It is more compact with tighter internodal spacing than testers number 1 11 and 13 only number 9 has a similiar structure . I gave her 1/3rd of a cup of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom mix and 1 qtr tspoon of great white and watered it in thoroughly. I hope you have a great New Years celebration I'll be back next Year 😸

Ladies and gentlemen, i'm happy to be growing this girl.Using the growdots so hopefully we have good results with a lot less effort .. i'd like to think Herbies Seeds for making this grow possible.. I've always been a fan of purple haze, so i'm hoping she is true to what I remember and love.. Week 2 of flowering is going well . Plants are nearing the end of the final stretch and starting to show small buds already.

Hey guy and gals, So, I was going to prune the girls tomorrow, but a mate dropped a half over, got stoned and decide, Bugger It!, so we hooked in today. I did take some after shots. Should have done 'before and after, but, I was STONED !' The girls look happier, more sprightly, less 'HEAVY'. Saved the biggest and best fan leaf for a mate. He is amazed at the leaf size. Then earlier today, when he dropped in ;-) , he had a look and near dropped. Big Bud has so many nodes, he was shocked. The FIMing/Topping, whichever I did has done amazing things. On a side note, I haven't grown heaps before, so this grow is amazing me. Previous grows got small buds, small amount, only just covering the cost of my setup (Hydro at the time and tent). I now have a BIGGER tent, am using SOIL and they are thriving. Personally, I think the water is the major factor, but also my 'dedication'. I check the girls 2-3, maybe 5 times a day (viewing port). Regular PH, moisture and such checks. I even put a sticky fly strip in there, as a bloody fly got in. This grow, besides the constant checking, I have Fim'd/Top'd, I have pruned them to promote growth. Basically, I have learned heaps, both from here and videos. I have re-read pretty much everything I read previously, tweaked a little and it seems to be working. Northern Lights is still a week or a bit more away from a prune, I think, then we will give them a couple more weeks and turn them to flower. I am aiming for a Late May/Mid June harvest, then a month in jars to cure. All going well, I will have a heap of and great choice, for my birthday in July :-D So, feel free to let me know how they look. Shoot through any advice. Just discovered Vipar Spectra have created a 1000W LED which uses a micro 100W to achieve this. The Vipar Spectra Pro Series P1000. I will be looking to buy myself one for my Birthday in July.

This week I realized that I actually never fed her with runoff since I started flowering her, which is something I usually recommend others to do! 😂 So I gave her 10l plain RO water at lights off, and then at lights on 10 more liters with nuts. There came about 5l of runoff with an EC very close to 5, very high. Two days after she started giving a wonderful strong smell and the buds seem to be swelling. So at the next watering, I prepared 20l(EC 1,8), and gave her that all at once. You can see the video. This time there came 8l runoff with EC 5.31. I think I will repeat this 20l again next time to be sure she doesn't get root lock. I'm impressed by her, it looks like she will end up making some really nice big buds if she keeps going this way for 3 more weeks :D

These girls where a joy to grow and even more of a joy to smoke! It really is a weed that has delivered in every department the colour, the smell, the taste, the yeilds. I'm off to binge watch prime and order an obscene amount of takeaways 👋🏻✌️🏻

Day 74 of flower, all the colas are beginning to topple over due to how dense n chunky they are.the sample nug takin at 9 weeks was excellent super gassy skunky LOUD! Pretty sure im gonna take them within the next few days.

