Things are going real good with Obi#2 nothing really to complain about other then I'm super excited for the harvest . I will be starting to flush her with just straight PH corrected water for the remainder of her time with me in order to achieve the smoothest smoke and flavour I can . Hey guys! Week 8 for the plant or week 3 of flower! 😍 And holy cow, these girls are growing fast, specially my baby that's on the front. And in fact, since they are so developed I decided to add some PK supplements slightly earlier and see how things go! On top of that both girls seem to have slightly different phenotypes, one of them is slowly turning purple while the other one is getting purplier leaves and trichomes, which I believe looks beautiful. I also defoliated and worked on the LST again, I need the lower buds to develop as well! Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the photos and see you all next week! 😊

A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. Biscotti Mintz also looking big and very healthy. Let’s watch them grow and see what they’ve got 🌱💪

Day 15 of flower! Kinda goofed this week i gave the babies week two nutes after the last post wich was like day 10 and i noticed a little bit of nitrogen over dose. I think the Powersi is also helping nutrients absorption! So i actually did this week a little different then i planned just cut the bio bloom in half because i didnt realize the powersi npk ratio inceases p and k Havent seen anymore aphids might do another couple sprays to be safe. This week was absolutely torturous had an accident in which one of my plants was damaged fortunately I do not believe that all is lost I will just have to hold her back on sending her into flour with the rest until she is completely healthy I have sent one into flower a bit early just to see if I could and seems to be working swimmingly

So I’m making my nurturers then diluting down to my desired ppm be careful using these nutrients at full strength with autos! Test and tried will burn and tox your plant! I transplanted into one gallon pots the last day of week two May 6th,2023. They seem to have taken very well to the transplant. 🤞🤞🤞

Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. I fucking love this girl she might be my favorite. Reason why is because I know these nugs are going to swell, and the 1st pheno was such a good smoke but the buds didnt fill in like i hoped so this is redemption. Already has a skunky orange scent when Terps get on your fingers. This one also has dramatic coloring in the foliage must be due to lack of N I assume (could be wrong). Through week 5 of flower and all is generally good. The whole tent stinks like hell of berries, pine and earthy Kush. They’re all presenting something a little different in terms of growth but still very similar terp profiles and bud structure. Seed maturation is showing on some of the lower nodes as well. We’re getting much closer here. Hopefully not more than a couple weeks but we’ll see. #1 will go off first for sure. She’s showing a progressing N deficiency that likely isn’t fixable but it does remain possible she’s simply ending her cycle. If so, it’ll be a trait worth noting on the F2 run. Until next week, ✌️! Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts.
