de tope a base de las ramas y habrå una producción muy significativa - y en eso hay que darles las gracias a la gente de Anaconda Seeds, pues no faltos bancos de semillas apuntan a cosechas grandes y después de corte y secado si sacas un tercio de lo esperado, ya es mucho - y que no te vengan con condiciones óptimas y con luces y nutrientes y que se yo...si todo esto tienes y te salen cantidades pifias es por qué lo que han trabajado en genética es flojo y sin capacidad a mayor y muchas veces les pregunto a hermanos growers "plantas para que tengas cogollos foto "fast food" o plantas para tener yeld de altísima calidad y lo mås productivas posibles?" En resumen y sin duda quepa, que la Anaconda es una cepa muy interesante, en sus dimensiones organolépticas y su genética es de lo mås estable y con eso estån garantizadas las condiciones para que el resultado final sea una maravilla. Os dejo las fotos, donde ya es muy notorio el final de ciclo con los "amarillos" ya puntuando en el grow y los pistilos día trås dia estån gradualmente amadurecidos y los cogollos ya expresan esos cambios en las notas de colores. 420 siempre y que el Dios Jah nos proteja con su sabiduría y buenos vibes.

- The ladies got a little hot this week when I had to keep them in a box during a house inspection. Next day a lot of pistils had turned brown and now end of week, there’s not very many swollen calyx and new pistol growth. - I raised the light in order to lower the heat a little (it’s also been a hotter week this week in general), I think it was a little too close at 14”. Raised it to 16. - I spoke with someone on Reddit who told me about “shooting powder”, a sparkling PK booster that reverts the plant back earlier in flower. Fucking magic. Going to try that for the next three weeks to see if I can get the ladies to bounce back and produce more girthy bud. They sure did frost up more though! ❄ - leaf tips stopped burning finally after last weeks sporadic EC spikes. EC back down between 2 inflow with 2.2-2.3 outflow. So, I’m happy with that. - added another fan. Found a cheap $15 fan that has a low profile back and can sit in the corner without blocking the light. Doesn’t rotate but makes the ladies dance a littler more which is nice đŸ’ƒđŸ»

MONDAY: First week of flowering nutrients: TUESDAY: Defoliated THURSDAY: starting to feed with 2ml Top Bloom + 1ml Top Candy Big One 1L sprayed + 2L water with Top Bloom Plant Three - accidentally broke the top of the main stem while doing LST - be careful, don't do it when in a hurry! It got bush again after less than a week, i think i am still waiting for the stretch, hope not too much.

Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down

The Bruce bangers are huge and falling under there own weight but no complaints here. They are starting to produce alot of trycomes and put on weight. I'm feeding them 600 ppm every 2 days and they could still use more just worried about burning but so far they are just hungry. I harvested the white widow girl they are hanging and will give a final harvest dry weight when they are dry. 2 of the widows got some good purple but all are fire. đŸ”„ thanks for looking happy growing and god bless.!

Took a while to get there but OMG little note quick! So I started her in a 1 litre pot and stuck her on top of a 1.5L Pepsi bottle with the top chopped off! And she yielded heavily for that amount of soil a whopping! 224.63 wet weight so can’t wait to see what she holds dry because them buds were like boulders! So dense! I will be back to document her dry weight and then a couple of weeks later with the update on the smoke report! But I know it’s going to be so loud! She has deep pungent aromas like gassy and sweet! She’s going to be a powerhouse! She was a little over as today a banana developed but that just tells me “well done” timing just right! She’s a little long for my taste of auto but I do suggest anyone grow her she’s amazing! In the end!

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (Lime/yellowing) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Shortly thereafter, she was back in business, green mostly regenerated. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of dĂ©jĂ  vu. DĂ©jĂ  vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before.
