Environment + Pests + Setup This week (at day 31) I decided to end the battle against fungus gnats. Even after almost three weeks of dried-out soil, dozens of adult insects could be seen, which told me that there were pockets of moisture that I coouldn't influence. Accordingly, I went back to the original plan I had outlined earlier: bring the system into balance and use sand and nematodes. Since I should no longer have any problems with low RH, I have also reactivated the exhaust fan, which lead to the values you can see above. Nutrients + Environment From the outset, the plants showed a slight nitrogen deficiency, which was evident in their rather pale, light green color. This is probably due to the fact that the substrate (until now) did not contain enough moisture to allow metabolic and decomposition processes to proceed efficiently. Directly after watering I got reassured that my choice was right and the soil still alive, healthy, and ready to 'get back to work': look at those springtails! Plants On day 30, I topped the plants. Both had already formed three nodes and started to develop healthy side branches at all of these nodes. So, according to my plan, I removed the main shoot, leaving enough space for the stump to encapsulate without damaging the healthy plant. I also removed one shoot from each of the middle nodes, as I don't want branches that already grow towards the center (the branches will grow towards the light anyway, and this way I can ensure that there is enough air circulation and room for expansion). She went from being the smallest to being the second tallest in just about 2 weeks she has been stretching real nice and looks like she is gonna start to bud. Starting to get lots of bud

The 3 smaller autos are at day 20, the Strawberry cheesecake 30 days or so, I think the topping really stunted it but we'll see how the buds develop. The other three had there first top dress with powderfeed biogrow. I am not going to bother topping the others.

Week 2 and the clones are starting to veg nicely. Got some nice roots starting to develop in the nutrient solution so hopefully over the ne t week or so I should see some nice growth. Couple of the older fan leaves that came with the clone were starting to do more damage than good so decided to strip some and I'll do the others over the next few days Day 10 Uploaded some more pictures of the root system these babies are developing quickly. Next feed/water change is due tomorrow so I'll up the white shark powder to help aid the root growth and I'll also increase the fulvic acid to 2mm per litre of water Day 11 Added some shogun sumo boost at 1ml per litre and increased the cal mag 3ml per litre and increased the great white rooting powder to one and a half spoonfuls. Ok so now the plants they are looking nice and green the newer leaves have a really healthy smell of chlorophyll the older leaves that came with the clones look a bit worse for ware but are still doing more good than bad so they will stay for now. So I tried some kushman chiropractic techniques to increase strength and nutrient transfer. The first one my stomach was doing flips I was so nervous I thought I might snap the stem completely but all was good the plants dropped a little but have started to recover after only half hour in the tent. I will repeat this process once a week on the new growth Day 13 Started to use sumo boost foliar spray at 1ml diluted with 1 litre of ph 6.5 water. Cut off some more of the damaged leaves and they are all looking back to good health after the kushman chiropractic treatment Day 15 Got myself a ppm meter and checked my reservoir as I haven't used one during the grow I was expecting to be around the 450ppm mark but to my surprise it was at a lovely 380ppm. Solution temp is now constant at 22.2c humidity fluctuates between 55%rh and 73%rh Day 18 so I've added two carbon dioxide bags to the grow room to give these ladies a little extra boost. Nutrients and temps have all stayed the same. Now the plants they are all growing well some better than others but that was to be expected considering I'm using clones that where half dead when I got them. So I stopped the plants and did a little defoliation Day 20 New spider farmer ts2000 has arrived and what a piece of kit it is currently got it set to 60% will be keeping an eye on them to make sure this is not to intense for my girls. Viper 300 carbon filter kit installed and I'm very happy with the filter and the fan supplied got my intake fan set to about 20% to give a good airflow through the tent all in all very happy with my upgrades. Now the girls as you can see they are getting bigger and have bounced back after the second chiropractic treatment and the topping I did to them. I've moved my two 1000w led lights over to one side of the tent to give the coco experiment a bit more light. Not sure if I mentioned this but my tent I's 8ftx5ftx6ft. Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack(s) grows from Dutch-Passion. Both ladies have been on water for 10 days. The synthetic got a hard flush and the organic was soft flushed (water for 10days to rid of excess nutrients in soil) Was such a pleasure to grow both girls. The organic has lovely bright orange hairs with very dense hard big buds. Calyxes are nice and big with a nice leaf to calyx ratio. (Not much to trim)...The Synthetic girl has a completely different structure. Has shorter buds, that are very dense and has a lot more frost. Has lovely hints of purple throughout it. All buds are lovely and tight/dense and very stinky and sticky. Both plants needed the full dose of the FC 3000 and I've no doubt that I'd of gotten a different bud structure deeper into the canopy. (Its not larf) just not as hard the deeper down into the canopy, (some of the bud) All ladies (autos) have been in a dark rest 24hrs now and will get another 24hrs in a dark tent. Hoping to see glistening resin upon harvesting. Plants will be harvested in this grow week and dried, then after I taste and get the measure of both plants as for quality I'll rate them then. HARVEST DAY. 48Hr rest. And they nice and glistening. Glad I rested them. You really can see the resin. I harvested whole. Pult the whole plant(s) up from the stem and broke away the clay and took the main roots that come from the stem. The organic, boy, she was bet in. Took me all my strength to break away her main roots. They were mm thick. Very nice root structure also. The synthic, the soil just broke apart before I could take out upon my pulling..put my back into it thinking would be the same. Strong, but nowhere near as good a root zone as the nearly all organic beat her hands down. As for bud size, she took that to. They equally smell very fruity and have a very light gasey smell. But very fruity. More that than anything. I'm sure I'll put my finger on it as the days go by. Let's hope they both dry nice and I can keep a steady temperature. je les trouve assez mince je pense n'avoir pas assez arrosé... pas de carence apparente hormis l'eau (hypothése) la stress killer a commencé sa floraison des grand pistil blanc apparaisent et l'odeur commence a etre agréable ^^. je m'insuiéte peu etre pour rien lmais lorsque je regarde d'autre diaries la mienne est juste vraiment mince et petite ^^ mais bon c'est une première. la nothern light est moins avancé et peine un peu je trouve j'ai mise en marche le ventilateur pour renforcé les plants.

