-Notes Green crack is over 34 inches while the La chems around 24. Next time i do a diary i will do each plant differently. Light height is 12 inches from highest colla which belongs to GC1. And let me say wow. Not only did she bounce back but she has went back to outgrowing all the other plants with stride. If a pro grower had this seed she would have got her own 3x3 cause that is a 1 pound plant. So.. I flushed TD2, GC2 and TD1. Nothing major just about 3 gallons fush each. Most of the ppm readings where already low. Its a good idea to flush out the soil. Already the lime green color is gone from gc2. Td2 is starting to frost golden brown. So far all the plants are on the road to good health. My ppm is around 600 but going to bump up to 900. We will see. We did the final defoliate. Mainly cleaned up the bottom of the plants and a few of them got pruned. Also cleaned out the tent and wiped down and moved fans around. -GC1 has grown almost 20 inches this week. Insane. I am about out of room in my tent. My light is near max and the colas are 10 inches away. Just going to have to deal with the fox tail later on those sadly. Any advice message me. Td2 has grown a few inches only in 2 weeks but the buds are fattening up. The La Chems finally started stretching. I am guessing 3 or 4 weeks on td1 and 2 weeks after gc and la chems. We will see.

Hey everyone! Here's the Week 6 update! 😀 and I had some issues! Nothing too serious but still worth mentioning! I had some kind of algae growing in my medium so I stopped watering the plants for a while (I used to feed them twice a week) and I just did it once this week to wait for the plants to use more of the water inside their pots and I think it did work! I also removed most of the soil on the top to avoid spreading anything dangerous to my plants! 😭 Besides that I started doing a more aggressive LST and I also pruned some of the bigger sugar leafs 😲 My plants were also somewhat overfed (or I was close to nutrient locking them) as some of their leafs were quite dark (you'll be able to notice the difference from the color of the new leafs vs the old ones) so for the next schedules I'll just feed them once per week or feed them once then go only with pH'd water and then go back to fertilizers to avoid damaging the plant! 💀 On another note, the smallest plant has grown quite well so next week I'll be swapping her to a new por! I think she deserves it! The 3rd plant now has a name and it's "Boomer"! 😍 I also decided to go for 4 colas instead of 8 because the size available in my tent is small and I don't want risking my plants fighting for light in such a small space! 😢 Anyway, thanks everyone for reading everything so far! Man, that plant is really taking off. It's finally starting to look just like the good old Gas House Parent. I can almost smell it already. Can't wait to see how much bigger it gets! *** RESULTS ARE IN *** Final results are in! Updated with pics of dry-trim and weigh-in :) Total yield was 228g of bud + 45g trim to be used for tincture. Total weight 273g / 9.75oz This was way beyond what I was expecting! Was hoping to get around 6oz from this grow, so the final result has absolutely blown my mind. But more importantly, it's a !!REALLY!! good smoke :) I've taken half oz off the top and put the rest into mason jars for curing, but even without a cure, the taste is good - sweet and creamy. The smell has come on LOTS through the drying process. When I chopped, the smell was fragrant, but not too strong. Now, you can smell it across the house and no mistake. It packs a punch too, very potent high - Can't wait to share with a few friends :) ********** Well, this has been an awesome experience for my first grow. Thankfully, these girls were super strong - they took a LOT of abuse in terms of high temps (up to 38C some days) and survived me being an idiot in the early days and not really knowing what I was doing. But here we are! Almost didn't want to chop them down..... but I got over that pretty quick. Total wet weight from both was 1339g (47.8 oz), of which about 150g is popcorn / larf. Super impressed with the yield :) My aim is to be self sufficient, in terms of yield being able to last long enough for another grow cycle to complete. With a rough estimate of 3 months per cycle, and based on my current usage of approx half oz a week, I would need this to result in about 6oz when dried, and I think this could be achievable. I will update the dry weight in due course. Can't speak to the quality yet. As tempting as it is to quick dry a test nug for a cheeky toke, I'll wait for it to dry properly, so I can really appreciate it. I've waited this long to harvest, another couple of weeks won't kill me. Also, I still have some of my current stash (hopefully the last weed I'll ever have to buy!). It's really difficult to be patient though, because DAMN it looks good. I'll give the buds a good manicure and dry trim when they're ready. It smells really good too! The smell is not overly powerful, it doesn't slap you in the face like some weed does, but it's delicious! Fresh, bursting oranges, with just an undertone of that unmistakable weed smell......It's like The Man from Del Monte is stood behind you in a queue, and he has an eighth of dank in his pocket that he doesn't think anyone else can smell. If I had to say I've learned anything along this journey, it's that it's better to be prepared. Research things that COULD happen and have necessary stuff on hand when you need it. Don't wait until that deficiency shows before ordering what you need and finding out it'll take 2 weeks to ship (fuck you, covid-19). And there we have it.... will report back once dried for the final weigh-in and smoke report. Stay safe, stay high :)

9/20 Adjusted lights to 40% at 24 inches. It looks like I have a whorled phyllotaxy with the Sticky Mango. 3 branches per node. Should be cool to see how she develops. 9/22 Watered at 900 mS/cm 9/23 Dropped ir light on plants. Broke a fan leaf off the Moonberry Pie Auto. Removed other leaf to maintain light distribution and symmetry. Otherwise plants look great. 9/24 Added IR lighting. 10 before and after lights on and off. Hung at about 48 inches. 9/25 Topped Pink Apple Soda and Yuzu Sour above 4th node. Watered at 1.080 mS/cm pH 6.1. Watered to minimal runoff. Reduced RH to 62% 9/28 Increased lighting to 50%. Topped the Sticky Mango Auto. Was going to get to tall. The whorled phyllotaxy aspect of the plant is interesting. It is definitely growing faster than the others . It even has pistils already and a VERY dominant side branch. The plant I dropped the IR light on (Moonberry Pie Auto) definitely got stunted even though only 2 fan leaves had to be removed. The other topped plants (Yuzu Sour Auto and Pink Apple Soda Auto) look great. Starting to get bushy. Tucked the large fan leaves. Turtle Taffy Auto has been rather disappointing. If it doesn't show me something soon I may not waist the nutrients and get another Tastebudz Genetics seed going. It's been dropping into the low 30s here at night. I have no choice but to pull cold air into the top of my grow tent at night to maintain 75 to 80 degrees. The cool air is having a fall like effect on the leaves. Also think my fox farm soil is finally low on nutes. So I started mixing in my compost tea. The Lemon Haze is beginning to develop a very pleasant Lemon Aroma :D I find myself enjoying the smell more and more each day.
