Going good this week. Really packing on the buds now. Added some more nutrients that I now have kicking around for a hydro grow. Plant 6 was transplanted last week as I thought it may have been having some issues. I pulled off all the yellow leafs and it seems to be alright. Just glad it’s still kicking. Question: Should I be pulling leaves off my other plants? There’s a few covering up lower bud sites but I’m unsure how it’ll effect my auto flowers. Question: Wondering when to harvest these bad boys. Trichomes don’t appear amber yet. Website for the seeds say 70-90 days seed to harvest. I’m wondering if I can push it to 90 days (13 weeks(ish)) even if they appear ready at 70. Will that effect my harvest?

Talk about a mission accomplished, dam you Lamby… you had me excited at one point when I thought you were an auto, but to my shock, you are a regular, you just have a long ass flowering window… at least unlike her sisters within the 4th cycle, she did not reveg she just focused on flower, the buds are bulky and firm, scent is amazing, you would mistake her for a cheese strain. I should not be disappointed by the plant’s size! Because I planted her during winter, and all outdoor or greenhouse(unless you have a GH that is climate controlled), do not grow as big as the would during spring or summer season, and due to this factor, I only got 59g of wet bud. But I have faith the other ladies will produce a higher yields. Last I smoke this strain was earlier late summer or early Autumn, and from smoking to growing now harvest, I wish I am blown out the water with this strain, it’s time to conduct that questionnaire. Or even better go to an established cannabis club, and get them to samples bud, and ask for a review.

This thing just doesn't stop growing so, I'm experimenting, fired in a scrog net and I'm gonna veg it out to fill a 1.5x1.5 net, 1 plant... Should be fun if it actually is a female lol... . . More pics will be uploaded shortly as I'm just back from a holiday. The journey continues..... Plants starting to fill the scrog in nicely, I'm hoping and praying that this remains a female and doesn't hermie as it was originally purchased an auto how ever, I sexed some cutting which sprouted white hairs rather than mini sacks or nanas so, I'm remaining positive as the smell from this plant is insane, the resins coming through the stocks are sticky and have a lovely aroma also. . . Approaching the end of the week and the Gorilla is filling the net nicely 👌.. Fingers crossed now that it turns out a Fem! Pray for me lol...

AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

Day 50/51 form sprouting Bloom W4 D23/24 Defoliation on all girls. Removed all nodes and side branching. Leave only main branching from main stem. Depending on plant from 10-14 branches in total is left on girls. About 60-65cm off usable canopy left on plants. Total 1.78m3 off canopy density. Cut lots of buds with longer nodes, leaving only buds with short node from main branch (bottom) Lott's off leaves removed also, good light penetration now, on lowest bud we have around 250/350ppfd Installing another trellis net over girls More frequent watering from this week till end off week 7 More power to light also, from 900-1250ppfd at canopy levels. Food strength stay the same, lowering humidity a bit will trigger plants to consume more food. Lowering day and night temperature for 1c, max temp is 26.5c in day time, in dark period it drop to 19c. Start getting little humidity spike @ 65%RH right when lights go out. Light intensity @ 950-1250 ppfd , Light distance - 50-60cm, DLI - 50/55, Light Interval 12/12 Day RH - 50/55%, Night RH - 45/50%, Day Temperature - 24c/26c, Night Temperature - 19/21c, Leaf temperature 24/25c, CO2 1000/1350ppm, VPD 1.2 15s ON time, 15min OFF time @ Day misting 15s ON time, 20min OFF time @ Night misting NT-Nutrient Tank PH - 5.99/6.20, EC -2.0/1.93, Water Temperature - 19/21 Day 52/54 form sprouting Bloom W4 D25/27 Watching girls, flower progress. I backed my light up a little and let my nutes sit for longer this time. She’s improving. Think I’ll up my ph on the next watering. Trichs are starting to come in I added a dish of water to up humidity. Don’t know if it’s helping. One of the pics has a blemish. It’s from me, not spotting from deficiency. She’s looking yellow and skinny. Stems got really dark