La verdad que está semana no hicimos mucho, más que nada esperamos día 22 de floración para la esperada desfoleacion. En la próxima semana se va a pillar mucho más info. Its end of six week of veg... plants looks ok..last week I tied them down.now I do scroog and some cleaning.i think three more weeks and then I will switch them to flower..I add terpinator to nutritions.this is new for me.we will see ... nice green day to you all people💚

Journal de culture – Semaine 4 de croissance (fin) Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de la plante, que je trouve faiblarde et manquant de vitalité. Son développement est lent, et je suspecte que la température, qui descend peut-être trop bas la nuit, pourrait en être la cause. Cependant, même le pied-mère de cette variété n’a pas une croissance exceptionnelle, ce qui me fait penser que le phénotype de cette variété n’est peut-être pas très bon. Pour ne pas perdre trop de temps, j’ai décidé de la passer en floraison aujourd’hui, avec un cycle de lumière 12-12. J’ai également changé la soupe et préparé 20 litres avec les nutriments nécessaires à la floraison. Sachant que cette variété a tendance à beaucoup stretcher, j’ai pratiqué du LST (Low Stress Training) pour recourber les sommités. Cependant, j’ai accidentellement cassé un apex, laissant seulement trois apex au lieu de quatre. Bien que je ne sois pas satisfait de cette plante ni du pied-mère, je vais finaliser cette culture et passer à une autre variété ensuite. 🇺🇸Cultivation Journal – Week 4 of Vegetative Growth (End) I’m really not satisfied with the plant; it seems weak and lacks vitality. Its development is quite slow, and I suspect the nighttime temperatures might be dropping too low. However, even the mother plant of this strain doesn’t show great growth, so I’m thinking the phenotype might not be very good. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided to switch it to flowering today, setting the light cycle to 12-12. I also replaced the nutrient solution, preparing 20 liters with the ingredients required for flowering. Knowing this strain stretches a lot, I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to bend the tops. Unfortunately, I broke one of the four apexes, so now there are only three left. Even though I’m not happy with this plant or the mother plant, I’ll finish this grow and move on to another strain afterward.

Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

Easiest week so far, no problems just growing. I did spray some neem oil on my soil a few days a go to keep pests out of the fox farm soil. Week 4 will bring in topping after the next node grows in, should be 2 or 3 days. Also towards the end of the week after she recovers from topping I will begin LST. Will provide pics throughout the week Posted first vid in real light not my 600 watt LED. Mainly for health purposes. This will be so interesting to see how blueberry will develop after an accidental FIMing lol. Personal Note: Wait to top when there is a full mainstem and not barely new growth. Meaning wait til the new growth has 2 fan leafs spread out, and not when they are just leafs barley sprouted from the main stem. Rookie mistake number 1 so far at the end of week 3. Or maybe time will tell if blueberry will be gracious enough to be a beautiful big buded tree. I read where FIMing can develop up to 4 extra colas and still grow beautifully. Fingers crossed.

The ladies are coming along very nice. I had to defoiliate them once cause they blew up and I needed the lower branches to get the light. Now it's time to start training these girls. Some but not all will be trained. I'm so pleased with the outcome so far. The banana blaze is super easy to grow as well as the Colorado Cookies. They are on their stretch mode now.
