Hello gardeners! I'm starting my third grow after two good attempts where I learned a lot. In my first trial I was able to pull 40 + 20 + 20 = 80 g under not optimal conditions (limited time mostly), and in my second I improved to roughly 40 + 40 + 60 = 140 g with one additional week in veg and an additional led panel during flower. Now, my goal is to harvest 3 x 60 = 180 g with pretty much the same set up. The differences from my previous grow will be: 1) 1 more week in veg (total 6 weeks): I felt that my girls were not mature enough when I flipped them to 12/12 in the last grows. I wanna see them stronger and more robust this time 2) Use a larger pot size during flower (5 gal): for the same reason as above, I want to give them the opportunity to be strong and robust plants 3) Reduced number of colas (16 per plant): last time I was a bit conservative doing lollipop and removing the little side branches, and ended up with ~23 colas/ plant, which did not allow proper spacing between colas. Although ventilation was never a problem, there was a lot of shade that could not be avoided. 4) Improved feeding regime: (see images) one of my goals with my growing is to establish a good feeding regime that works reasonably well for average strains with my growing medium (PRO MIX herbs and vegetables). Since the medium is a hybrid between soil and soiless, the plants don't need extra nuts in the first weeks, but as the plants grown, the organic compost present in the medium becomes not sufficient. My feeding strategy is basically the GH Flora Series - Drain to Waste chart with reduced amounts in the first 4 weeks and slightly less nitrogen during flowering. 5) Height Control: since the girls will have an extra week to grow, I'll need to be extra cautious and control their height from the very beginning. I'll be doing 1 top in the CBD and GG, and probably 2 on the Moby Dick. I also may try something similar to manifolding on the Moby Dick if she starts to grow really faster than the others. In addition, I'll be scroging everything as low as I can. 6) LED panel distance: last time plants finished flowering about 16 in away from the lamp. So here we are, day 72 september 8th. RIP first grow, I shoulda had a dehumidifier guys.... The 3 other plants are transpiring wayyyy too much and I didn't realize how much of a humidity problem it would cause. Low and behold, it ruined my girl. I believe only the main cola is affected. Can I chop her top off and continue on till the rest of her buds ripen? What can I do ?? Please help I fucked up, this really sucks ass.... EDIT EDIT: ITS NOT ROT YAY! IT'S SPIDER MITES I BELIEVE! I saw a little red bug and i was like OH SHIT. Turns out they can leave little webs in your buds. Any recommendations on how to treat this ? EDIT 9/10: Okay, after not wanting to believe it was mold.... it was mold. lol. I removed the top part of the main cola that was in the early stages of bud rot (botrytis) I have never seen the inside of a developing bud like this. I wasn't really sure exactly what I was looking at lol. So I probably removed more than I had to and some parts probably could have been salvaged but fuck that I just got rid of all of it. Cleaned the tent with lysol disinfecting wipes and got a cheap dehumidifier. I am almost 100 percent sure I am gonna have to buy a 150-200$ dehu in the near future..... i hope not tho. ALSO, changed light schedule back to 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Hopefully this will help with some cooler temps during the day. :) and @Philindicus recommended I switch it, I am gonna take his advice this time after he warned me of mold issues xDDD Sept 11th Day 75 - Got a 50 pint GE dehu setup today, big boy moves. Plants are thriving now, 55% RH controlled and ooooo its so nice! Feels good to regain control over the grow again xD. Added first time molasses during feeding will be doing it for last 3 weeks before flush. For couple plants with redish leaves stems gave epsom salt. Thinking to give it to all of them. To me they look too skinny, but its aftermath of strech i quess ... Would love to have one more hlg 240 ...

Week 8 10-14 Water, both drinking around 750 ml a day! Pretty much just fun with pictures from here. Kosher still seems a bit hungry, but doing awesome! Ztrawberriez is just nasty! Cant seem to get good enough pictures! Lol 10-17 Water and Guy was up to no good! 😻 10-15 Guy stopped in to pose today! 10-19 Flushed both today. I thought they should be low on food, but I over loaded again, I guess. K ppm starting was 1200, now 440 Z 1050 now 310 Sheesh! One day I may Not over feed. 🤣 I even thought 2 tbs was light. 🤣 .

