11 weeks / 77 days old today. They’ve definitely fattened up more this week. We got to a point where we were 50% amber pistils but then both plants sprouted a load of new ones so hoping for another week of bulking up! We have a few more milky looking trichomes too. I’m hoping they’ll be partially done in the next couple of weeks. Inspected all the buds and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to harvest in 2 or 3 steps and give the lower buds a bit more time to ripen up. I don’t know what I’ve done to piss her off so much but purple skunk is now covered in brown spots on quite a lot of leaves. I dosed her up with some calmag and since then I’ve switched to water only. I’ve noticed she’s slowed down drinking isn’t taking as much as sticky orange now. Chopped more yellowing leaves from around the bottom. Hoping this is another sign they’re coming towards the end. My patience got the better of me this week and I chopped a little bud off sticky orange to try. I haven’t smoked for months and even though they’re not there yet it almost sent me straight to sleep. So very excited to try the finished product! See you in week 12!

What’s growing on everyone?!?! My banana punch plants are about ready to go into flower here this upcoming week. They are just over a foot tall now, I pruned some leaves and stuff that was gonna end up being a waste of time and energy to the plants. Also allowing more airflow to freely come and go between the lower branches to help prevent PM or giving insects anywhere to begin to colonize. The plants are getting some real growers real charge once a week, they seem to be really taking nicely to that. Really happy with the shaping of all these plants so far. This plant has too much growth that has never seen the light! Did a couple mild rounds of defoliating and some LST to pull the canopy wider. The first trained branches from ealier in the week look GREAT, so i'm hoping the whole plant springs up next week! Added a fresh layer of ammendment and a little TPS one in the water.

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. Small as it is will scale after drying gp is simply good, mb i overheat the tent not for 1-2-3 daya it was +40 celsius for preflower and around 40-45 in a peak so its rly hard to sustain this heat ofc silica helps alot but anyways gp can survive that + deliver not bad(foxtail) quality buds xd 2-3 stems got foxtail, main also but still its ok for me tho i fucked up veg thats a fact ao it might be bigger 2 times might not for 3-4 days i fixed veg cal deff but it might be the signal to start pre and thats what we got

Cette semaine 3 et 4 a été sans plus un seul bémol est que ma deuxième fille qui montrait nettement des nuances violettes sur ses pointes de têtes s’est cassé pendant un essai de LST, faute entièrement personnelle, j’assume néanmoins on continue avec quand même. La 2e s’est étiré un peu et a reçu parfaitement son LST et a même commencé à montré ses pistils de pré floraison donc on engraisse. Du coup on a profité de ces essai de LST sur les deux fifilles pour commencer les engrais BIO GROW & BIO TOP MAX et bientôt BIO BLOOM pour la phase complète de floraison. En attendant je vous laisse admirez les vidéos et photo, pas dans l’ordre mais celle en B&W est d’aujourd’hui ! 1 mois pile depuis sa mise en terre 👏🏾💯 ainsi que une petite WW de chez RQS que je développerais dans un autre agenda

NOTE 1: Afgooey Auto pheno #3 turns out it's a MALE. Resembled nothing like her two sisters ran at the same time. In fact, I had to move her to the 12/12 tent to initiate flowering. Little did I know or expect She would be a He. Lola by the Kinks is rattling round my brain about now ;) FEEL FREE TO HIT THE LIKE BUTTON IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ;) 2x4 French Macaron - at the time of this posting, FM is heading into week 8 flower. Second extensive flushing w/fresh rain water due to acidic conditions (ph >5). Been struggling with ph the entire flowering. I speculate ph issues due to over feeding. Ph is roughly 5.8 to 6.0 after flushing. At this point, flushing with plain RO water until harvest. NOTE 2: I've introduced two 5 gallon bubble buckets into the 2x4 grow tent. Both buckets have medium air stones running from a 125 gph air pump. Given French Macaron isn't scheduled for harvest until mid-January, I might not have cutting ready. First grow may have to be from seed. Update later. 3x3 Afgooey Autos and clones from previous grow - Afgooey #1 and #2 are firing on all cylinders. #2 running a bit acidic (>5), so flushed back to neutral with roughly 7-8 gallons of fresh rain water ph at 7.0 to 7.2. Same with clones (i.e., ph very low). Flushed with fresh rain water too. A couple days later plants look so much better. Wait till plants nearly dry before next watering. Trimmed and cleaned up three of the clones growing weird. Felt a bit like trimming a bonzai tree. Let's see how they respond.

2/29 - 3/7: Thing started to shoot off very quickly, took the first batch of nutrients very very well so Im sticking around with the same thing for a little bit longer until shes big enough to where I think I can up it a little bit.

I'll do final height and all that after it's done.. One is really tall and the other one is short and Bushy. Chopped the shorter Bushy La Diva 6-20-2020 down today 😁💚

Was a nice grow from seed to harvest in 96 days. You could harvest earlier but I waited for the 30% amber.

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. I did some trimming this week. The plant grows well and healthy. I didn‘t use any nutrients because of the slight burn last week. Next week I am going to transplant the plants in their final pot and prepare them for flower at week 6. 🌴🍪

Well week 8 finished up nicely gonna harvest next week…the color came in nicely always do in the winter tho……I’ve done these strains multiple times there from clones so I know what to expect….

I currently have the ladies drying in my dry tent on day 3 now. I have my temperatures around 61-63 degrees stable, with 50-60% RH fluctuating. Will be updating the diary with weights once they finish drying and I get them all trimmed up! Thanks everyone for taking a look, super stoked with how my first run turned out and will be starting my second run in the next few days as well so super excited. I have learned a lot from this run and looking forward to implementing things into my next run to improve. Will also update more info about the strain once I have it for sure. Good luck with all your grows and best wishes! Dried for about 9 1/2 days. Just finished a 12 hour trim session, that was a lot. I ended up with 18.3 ounces of nicely trimmed buds, and a ton of larf and trim (26 ounces) which is fine because I will be dry sifting and pressing on the nugsmasher! I did press out a little and have some work to do to figure that thing out and dial it in. I have learned a ton from this grow and look word to applying to my current grow. I see and have a much better understanding of feeding, training, and now I kinda see what is and is not going to developed that much. Going to give these girls time to cure. Will update. Tag 77: Heute ein letztes Mal die Lampe auf 30cm gestellt. Wurde auch Zeit so langsam werden die heller. Nun auch die volle Düngemenge. Nur das Klima ist ein Krimi 😱 wir haben aktuell hier viel Regen, zwischenzeitlich recht warm, also ein ewiges hin und her. Gestern hatte ich dann schon die ersten Trauermücken 😩 Da hab ich nicht lange gefackelt und Entfeuchter in die Grow Boxen gestellt, dafür ist es nun aber mindestens 1°C wärmer in den Boxen. Wenn es draußen nicht zu warm wird könnte es klappen.wenn..... Tag 80: Aktuell haben wir hier ein Subtropischen Klima, ich habe Temperaturen in der Box von bis zu 28°C, Abkühlung in der Nachtphase ist auch nicht mehr möglich. Doch meine Pflanzen stecken es soweit gut weg, sie sehen sogar noch vitaler aus 😍
