Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. 🖐️👨‍🌾 Bienvenidos amantes de la Marihuana, comienzo una nueva temporada de cultivos, primavera/verano 24, con esta cepa que me va a llevar de viaje por el viejo reino de Siam a la búsqueda de la marihuana que pude fumar allí y antaño, tal vez en este camino cargado de recuerdos, me encuentre con otras flores... con más recuerdos. Después de unas semanas de descanso de la temporada anterior, comienzo este nuevo viaje con ganas y la esperanza de conseguir la mejor cosecha hasta el momento. Preparé concienzudamente el sustrato donde puse las semillas de las 9 cepas que voy a cultivar esta temporada, mi intención era emular la germinación espontanea que se produce en el bosque o campo, pensé en reproducir este escenario, mezclé un sustrato "cocinado" durante meses con nutrientes y minerales, añadí fibra de coco inoculada con Microorganismos de Montaña y mi Bio Coco EM que contiene minerales, hormonas, enzimas, etc. puse la semilla en superficie de ese sustrato y lo tapé con materia orgánica seca proveniente de Mulch rescatado de mi anterior temporada de cultivos, a continuación humedecí todo con agua caliente y miel, lo tapé y lo puse al calor de una manta eléctrica, a los 3 días asomó esta semilla de Thai Fantasy, dos días después otra semilla de Colombia Gold también salía del sustrato, pero 8 días después ninguna de las otras 7 semillas germinó, a la vista de una lupa, todas la semillas estaban podridas y con ácaros similares a los que se ven en el compost, el fracaso ha sido total, la ley de la selva a imperado y solo han sobrevivido las más fuertes, estas dos semillas tendrán las mejores macetas, se las han ganado. Ahora he vuelto a poner las semillas a germinar, pero esta vez sobre servilletas húmedas y calor, y prepararé un sustrato menos caliente para el momento del trasplante... adelante! End of week 5 from sprout and end of the 4rd week of veg. Absolute fire! One of the most worry free vegetations in my career. After I was having few runs with only cuts, it's been an eye opening experience now to pop these regular seeds of BIG BLOCK, bred by Cannabis Brothers. Today we mark the first day of 12/12 light schedule but as you can see plants went through some HST (high stress training). 5 days ago, that was on day 30 from sprout, I performed topping and putting them into preservation for future if we see that one of those 9 plants turned out to be a "keeper". Canopy looks hella good at this stage but now when I flipped them, some might and probably will turn out to be a male specimen. We don't want males so I will have to remove them and the resulting canopy might look completely different 3 weeks from now. Let's see how it goes 🤞

So, they streched a lot, I had to bend severely. And so quick, like 5 cms in a day! They touch the light, I had no more room... I did a late FIM on 2 of them.... emergency I finally found a way to get the lamp 5 cms higher. Lukily it has stabilized but still, top of the buds are at 5 cms from light!!!! That's why I decided to drop the power at 50% and I lower the day light to 16 hours.

Day 11: Love this strain for starters but its looking like this lovely lady might be on the smaller side.. Growing a Red Poison Auto also and the two are only a day apart but my RP is twice the size but that's OK 👌 🙂.. never know what might happen.. I added FoxFarm Acid Lovers Dry fertilizer yesterday to my soil( scratched about a tbsp and a half into the top layer of soil) then watered throughly.. Checked the soils ph and it was up to 7.0 so I added the FFAL hoping to drop the ph a bit will keep you guys posted

Pablo Escobar is still making progress. She had the two neem oil treatments. Hopefully I broke whatever pest is bothering them. Still no sign of what it is. Even under 100x magnification. I might of got it. If not I will get a Insecticide soap of some kind. She is still growing after the treatment stress. I need to resolve it prior flowering is all I know. The preflower stretch has been incomparable to any Soil grow I've seen! These sativas already caught up and don't show any signs of slowing down.

Day 141 10/06/25 Tuesday Harvested the Orange Apricot Glue XL today! This run of autos I haven't done any dark period before harvest except, I managed to catch them just as lights were coming on. She has performed amazingly in consideration that she was only in a 2.5L pot. In hindsight, I now know I am able to do a SOG with small auto pots. Making for an exciting next run. Upon harvesting the OAG XL, The pungent smell of citrus, diesel and fruity twists is intoxicating. The buds are dense and compact, with formed calyx's boasting with trichomes. Wet weight on this was 427g of buds. (All wet trim gets dried in hangers and used for making butter later) To my suprise a super easer one to trim as she was mainly buds and fan leaves. She is now hanging drying in a 80x80 tent , with a small fan on low @ netted window entrance, facing down to circulate air from bottom to top. An exhausting fan with carbon filter also runs 2x a day for 1 hour. This lasted for 8days before humidity dropped to 49%. I have now put into containers to allow inner moisture to pull through now. After 3-4 more days she will have final trim and placed into Terp Loc Grove Bags to cure. Once curing I shall do a smoke report, dry bud weight, and update journal. Bien..ya corto el Stretch.. estiramiento a princ de flora..miden 70-80cm ..se estan llenando de tricomas.baje lampara a 50cm del dosel. Fertilize c Tricomas-namaste y con Flora Booster-namaste...en unos dias hago lavado de raices..y luego regare solo c agua c detox..p limpiar raices.¡

Wow! Hard to believe these are autoflowers, I’ve never harvested a cola off an autoflower quite this robust. The hps lights in the 2nd grow room were maybe a bit much and all the plants handled it differently. The big beast is one that did very nicely under the hps lights. The smaller much more frostier dried bud is from the mars hydro ts1000 grow tent. Not nearly the yield or density but beautiful crystal covering the buds. Amazing colour from both the led grow dark devils and the hps ones.