This strain is easy and pleasure to grow.

7/20 Went over this morning to plants soaking wet and heavy rain. Went back around 4pm and plants actually look really good. The rain has stopped for a bit and the girls looked great. Apart from some septoria leaves I needed to defoliate on the first plant I treated. I also noticed a few others on other plants so it's spreading albeit slowly. I treated the three in the middle with their second dose of Plant Doctor at 3tsp/1gal. One gallon administered to each plant via root drench. I think I may treat the other plant showing signs with a diy Dr. Zymes using citric acid as the active ingredient. That way I Gould start treatment right away without having to rely fully on plant doctor. Plus it would kill any pests. Ive seen damage but the birds do a number on them. I dont want to spray my plants with a bunch of chemicals if I don't have too. I shouldve replaced the pallets and cleaned the cage better. I think I did a good job sanitizing as I have no wpm. Just this septoria I probably got when the lady mowing the lawn cut all tjis fucking grass and blew it in my pen, throwing bird seed and I'm sure tons of disease into my grow bags. I literally had to harvest a bunch if fucking sunflowers. It looked like my plants had been mulched. Just with small disease carrying shrubs. At some point some of this stuff has to be on purpose. You CAN'T be that stupid. A couple kushes in the back look hungry. I think I may need to up my feed. I've written to much. I'll keep this updated. Thanks if you made it this far. 7/21 I guess it rained last night. Oh well. It was blue skies for hours before dark. It must've rained late/early morning. I'm sure the app of plant doctor will be fine. Like I said I'm considering using citric acid as a foliar spray to help with the septoria and clean up any pests. I don't have enough pests to warrant spraying. I just don't want to put all my eggs in the plant doctor basket. Today is overcast and windy. The wind has really assisted in spreading this virus. I remove anything I see infected immediately and since these plants are reveges they have plenty of leaves. Plants are really stretching. I know I talk about the septoria a lot but realistically if someone looked through my garden they'd have a hard time spotting it. I don't want to exaggerate the problem but I don't like dealing with ANY fungus or molds. 7/22 It was 55° this morning when I went over. I defoliated some septoria leaves and a few that were fading or damaged. I saw almost a whole leaf eaten so it's probably a good idea to move forward with citric acid. I can add that to the plants I've already treated with plant doctor. This is the first year it's been so noticeable. It's the reveg 10th planet that started this off. Oh well. I've dealt with MUCH worse. Plants LOOK good (other than septoria leaves (on bottom of plant). Today is water day for me but it's been raining and it's a lot cooler today. Bags still had weight to them. I want them to have a proper wet dry cycle. Temps top out at 75° so I'll monitor during the day and if something NEEDS WATER I'll give it to it. I'm suprised I have ZERO WPM. The septoria is much more identifiable but pm is usual present in these conditions bur I don't have a spot of it. I may do some defoliation today. I also need to add supports for flowering but one thing at a time. EDIT: Went over around noon. 70°. Bags seem to be holding weight (it was easier to tell as ONE plant was substantially lighter than the rest) so I decided to hold off on watering. At least until tonight. There are three plants (at least that are going to NEED water). They look phenomenal now though and we've had lots of rain. Plan is to go over later and get the light ones and mix the water for the others so I can administer it in the morning quickly. I have an early doctor's appointment but I don't to overwater or water unnecessarily just because. But when you grow alone sometimes you need to do things when your able. I have people there that would help if I asked. And I have before but its late . I'm very grateful. I defoliated quite a few septoria leaves. They were all from the bottom of the plant. A couole wete bottom interior. I know there are worse things to contend with but still a pain. EDIT #2 WENT BACK AT FOUR AND PLANTS LOOKED FANTASTIC AND STILL HELD WEIGHT. THE REVEG MK ULTRA IN EARLY FLOWER "MAY" HAVE STARTED TO DROOP AND "SEEMED" LIGHT. THE LARGE