The taste is really nice, a real kush flavour, strong aftertaste when blowing out the smoke. When taking in count I went on holiday, and we had a heatwave. I can say this plant doesn't t mind much about what I'm doing, it will produce! 😁 🤙🏼

Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. With this I'm going to simulate sunrise and sunset and try to prevent stress by easing the light in and out, like in nature. We are in flowering now, very excited to see what she will do here. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do? 1/16 - got the first topping done for the mainline. Cleaned up the rest of the shoots below. Excited to do a proper mainline for the first time!! Going for 8 tops 1/21 - pretty sure I overfed her! She will be getting phed water next feeding. She's coming along though! I may not cut her for another week to let her fully recover and start thriving again 1/23 - not topping her just yet, she is still developing that 3rd node on the 2 mains so I will shop her in a few days and clean up some of the lower stuff. The smell from this strain is really pungent. Not a nice smell though it’s like garlic I believe…anyone who grew this strain possible can confirm…the buds are sticking up nicely though.

No issues throughout life cycle. Harvest a little on the small side, but tends to happen with some exotics.

Last week and this week is too hot. Plants are suffering with the heat but doing well. Flowers groing and getting bigger.

I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

So, starting the 6th week of flower with the phantom OG. BIg Bud has been stopped and has passed over the baton to Bloombastic for the last two weeks(ish) before flush. The POG. Are looking nice hopefully the next 3 or 4 weeks will get them looking a bit better than that.😍😍😍 The smell is awesome very fresh and clean, one leaning towards a minty aroma.

What a beast of a plant the smell is starting to really be crazy strong of straight dank smell like a really good gelato smell and the stems are getting an intriguing color maybe the leaves or buds will turn a black color
