On day ten I did my first feeding at half dosage and lowered the lights from 21inches to 18, ladies responded really well. Notice growth by the next morning. On day day twelve I did second feed which went well. Did my third feed on day thirteen, which did not go well, 5 hours after feeding I notice leafs were cured up, I brought the lights up to 21 inches and fixed the problem. Light burn. Day fifteen I tried LST which did not go well since this was my first time doing this. Day 16 ladies where back to normal so I did Fimming and see how that works out for me. Wish me luck.

In the beginning of the week she was standing a bit crooked. I will be mainlining soon and I want her central stem to be strong. So I tied her stem to a chop-stick to do a bit of low stress training prior to topping her. At the end of the week, I topped her as step one in mainlining. Also took her top and attempted a clone. There were 4 girls that germinated on the same day. This one is the healthiest and had one more node than her sisters. I will wait a week and then top her sisters. She was well over 9" tall before topping. Also hit the hydro store and picked up some Fishsh!t and Recharge. Added that, worm castings and some Down to Earth dry amendments to brew up a compost tea. Gave her a big sip on 3/4 after topping her. We'll see how she looks next week. Check out the 2.99 humidity dome that my hubby made for me. Picked up a clear (except for the flowers on the sides) tote at the dollar store. He used plastic tops from QT to create vents at the top of the dome. It's nice and tall for my clones.

Day 15 I added a second trellis netting for scrogging purposes but mildly mostly it was for support as the buds start to thicken up. It looks like things are coming along very well no deficiencies no pests and everything looks relatively healthy. I'm still toying around with the idea of having a continuous drip of water into the pot so that never dries out I'll just have to tweak it when I decide to go that way cuz that are not over-watering and causing root rot

Deep Forest Autoflower is slowly making more progress. It looks like she is starting to switch to bulking. She is definitely taking her time. Every thing is looking good beside the slow speed. Following med-teks feed chart. Feeding heaviest nutrients (2.7 EC) runoff currently just over 3.0. Going to need to do a small flush to and start reducing ec prior to actual flushing phase. Advised by my local hydro shop to reduce EC down to 1 before hitting the plants with the heavier nutrients. Only started applying this method 2 weeks ago. Seems to be ok. Would appreciate some opinions but!

It was a fatigue collecting them, really so much grass as I didn't see it from a while. The most beautiful plant in my opinion, 16 peaks is worked that are all beautiful lined, and big for really. The amount of resin is more than satisfactory and the flowers are very large looks here an outdoor is really a show, I brought it to the yellow leaves because it had a lot of white hair and I preferred to make it mature right. Daltrone 8 weeks are a time as declared and perfect. Really beautiful. The second plant I say that I like less but only because I left two side branches under the main lining that sucked power in the center, result? Week 2 of flower roughly and all plants have begun the shift to cotton balls. Except for the males of course but, they’re grown som hefty sacks also😉. As it turns out we have 3 males, not 2. That might present an option to harvest pollen off one of em to actually save for future use. We’ll see how it goes. Other than that - all plants are performing generally well. Certainly we’ll enough to make some seed babies so let’s get to it. I figure nuts start bust’n in about 2 weeks or so yall! Giddy up and slap dat ass - we gotta make ourselves some bit ‘o awesome😎. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Growing great. been adding calmag to the mix and she bounced back. Still a little yellow but the buds are growing nicely. Great trichome production To the touch it smells SO much like blueberries Im blown away and theres still more maturing to do! Excited to see how much more she fills out.