SPECIAL KUSH FUETHEST IN FLOWER BY THE DOOR WAS ALSO EXRRENELY LIGHT. I HAVE AN EARLY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT BUT DONT WANT TO OVER WATER MY PLANTS JUST BECAUSE IM IN A HURRY. ITS COOLER THIS WEEK. 70 TODAY AND HIGH OF 80 TOMORROW BUT DAD SAID THATS NOT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON. I MIXED UP ENOUGH WATER TO WATER EVERYTHING IN THE MORNING IF IT NEEDS IT. I HAVE AN IMPORTANT DOCTORS APPOINTMENT EARLY THAT WILL TAKE ME AWAY AND IM FEELING A LITTLE ILL SO I WANTED TO GET DONE WHAT I COULD TODAY. WATERED THE TWO THAT NEEDED IT WITH TWO GALLONS A PIECE (30GAL REVEG MK ULTRA AND THE BIG SPECIAL KUSH IN FRONT I DIDNT TOP THATS FLOWERING THE FASTEST. EVERYTHING ELSE CAN WAIT. 7/24 Surprisingly the plants still held weight this morning! The looked pretty good too! However its going to be highs in the 80's for the next 7 days. Since the plants still had some heft to them I watered everything just a gallon. I gave the 10s a half gallon and skipped the 50gal container plant. I think this is a good happy medium. I'm still seeing random septoria leaves but still no WPM. I defoliate daily sometimes a couple times. I need to get a minute to myself and add a foliar spray. I'll start with a dih Dr. Zymes while I'm looking into other products like bicilus (i have bt but its a different bicilus) or trichodermia. I need to feed sometime this week too. 7/25 Plants looked great this morning. I watered the 10th planet on the end that hadn't been watered in forever. I think I had been overwatering during those 100° days. I didn't water today as everything looks great and they don't seem to need it. I'll check later today. I did water the pink kush beside the 50 as it was much lighter (1/2 gal) to get it on par with the others. I'm starting to see pest damage as well so I think an app of Dr. Zymes would be a good idea. Both for pests and septoria. Plants are REALLY stretching. One special Kush is far ahead of the others. EDIT:WENT OVER AT NOON AND 4PM. PLANTS LOOKED GREAT APART FROM MIRE SEPTORIA ON THE 10TH PLANET. I NEED TO WATERING DIFFERENT IN THESE TEMPS. IT WAS BREEZY AND 80° BUT THE BAGS DIDNT FEEL TOTALLY LIGHT AND THE PLANTS LOOKED AWESOME! THE HUGE EARLY FLOWERING SPECIAL KUSH IS PRETTY DAMN LUGHT BUT ITS PRAYING AMD LOOKING GREAT. I DECIDED TO WATER AND FEED IN THE MORNING AND HOPFULLY APPLY A DR. ZYMES PRODUCT ON THE ENTIRE GARDEN IN THE EVENING. PLANTS LOOK HUNGRY AND I HAVE RANDOM PESTS. ITS MOSTLY FOR THE FUNGACIDE ASPECT. PLANT SOCTOR SEEMS TO BE WORKING GREAT ON TWO OUT OF THE THREE I USED IT ON. THE THIRD IS A REVEG AND HAS TONS OF FOLIAGE I NEED TO ADDRESS AND CLEAN OUT. IT SEEMS LIKE IT WILL SPIT OFF SOME SEPTORIA LEAVES A DAY OR TWO BEFORE ANOTHER APP IS DUE. I'M LOOKING INTO MY OPTIONS. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A SURE DIRE WAY TO DEAL WITH LEAF SEPTORIA IN EARLY FLOWER HIT ME UP! IM NOT TOO WORRIED THOUGH. Well I'm not really sure where to start......Got a lot of work done around the garden this week. Got the first load of boards up on the fence and I've been bracing as I go. Grass all trimmed down and some of the inside of the plants, it was a mosquito magnet in there, wasn't fit to be in, it has gotten better. I gave them what I had left of Gaia Green 4-4-4, which was 3 cups each a little shy of what I wanted to put in so I have another bag coming here very shortly and we will top it up then.So far between everything in the garden right now we have went thru 20kg of 4-4-4, minus 6 cups for the indoor peyote super soil. Also getting some trellis as I thought I had enough from last year but cant seem to find it anywhere. They're getting pretty big now kinda makes me worry a bit, never thought they would be this big..... Purple Punch, #1: 73 inches, #2: 76 inches, #3: 78 inches Orange Sherbert, #1: 76 inches, #2: 72 inches, #3: 69 inches I got some lady bugs today and have released them. I'm hoping to be able to pick up enough boards next time I come home that I can finish closing it in. I won't be closing in the south side, I'm just going to be using the cage, please don't make me regret this...... I would really like to see the stretch set in like NOW but thats not going to happen, maybe next time I'm home we'll start to see flowers, if they don't get wrecked in the mean time, gotta get my wall up!!!!! I'm also going to be setting up an automated curing system this week, I'll have pictures up next week.

