My beautiful prince's is looking even better now that she's not having to deal with those freaking fungus gnats that were eating all the roots of my plant, I've got rid of them just by watering with a nematode called steinernema feltiae if you're having or have had the same infestation just apply predator nematodes like steinernema feltiae guys!

Week 6 Vegetation - "Sam" rate of growth started to increase near the beginning of the week. With the nodes now stretching, I've started to implement tucking of the larger fan leaves under new and smaller shoots. I find this "new growth priority" method paired with LST really maximizes and speeds up the growth in comparison to an untrained plant. Merely anecdotal though! You'll notice that in the 3rd shot, the nodes stretched out in about 2 days and just ballooned! now that's what I'm talking about! nearing the middle of the week and the rate of growth is fast enough that I can't remember to take enough pictures between the new nodes. At this point I'm tucking new leaves almost daily, making paths for the light to reach new growth tips. By the end of the week, I'll need to start tying the nodes to the side before they stretch too far up. If they stretch too far before tying them, they can be a PITA to tie down later with dense foliage and such. Tying them down before they get to this point also keeps the nutrients moving to the "new side-nodes" from these branches. Eventually these will be just as thick as the original main stalk. UPDATE: As you can see with the last photos added, the branches are almost even with the original top of the plant that was tied down. I gave them a thorough fertigation the night before, and only slight folding of the leaves so I must have choked the roots a bit, but nothing long term.

Zkittlez, Strawberry Pie and Lemon pie are all looking and smelling great. SP is still the frostiest but Zkittlez smells the best. Purple Punch has started to flower finally. I let her dry out too much but bounced back after some water. I also added a homemade wire net to keep her trained. The 3 in mid flower have finished their stretching so evened their height by adding some take away tubs beneath. I did some light defoliation on all of them and adjusted some of the ties. Clones took out of dome 5 days ago soil was made 2 hot and got a bit of deformed leaves not looking so good as there fresh clones just rooted let's see what they look like in a week

She's developing pretty fast and looking very strong snd healthy, although she's having to deal with fungus gnats which are making her grow a little slow however I'm about to start treating her with nematode steinernema feltiae. Just the start of the week but they are growing well at this point I think. Did some defoliation on day 4 of the week looks like air and light will get through easier now. Last day of the what I'm calling 5th week. My LST training appears to be going well? I'm new to it but they seem to be relatively flat which is the goal