Week 11, As you can see with the pictures, she has some nutrient burn :( I unfortunately gave her too much nutrients. I knew this strain was sensitive to nutrients because of the 2Fast4buds strain video but I did not know what was too much or not. If I was to grow this strain again ,I would probably switch up nutrients every other watering and not every watering as I did. As a result of the burn, I used some ClearEx in hopes that the leaves will turn back to green. The plant seems to be responding well to the treatment being on 2/17 and all. My plan is to water the plant on 2/19 with only water to flush the plant some more. Hopefully by 2/22 I can give the plant some finishing bud density nutrients for a week or two and then flush time. I am nowhere near a master grower and every mistake is a learning experience :) Let me know if you have any questions/ comments/ concerns. Good luck with everybody grow! Das Wetter bleibt durchwachsen bis schlecht, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das 50W Zusatzlämpchen bei 6 Pflanzen noch wirklich einen Unterschied macht, trotzdem entwickelt sich die Dame nicht schlecht. Im Video sieht man alle 6 legalen Pflanzen welche meine Frau und ich gemeinsam in Deutschland besitzen dürfen. Die anderen Ladys sind 17 Tage, zum Teil mit sehr viel Sonnenschein voraus. Leider ist das Wetter weiterhin bescheiden, wenig Sonnenstunden, Schnecken überall und die Feuchtigkeit im Gewächshaus ist zu hoch...

July 13, 2020 update. The outdoor girls are smaller, but starting to put out much more trichome development. The indoor girls are larger and have more nodes and bud sites, but not as much trichome development, although the bud sites look super healthy. You will also notice some bug damage on the outdoor ladies. I posted a question here on GD and liked the advice I received from @Nor_Cal_Kannabliss and have ordered some Doctor Zymes Eliminator to see if that helps. I did previously spray with Safer End-All and do notice the damage getting worse since then. By the way, Doctor Zymes Eliminator is supposed to be effective against spider mites and spider mite eggs (wish I knew about this stuff a few months ago). Still feeding at 75% strength from the Fox Farm schedule. Also, I defoliated this week to allow better light penetration.

Granddaddy plant in week 6 of flowering. She is in full bloom. Bugs Issue: There are some old caterpillar holes on leaves but I think bugs situation improved. The smell from plant dropped last week after first round of insecticide spray. Smell is like plant crying out in pain after being attack by bugs. I sprayed spinetoram one more time in the beginning of the week. Late in the week, I used a USB microscope to check. And there was a Protoss tank patrolling a leaf on plant 2. On the bigger plant, I just saw carcass of dead mites strewn around. Prepping plant 2 for an early harvest. I am always happy on harvest day. Trim her and let the pot dry out for a couple of days. And plan to spray my garden with third and last round of spinetoram. Next week, I am going back to microbes. Plant 1 is doing fine. She is bigger and handles pests better. Her flowering cola’s also smell nicer. Plant 1 phenotypes is much better than plant 2. And I removed some leaves. This past week, I fed both plants with half strength potassium based orchid fertilizer. Plant 2 shows slight tip burn. So, this is the feeding limit. Plant 1 leaves are nice and green. A few leave started to yellow but I am not bothered by that issue at late flowering stage. Next week I’ll just give plant 1 a dose of yogurt and start pre-harvest preparations. Trimming, flushing, and all that. Transplanted a clone to 25-liters basket. She started to put our pistil. This is one issue with Mycorrhiza. It over stimulate the root. And root tips put our too much cytokinin that signals flowering.

Days 78-84 - Been lax in updates, but I still log every week to completion. Back injury in addition to The Nineteen, Rona Style, has been a bit of a pain in the posterior. (That means ass) Plants are gigantic and sassy. Had Dangergirl come out and defoliate/lollipop the bottoms out of the girls, saving me painful labor and increasing my yields, so yay for her! Plants are happy, pompoms are getting thick, and everything looks good. Switched FF01 to flower on day 84.

The gelato is obviusly a strain that develop large fat colas instead of long colas, she's very resinous. The smell Is pumping out and Is like a breeze that refresh my lungs every time i open the box. She doesnt need too much water. 3 weeks to go.

I feel like this is week 7 of flowering not week 6 I think I may of missed a week at the beginning of flowering. I have been feeding her a 25l mixture of feed a week. 3.3 ltr a day. It has been taking this really well, been doing for 2 weeks now. Going to start my flush on 20/10 and also planing to drill her on the same day. Will take photos. She is really starting to fatten up now, can see them buds get bigger and bigger everyday!!! Still keeping the feeds up trying to get as much as I can in her!!!! Still keep the comments coming in!!!! Is she amazing or what!? Start the flush when!? When to harvested her!? Would love to know what everyone thinks!!!