Ok so finally decided to harvest the big beast of critical mass after a week of flush and two days of darkness shes finally down and in drying net will post updates on pics vids when its dried properly so harvested the big critical mass now have the 3 critical mass and 2 white widdow x big bud so taken a few pics will now push these over the next 4 weeks do some slight leaf stripping and then put on overdrive for last two weeks to get the best from this strain the longer u leave it the better the taste and overall flavour will be trust me guys

Hello everyone! As you can see I'm growing Starbud by Hortilab Seeds which are 3 week old cuts rooted in an x-stream propogator and transferred today into an Amazon Aeroponic System using the Shogun Fertilisers which have so far proven themselves though I have not yet finished a crop with them, my other crop Ugorg in other diary will be ready in around 5 weeks so check that out too if your interested in these nutes. This will be a sort of half sog and half scrog as I have 15 cuts fairly close together and intend to veg them only till they hit an inch through the net then I will flip to 12/12 and hopefully let the initial stretch in flower fill the net as oppose to growing a few plants and having them fill 70% of the net before flipping, fingers crossed it should work. I'm vegging under 400w halide and a budmaster G.O.D 9 set to half power and both sat over a meter away from cuts while they harden off and angled so that their footprints merge or crossover. When it comes time to flower I will use 600w hps and turn the LED onto full power. That's all for now folks, wish me luck and the same to you all in your own projects. Peace ✌️🏻

End of 14/10 going 12 12 today. Rooted some SS after 6 days. Gg4 and HS on way in dome. Twenty20 Genetics stretchier because of outdoor genetics. All top stems pinch to slight pop to keepem short. 2 x 2 6 weeks veg success Not bad from seedling with 100w led shared all 4 so 25w each!

Was happy with how these plants grew but think I will stick to mainlineing

Plant is showing signs of possible nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency with brown curling leaves and purple tipped leaves, but not too worried about it seeing as there's only about a few weeks left of growth. Removing smaller fan leaves to uncover bud sites. Heavy smells of pine and berries 😁

Very strong genetics on this one, I would definitely grow it again for those dense buds fully covered in trichomes. Thanks to the FastBuds team for the seeds!

Day 51, 31st of October 2020: Hiya!... Time goes fast basically I went on holiday only for 6 days so my friend looked after them.... and miracle happens .... Ladies and Gentlemens ... They impressively grew 20 cm.... look at them explosion ... I had to do LST and gave them darkness one day and switch the lamp to 12/12 from today.... They want to flower .... The smell is getting stronger as well I bought extraction fan system with filter which is already in arrived today but not in use yet..... Everything seems to be good and everything will continue the same way well from next week pump a lot of nutrition they will need it ;) Cheers!

Finally done, one of the girls could have probably gone for another week or so, but she was not getting much fatter in the last few days. I think this might turn out to be very nice buds, but probably lower on the overall yield. Have to give them 1-2 weeks to dry and hopefully end of July I can smoke them
