Quick update on Fractal #2! Defoliated and bent some leaves to prevent moisture buildup. Fed with all three nutrients from the booster pack. So these Cream Cookies were really easy to grow! Almost too easy that I neglected them for a week or so and then found two of them covered in Aphids. We tried everything we could to save #1 & #2 but It was a battle that we eventual lost. They are in a bag in the freezer getting ready to be bubble hash. #3 to my awe and surprise has survived through thick and thin. Good and Bad. And will be my only smokeable "flower" from this run. That said I will run these again but inside in a controlled environment as it seems my FastBud Girls were prone to the aphids and caterpillars. Reguardless I'm super impressed with the structure and just look of the plant overall. Can't wait to smoke #3!!! The frozen bag of hash weighs in at 203g and includes the mutant #3 smoothie auto from my other diary which also was overrun with aphids. *Will update with dry numbers*

It's vegi week 4, and the two lemon ladies are doing splendidly. If they continue to grow like this, they should be ready to switch to the flowering stage by the end of week five.

I am getting worried about it being too crowded in the tent. I decided that a good defoliation was needed but I was only able to get about 2 of them done. It's a time consuming process so I'll have to do each plant when I can throughout this coming week. I want to focus on taking out the little branches that won't yield much and remove big leaves to promote better air flow and light penetration. This also helps them to put more energy into bud production.

Day 67: My leaves are getting very crispy so i increased the watering of the garden today and hopefully that fixes the problem. Also the girls are still healing from not having cal mag for 2 weeks. Amazing plant, very high in thc and some very nice sweet and fruity terps, something like a banana punch strain. The buds are nice and hard and i got 2 outstanding phenotypes with extreme thc production, in general the terps are quite the same on all plants. These girls are very easy to grow and not much of expertise is needed, we just gave some greenhouse biogrow and biobloom together with some sugars and other addictives. In 7 liter pots we got around 35-40g per plant which is quite good. These plants showed good resistance to lollypop and other HST

Removed the yellowing senescence leaves. 100% cloudy trichomes. Will leave for another few days, then sleep the plant for a couple of days prior to harvesting.

Why use cotton pads? You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way. This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY tenchnique, you have to respect some little and easy steps: -take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; -dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, -take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face it down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; -now, spray the dry side 3 times. -put this/these "sandwich/es" in a sealed container of a sufficient size to store them, I use like a plastic tupperware (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30.It contains about 8 "sandwitches". -store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C and more. More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(-If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster by Plagron. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. If you follow these steps, you will hardly have problem of non-germinating seeds. I tried all methods (except rockwool cube) and in the last two years (and I germinated a lot of seeds) I can tell that this is the faster and reliable way. I loved to use paper towel but with this metod is very easy to put too much water and it will be slow down the germination step. I really hope that this "rule" will help noob growers and maybe will help other growers to improve their skills. I personally do the step by step draw guide. 15 hrs 31 mins daylight as of today Everyone is settling in well after the transplant last week, they seem very happy are are definitely shooting up. I removed the support hoops for the row cover because the Blueberry has grown above it. Speaking of, it is the only Blueberry because the other 2 went to live with my friend. She's about to start another round of chemo pills, which she told me she has to do for the next 5 years😩 It's terrible, and I wish I could do more for her. Not much to report this week as this girl is very happy. Unfortunately it seems there's some technical issues here on GD. The past couple weeks my diaries haven't been updating properly, and the 2 diaries I started last week for my autos are missing. They don't show up under my "Diaries" tab, which says there's 17 but only shows 15. I also tried searching for the 2 missing diaries by strain and by diary name, and couldn't locate them. Anybody else having issues? Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

El sabado 10/8 se pasa temporizador a 13 horas de luz. El domingo se sacan ramas bajas para hacer esquejes. Se agrega trampa para mosquitas.

La semana inició con bajas temperaturas afectando directamente al crecimiento de las plantas, tenian mal aspecto , hojas caidas y un crecimiento muy lento. A mitad de semana subieron las temperaturas y las plantas mejoraron aspecto y crecimiento , mucho mejor. Se nota que les gusta un buen tiempo a las señoritas, xd. A final de semana , a los 21 dias les hice una poda de las hojas grandes que hacen más sombra. ​​​​​​​ De esta manera lo dejo ya todo preparado para que sigan engordando los cogollos y las ramas bajeras no se vean obligadas a estirar mucho más por falta de luz.
