A lot of growth this week waiting for the next new growth before I FIM the ladies, they are taking off!

Well there’s 6 weeks of veg down, tonight will be the first night of 12/12 with HPS bulbs in. I’m going to be running the lights from 9pm to 9am due to summer heat and hopefully the tent will run cooler at night. Everything was super cropped today to limit the stretch a little bit, she’s 95% indica so might not get to much stretch, I also don’t have a clue as this is my first photo run with the HPS. All light leaks to the room have been addressed with green bulbs in the room. I’m at least hoping to get an ounce per plant if more great just not really sure what to expect. I feel as tho there is still lots of N in the pots but maybe over the next two week they’ll chew right thru it. Maybe I should have lowered the lights but I’m just going to leave em at the top of the tent..... well that’s it for now, I leave tomorrow for work so the next time we see em they should have some bud starting hopefully!

Dia 1 de vegetación Veg1, cuando empiezan a crecer las primeras hojas de mas de un dedo/puntas considero que han dejado de ser plantulas, y han comenzado la vegetación. Entonces, les he dado su primer alimento con nutrientes muy suaves(micro, grow y bloom) en una EC de 0.5, con pH de 6.2, ademas de seguir inoculando la tierra y raices que vienen desarrollando con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, con 1/2 de fuerza. Veg2, riego con 0.3 EC y pH 6.1, desde el primer riego están creciendo más rápido. Veg3, riego con 0.6 EC y pH 6.0, primer riego con suficiente agua para obtener drenaje, el drenaje midió 1.2 EC y 6.5 pH, todo ok. Veg4, nada hoy. Veg5, riego con 1.2 EC y pH 6.2, se usó Sensi CalMag en este riego @2ml/litro por un poco de amarillo en el nuevo crecimiento, B-52 también. Veg6, siguen creciendo bien, al parecer se corrigió lo amarillo en las hojas. Veg7, riego con 0.7 EC y 6.0 pH, drenaje de 1.1 EC (ok) y 6.6 pH (un poco alto), siguientes riegos serán con pH 5.8. Subí la luz y bajé su intensidad para que las plantas estiren un poco antes del transplante, las raíces de la más pequeña estaban ok, la más pequeña fue sacrificada, ya van quedando 11 de las 9 plantas finales. Ahora a esperar que se desarrollen suficiente(3-4 sets de hojas verdaderas) para hacer transplante a la maceta definitiva de 18 litros.

The grow was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. My Blue Dream plant developed mold in the buds, so I decided to harvest my Banana purple punch earlier to stay on the safe side. The trichomes exhibited a good balance of amber and milky colors, but unfortunately, there was no time for a proper flush period. Banana Purple Punch encountered the most challenges among the strains. It struggled with aphids, nitrogen toxicity, and thrips, which affected its overall health and bud development. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to high nutrient levels, which likely contributed to these issues. Despite these setbacks, I’m hopeful for a decent harvest. Each problem provided valuable lessons on pest management and nutrient balance, which will be beneficial for future grows. Update 09.08. Today, I brought the Banana Purple Punch into my apartment for a trim session. Since I didn’t trim her wet, this took a bit more effort compared to the Blue Dream harvest. The buds are quite airy and fluffy, but they have a fantastic aroma. The vibrant purple color of the buds is stunning, and I can't wait to give them a proper cure and eventually taste them—I’m confident they’ll be delicious. Unfortunately, I had to discard a few buds due to mold spots again. The rich purple hues of the buds make it challenging to distinguish between mold and the natural coloration, but once they're fully dry and cured, the smell should reveal any lingering issues. The dry weight was 24 gramm.

Fed on Day 39 Up’d the nutes a bit. Added some Superthrive. Also added (2)3 gallon strains I have from another grow and additional lighting 250w in the tent. Day 44: Watered with PH’d 6.1 water and a couple pinches of epsom salt. Both of their ppm’s were a bit high on the R/O around 1700. I assume this is from the feeding earlier in the week. (I need to start taking better notes) I brought it down considerably to around 900 ppm with a couple gallons of mild flushes. **Personal note** I read alot and I mean ALOT of forums and questions from here as I grow. I’m using a combination of techniques I feel are beneficial and learning do’s and do nots as I go. That being said Please feel free to comment, advice is ALWAYS welcomed! Grow on.

Hello, everyone. What happened with us this week - we moved our girl to another box because her height is now over 140 cm, and she started hitting the lights. I couldn't take good photos, so here's a video. The issue is that our girl was under the net in the box, and when the net was removed, she started collapsing under the weight of the buds. I ordered supports of 150 cm in height, and when I make our girl presentable, I'll take a lot of photos. We trimmed the leaves and small branches a bit.Take notice, it's the third week of flowering, and our girl is already covered in sugar. I want to wish everyone a good harvest and easy cultivation. SONG OF THE WEEK: Eminem - Kamikaze ------ Day 9 - The 2 girls are doing good 🌱 , they already pushing the 3rd node and they got a nice green colour. The Gp#1 is the most vigorous one 💪 , her roots are already at the bottom of the pot : it is the sign that she need to be transplanted asap so it will be done on day 10. The Gp#2 is good too but she got a genetic issue as the 3rd node is in fact a "mono-leaves" 😲 as the 2 leaves are link together like siamese sisters 🤔: weird but the 2nd node is already pushing secondary stems so I will probably have to top her 😢 ------- Day 11 - Today I put them in 3L pots , I know that autos prefer to be planted in their final pots but I will do another pot switch to their final 13L pots. Fo' Twenny here with an update on our little Gorilla x Cookies cultivar from Expert Seeds! 9/16 - Day 12: She is a beautiful shade of green and looks happy. I was one square pots short and when I bought this one, I accidentally got the 7" x 7" instead of the 6" x 6". It will bug me, because I am weird, but I planted her in it anyway. I put 1 tbsp Mycos, .5 tsp Recharge, and .25 tsp of Azos in the whole at the root zone. Sprinkled some White Dutch Clover seed after transplanting. Watered with plain water. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce! GOOD NEWS: So, I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight.
