Hey hey :) Flowering mode ON. They are looking realy good, one week in flower and i noticed this Strains require a boost of Phosphorus at this phase. Beside that the Vegeative phase was really good for a 150W Hps Lamp. I will keep it updated every week, Cya next week guys

I started germination of 2 M.A.C beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Been itching to give this variety a go! Never givin pev seeds a try but... hopefully they keep this amazing powerhouse true to its name. Guess this grow will double up as testing the waters with pevs genetics. Always intresting to dive in to different breeders.

Yellow Leaves. I am in Day 68. Give them 1 more week…. Then chop chop. Day 70: As night temperatures go down to 3 degree Celsius I had to reschedule. 1 NYC Sour D, 2 Royal Haze and 1 Royal Cookies have 90% milky trichomes. Only little amber trichomes. So I give them 72 hours of absolut darkness and will go for harvest. 1 NYC Sour D and 1 Royal Cookies moved from greenhouse to growtent. Trichomes look almost ready but I think 1 more week would help. Growtent definitely too small for 6 plants.

One Foster said goodbye around day 35. Some nutrients missed her but idk why only on one plant. The others look good so far :)

Started one seed of Cherry Bomb popped in 48 hours. The seedling took off from there. I just used tap water and paper towel to germinate. We are at 7 days today, and she is looking good. Picked up a 32x32x63 tent for this grow. Currently I have her in my aero garden which has done wonders for me, and my hydro set up. As she grows I will move her into a 5 gal bucket for hydro. We will use a 450w viparspectra LED for this grow. I am using a small amount of nutes in the reservoir, as always I am using general hrdroponics flora trio cal mag, and silica.

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

We’ve officially entered week 7 with our FBA 2503 from 42Fast Buds, and the transformation is impressive—our girl is now in full bloom! After a smooth and steady vegetative phase, the flowering stage is progressing beautifully. The decision to experiment with a 12/12 light cycle for this autoflowering strain has proven to be an interesting choice, and so far, the results are encouraging. The plant stands tall and strong in its 10-liter pot, with a well-structured shape thanks to early LST. The climate remains stable with daytime temperatures reaching up to 30°C and an average range of 27–28°C. Humidity levels are consistently between 60% and 65%, which has supported healthy growth throughout the cycle. We continue to feed her with Xpert Nutrients, and the impact is clearly visible—dense flowering sites, vibrant foliage, and a healthy overall appearance. The aroma is starting to build, and the buds are forming with great structure and frost. So far, this grow has been a pleasure, and week 7 marks a crucial point where everything starts coming together. We’re excited to see what the final weeks will bring!

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----prior 4 weeks updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom.