7/30/23 - Day 48 - OK, so last I posted, I have been waiting to see how tall she grows. She does not seem to be stopping her growth I'm going to try some super cropping. I've never done this before, but it honestly does not seem like a bad thing. Hurt the plant a little, and the response should be more THC. The reason for hurting the plant is so that you can bend the plant as you need it. She's sleeping now, but when she wakes up, ill take a look and possibly start to super crop. Currently, I am working on implementing the auto water feature of the LEAF Grow system, which is quite convenient to set up. All it requires is to hook it up to a standard hose outlet, saving you time and effort. By using Reverse Osmosis (RO) water instead of tap water, I can ensure a controlled and optimal environment for my plants. Tap water contains various additives like copper, zinc, and chlorine, which can't be measured precisely and might affect plant growth. In a successful grow operation, every aspect needs careful control, and water is of utmost importance. RO water, with its near-zero ppm, ensures that there are no unwanted additives, offering the best conditions for plant development. Although RO water is not produced under pressure, I've found a suitable solution to address this concern. To achieve the required pressure for the LEAF unit, which is rated for 30 - 80 PSI, I've researched and discovered that a sump pump would work perfectly in this setup. This pump adds the necessary 30 PSI to the water line as it is drawn from the inlet, eliminating the need to pressurize a bottle or container, thus avoiding potential hazards associated with excessive pressure. I'll be documenting my progress with pictures as I set up this system, and I can't wait to witness the auto water feature in action, saving me from the hassle of manually adding water. Super Crop: I did about half of the plant in a Super Crop today. Meaning I damaged the branches enough to bend them. The plant will work overtime to fix them, but also, the Resin and THC will be surging through the plant in a rush to be more defensive against what it more than likely a predator eating it. I did my best to make the branches pliable. I think I did a good job. I was so scared that I was going to snap them.... and I did; on a couple, they split up the side. So I grabbed my duct tape and added a bandaid. I have been worried sick about how she would handle all the destruction. After about 3 hrs, I saw that all the Super Cropped branches were already reaching back up. This is a great sign that the plant is doing well and that all the branches I was sure were to fall off are thriving. Again I think this box is magic. The topping didn't stunt any growth, trimming a 3-gallon bucket full of leaves 1st week into flower didn't stunt any growth, and Super Cropping 2 weeks into flowering seems to be thriving. I'm going to get to experiment with this LEAF box on all kinds of strains. The possibilities are endless. Just one theory I want to try, Purple. I want to grow a strain known for its purple, and I want to grow it a few times, each time growing it colder and colder to document and show how cold might affect the purple color like we have all read and heard about. These are the kinds of things that I think about and why I choose LEAF. Ill be back to update tomorrow morning. 8/1/23 - Day 50 - I updated some of the pictures. Flowering is going well. Every day the water is less, and the buds are bigger! I scoped out some of the buds already. Now we just wait. i have a water change coming up in a few days. As always ill add some more pics as we go along. If you are looking for this experience, check out https://www.getleaf.co/

Second run with these genetics, I ran her last time in a 5.4 gallon container, I got the grape pheno, higher yield with the first run, but much tighter nugs with this run. This one smells much more earthy/gassey and less grapey. I ended up with just under 26 zips of nugs, 2 zips of Larf which I will turn into canna sugar, and my buddy made a 35 gram brick of bubble from the trim. It should be dry in the next few days and I'll post a video of the squeeze, hoping to get around a zip of rosin which I will split with him since he turned the bubble...Super excited to squeeze some nugs once the cure is done, Ill post vids of them as wel. Next run I'm planning to try and cram 2 plants inside a 5X5, build mainlines, and flip by week 6 or 7....Switching to two 315 W CMH bulbs up top, and LED's on 2 of the sidewalls for supplemental lighting. Looking forward to it, stay safe, blaze on!

They’re getting close! I could probably chop the GSC and GC but the Gelato has at least 2 weeks to go. I was hoping to bring them all down at once and dry in the tent but I may have to figure something else out. I think this is the most aesthetically pleasing garden ive grown so far. I enjoy all manner of plants and in general the GC is the nicest looking mj plant I’ve ever produced. I’d love a porch full just for the look! Anyways, all these girls are a little stunted from all the cold nights. Dark temps under 60, a lot under 50-55 for most of their lives but they look good, and still very frosty. Never had gelato or GC before so im excited to try them out, thanks for dropping by!

PH in DWC has been yellow the entire grow with hints the slightest hints of green from time to time, 6.0-6.1. d. uploaded video of grow e. like Pineapple Express, this plant will harvest a bit earlier than most of mine. pistils are turning colors fast. f. trichomes are very milky, still some clear, no amber yet Day 65 a. replaced the 5L gone in the DWC with fresh spring water b. will gradually take PPMs down closer to the 700 range for the ripening phase, tamping down with spring water for a week c. DWC has plenty of nutrients in it. d. the buds are incredibly sticky. Day 66 a. doing very well, the smell is very inenst, my carbon filter is not powerful enough to filter the smell... good thing I like the smell b. 4L gone from the DWC overnight, added more spring water, ppms down to 840 to get ready for Ripen tomorrow at 800ppm, probably 10 days or so. c. the trichomes are very milky, but there are plenty of clears still present. The pistils are turning nice colors, and no new pistils are forming! Day 67 - Ripening Day 1 - only TA Final Part (GHE Ripen) 5ml/L a. Started TA Final Part (GHE Ripen) at PH 6.0, 800ppm, she is loving it, consumed 4L overnight of Ripen solution b. I will keep the Ripen between 700 and 900ppm for the next week or more. c. The trichomes are filling fast, no ambers yet.. The buds are noticeably swelling Day 68 - Ripening Day 2 a. she is consuming 5L a day of ripening solution b. the buds are becoming noticeably larger, thanks Ripen you always work well! c. adding spring water to the DWC to top up and keep ppms between 600-800. I started her flushing this week. I think she wants another week to ripen so I don’t plan to chop her until next Saturday (29/2). She is still filling in the runs on her tops. Two weeks ago I wouldn’t have thought she could but there’s been plenty of calyx growth and the runs are nearly gone 😃.

Second week using the humidifier on and off as I don't have an automatic way to control it yet. The leafs seem to be quite foldy, but overall looking healthy.
