Day 57 - plant 1 still going great, stretch over, building bud mass. Plant 2 also doing well, looks about a week behind #1, and the leaf discoloration on upper fan leaves hasn’t abated. I’ll look into that more this week. Day 58 - drunken “deer gnaw” defoliation of the canopy fan leaves. Day 60 - Houston, we have a problem. Vent fan isn’t venting. Will have to research and/or swap out. Humidity through the roof. Bad timing! Day 61 - fixed extraction fan. Knocked tube off of inlet somehow 🙄

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. In the beggining of week 4 of flower the phenos are showing differences. Nanaz x BBC are way toller that the Headbands. Also, Nanaz x BBC #2 has no pistils but it is a female plant. I have that happened before when I grew the Banana Butter Cups S1

This plant during her life have passed trough many issues but she overcame them all and she express an incredible vigor. This week I just added some straw on the ground and I have watered with a solution of EM that I made, also a light solution of molassa have been added to the foliage OMG is not even possible to make a diary longer than 30 weeks here lol 555555

Second week of flower, time to stretch! Im very happy with the outcome so far, it is without worry that some tops are in shadow. Enough tops to go around, have to wait until after stretch to lollipop! The lady all the way in the back, to the left, has either stunned growth or just slower than the other to go into stretch. However i will just play the waiting game, as i see no symptoms for a problem atm. ***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D49 (12/04/2021): I bought Gaia Green power bloom 2-8-4 and top dressed the plants with 2 tbs. / gallon of medium. After showing deficiency, I felt that my plants needed more then just hen manure. I also bought shrimp compost to make proper compost tea. D54 (17/04/2021): I made a compost tea with shrimp compost, sea weed extract and phytoplankton soil enhancer. I continue to defoliate and remove leaves randomly when leaves are blocking light to bud site. Glue Gelato is amazing!😍 She's starting to bulk and her pistils are getting longer. She's also starting to have some trichomes. I'm expecting the smell to ramp up this week 👌 Banana Kush has stretch a lot and she is as tall as Glue Gelato but less bushy. Gelato is really smaller so I lifted the pot with wood block so she can get more light. It's been only few days and I can already see that she appreciate receiving more light 👍 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-26C ; during the night: 19-20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 48-50% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. This week, I almost gave water everyday.

Realized just how intense manual feeding for coco is. Takes up to 3 hours to mix the nutrients, water, and wait to empty the saucers. And I'm just doing this once a day, imagine the experienced growers feeding 3+ times a day. Definitely would be ideal to have a drip/drain system installed in the future. Pheno 2 got so lanky and heavy it fell over! A scrog and bamboo sticks would've helped a ton. Placed a peony cage to support the branches but it's hard to get it angled properly with the branches grown out. Boosted the PK again this week and halved the Bloom Nutes.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. 😎 Ahuuu, siebente Woche und sie wachsen und wachsen, trotz hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit ist nirgends Schimmel zu finden. Was mich sehr glücklich macht. Das bekämpfen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit ist gar nicht so einfach, zumal die Temperatur nicht optimal zu regeln ist für einen guten VPD Wert. Es ist noch viel zu tun und ich freu mich drauf.

I harvested them about a week apart. Neither one was as bulky as I hoped for, but they both frosted over incredibly well and smell a little bit like black cherry (one of the genetic donors)..but it's also a little like a burgundy wine flavor on the exhale. Very appropriately named! Plant A: 80g Plant B: 88g It's dried up into some really tight, beautifully dense nuggs. Between both plants I got about another 30g's of lower/larfy bud that I'll press for the rosin in another day or two. This strain is pure magic to grow...nothing to it really. They happily eat up whatever nutes you give them and aren't light-sensitive in the least. They stretched a little more than 3 feet from the time they were switched to flower and both plants reached 4' in total. Slightly more space between the nodes than the Sucrose Overdose, but they filled in nicely. They have a very mild aroma while growing, but it smells delightful in a jar. One pheno had "praying" fan leaves from the get-go, all the way to the end...never drooped..not even at night. It didn't have the more red coloration in the foliage and stems like the other one. But a real beauty just the same.😍 I still have one of these beans that I'll run next Fall..and prolly clone the hell out of it..👍. Special thanks to Wicked_Stix for his idea to breed this hybrid, and the magic beans!!!!!! I'll update with my smoke test and final thoughts next week some time.
