Aug 2: Tropicana Cookies FF is three weeks younger than my two biggest plants (Sunday Punch EV and Mimosa Shot) and two weeks younger than Lemon Cream Kush. This is a very strong plant and is progressing very well. This wagon with LCK started force flowering a week later than the other wagon and will go another week longer. TC is now the tallest of the four plants despite being the youngest. Aug 5: now done force flowering after 2.5 weeks. Plants in this wagon are getting too big to easily get into garage. Continuing to use far red light as a bloom booster at dusk. Back to 15.5 h of daylight in the backyard now.

Yesterday I discovered that, in order to change my timer, I didn't put the clock back onto it. Now they had 3 hours more light on the third day of flowering. Exactly the kind of oopsies this grow really doesn't need. But it happened and all back on a normal schedule, but I hope the OHS en GG4 aren't affected by it too much... One accidental re-vegging is more than enough for a year. Also, these sensitive strains can hermie on me for lesser reasons so from now on I'll be checking for male signs daily. The XTraKush is performing as advertised, with enormous stretch, these plants can go 10 ft up according to the breeder. So I'm tying them down and managing this to fill out the space. With all the stuff going on, this 'underdog' strain might even prove most resilient, when all is said and done. They seem to respond really well to the SP-3000 light and If you are in the market for a new light, consider this option from Mars Hydro. My Strawberry Gorilla plant is coming along, though it's a bit more delicate than my Gorilla Cookies. It's still showing some nice growth under the lights, but it's definitely a bit more sensitive. I'm keeping a close eye on it, and I'm hopeful that it'll start to thrive soon. I'm starting to get a faint whiff of that sweet, fruity aroma, so I know there's potential there! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Flipped to flowering this week. My dumbass accidentally said Sweet Seeds is from Venezuela - they are actually based in Spain! Their Tropicanna Poison F1 is a BEAST! Being part auto, it is clearly starting to outperform the others.

It's like a support system for her budding ambitions. Now, let's talk about IPM, or Integrated Pest Management, because every grower knows that prevention is key. I noticed some unwanted visitors in the form of thrips and fungus gnats, so it was time to take action. But hey, I prefer a natural approach, so I called upon some tiny allies to join the battle. I introduced nematodes to the soil, those microscopic warriors who feast on the unsuspecting pests. It's like having a secret army of predators ready to defend my precious plants. But that's not all! To further bolster the defenses, I invited some other beneficial insects to the party. Spical Ulti Mite and Swirskii, the mighty protectors, joined forces to keep those unwanted critters in check. It's like an epic showdown between the good, the bad, and the buggy. Who needs a superhero movie when you have a living ecosystem fighting the good fight? In a way, the scrog net and the IPM predators are like my own version of the Avengers. They work together, each with their unique skills, to create a harmonious and pest-free environment. Its week 11, Harvest time!! .... or is it? Well, i can tell you - absolutely not. 💩 #3 is well into flower right now, but i dont think she's gonna come down for another 3 weeks. She's def. the furthest along though. I'll be using the thrichoscope end of this week i reckon. #2 and #1 are both just barely getting started in their flower, so they will probably run for another 5 or 6 weeks at least. i've got good hopes for plants 2 and 3, and also feel like the light-intensity experiment is really giving me some solid results. (the one with the least light is #3, whhich even started to flower much sooner than the other two, i feel like there is a link with the scarcity of light energy it receives. anyone here that would confirm or deny such an idea?)

Defoliated some leaves to let light in, chopped one down early as I run out of bud 🙄 it's good for less than 4 weeks flowering. Have them rice water starch again this week in with there food. A layer of frost is slowly forming 😎 hopefully they will fatten up nice and frost up really good to 🤞

Buds look huge now but not dense and compact

Still Hot AF! We’re at 100F everyday. All except the jelly rancher seem fine with it. The banana mango isn’t bothered. It’s interesting the heat difference on strains. All were planted the same time July 24, for the first time high today will be 90! Not 100! Shooting up like rockets! July 27th - supercropped the banana mango and it’s crazy wide and like a huge solar array! It rained yesterday! Real, soaking, non-drought rain. The plants loved it…

Well, beside the root rot from week 11 it was looking really good. Then I thought I lost the plant from the rot. I managed to semi salvage what you see in pictures. It smells great, looks nice and frosty. I imagine it will be a good smoke just I don't have a bunch of it. The Medic Grow mini Sun-2, and the Gen 1:11 nutrition both work excellent. This mess up was my fault and keeping proper maintaining of roots, temp, and solution mix. I will get it dried and processed. I am looking forward to the smoke report testing. 1/29/2019 Late to update could not upload pics for some reason. Good week #1 is now 17.5" tall # 2 is 18.5" # 2 in the lead again. My temps were lower than usually cause I shut off red spectrum for pics,and been off for a week so reds back to 100% this week. Little budlets forming nicely. Starting to smell.
