Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! We have had some crazy cold weather here the last 4 days and for the first time in 13 years had snow on Christmas day. So with the cold and snow came grow room issues. My grow space is outside and not attached to the house so maintaining a proper temperature and humidity has been a bit on the difficult side. Even with the lights running 24 hours, it's had a few drops down to 19c and the humidity has gone up to 68% a few times. Now luckly I'm still in veg and the humidity isn't a issue yet but the temperature has been making me worried. Going to put togther a heater with its own temperature switch increase it drops below 20c. Did some training over the last week with some LST and FIMing. With the LST every 3nd day I've been adjusting them and pulling the plants back a bit more and more. Since I don't think I'll be able to set up a SCRog net this go around (spent to much for Christmas and wont be able to affordthe PVC tubing) ive got to figure out something else and fast. Plants are getting big and it's going to get hard to bend then properly without braking stuff. Because I was showing some issues with 2 of my plants I started adding a bit of Revive to my res to see if they get better and they have. But because of the cold that's been hitting us my tank has had a hard time staying warm. Even with my 50w tank heater it's been fighting a up hill battle because the area outside the main room where the tank is, has been sitting around 14-17c. So with that the air pump I use to circulate the tank, it is pulling in cold air and thats been fighting the tank heater in getting it up to what I like it at. I tried using my water pump instead of the air pump for circulation and the res went up to 25.6c soooo I would much rather have 19c res then water that could kill my plants. So let's talk about the plants themselves. Both Special Queen plants are doing great but as you can see from the picture, one is doing absolutely amazing. Great growth (understatement) and has bounced back from training like a pro. The other plant is still doing really good when compared to all the other plants in the room but still could be a little bit better. Depending on what I'm going to do for supporting the plants this might be the last week of veg. Well see. Well that's all growmies. Happy growing everyone!!!

Se empieza a notar la formación de flores, las plantas se han mantenido sanas. Riego 1 de cada 3 días, no por algo establecido, se ha dado que así lo han pedido las niñas. Abono en todos los riegos, porsupuesto bien dosificado considerando que las tablas son para un abono semanal.

Merlin's Mintz Autoflower has come to a harvest day. She is a sweet fruity kush smell. She has some nice colors and is super frosty. I will be back for the smoke report in a month or 2 once I get her dried, Cured, and trimmed up. Everything went well. Week 5 ----- Day 29 ----- Fed 1100ppm at 6.4ph 23 Liters Everything's good. No real updates. Front right Glookies stretched a bit but has stopped. Plants are perfect, couldn't ask for a better beginning to week 5. *Update* Easy day, end of light cycle. 3 new pics. ---- Day 30 ----- Some fun photos today for this easy day. Humidity in basement FINALLY hit 40% this morning. Within 5 days it should be 30-35% residual basement and 45% tent for a good residual humidity. The hand shot has my fingers and palm forward from the bud tip, the bud tip is actually past my hand but it's nearly impossible to get a perfect shot with my arm in the tent and my other one far out trying to take a photo i can't see. The Tropicanna Popcorn nugs are already bigger than my thumb... gonna be fun in 4 weeks to see bud finishing sizes Wedding Cake - Cherry HubbaBubba smell Tropicanna Glookies - Pink Bubblegum with a strawberry like hint peaking through. Tomorrow is feeding. Today is just emptying water from buckets from dehumidifier. *knock on wood* it's easy streak from here on out... 35~ days roughly left. here we grow!! *** Update *** Took some measurements. Wedding cake is monstrous already. Upto 1.5 inch wide, 14inch long (it was longer than the 12" ruler). Popcorn nugs on Tropicanna Glookies already 1inch wide 3 inch long at the top. Beaaautiful. Slow and steady from here on out. ----- Day 31 ----- Beautiful as usual. Fattening up nicely. 1200 ppm 6.4 pH 23 Liters If anyone is wondering why I switched to Blackstrap Molasses I put up the Nutrition Facts.. in 20 grams you have carbohydrates, potassium, Calcium, Iron, B6 Vitamin, Magnesium, Zinc.. and that's only the "significant" nutrients (Human based for that picture) It also contains micro traces of copper and more. pH is quite nice too, with the nutrient regiment i'm on, it finishes itself at 6.4pH so I don't have to manipulate it with pH up/down... Loving everything so far. Humidity in basement was 39% today, SO damn close. Tent closed at lights on (highest residual humidity point) was at 48% ... woo hoo 3% more to go!!! ------ Day 32 ------ Wow. Wedding Cake larger buds I can't even wrap my hand around.. These buds are going to be mooooonstrous. Humidity was under 40% in basement, tent was 48% this morning. Great news for me. Easy day, pretty much standard operating procedures from here on out.. feed, drain dehumidifier, strengthen stems by shaking plants, open/close tents... rinse repeat. Both plants are amazing, great genetics so far regarding bud structure building/plant size. ----- Day 33 ----- 47.5% residual humidity Fed at 1150ppm 6.4pH 23L Everything's perfect, 30~ days left. ----- Day 34 ----- 48% humidity in tent, i'm a happy camper. Everything's perfect. Bulk has started, front right Tropicanna Glookies had double in thickness and diameter top buds of most stems. Wedding cake 14 inch stem I've named Big Bertha. Excited to watch her fatten up on the couch so-to-speak. I'm now on autopilot. Fed yesterday while half asleep, didn't even remember doing it. Thank god I take pics of ppm/pH before every feeding for data. One more feeding this week before week 6 happens tomorrow. This week Liquid Koolbloom ends, KoolBloom Dry begins for maximum bulk on week 6 first feeding (2 days into week 6) ----- Day 35 ----- Last day of week 5!!! Fed at 1150ppm 6.4ph 23L Plants are perfect, humidity is great. Smell is RAMPED up now. Strong candy weed smell.

Incredibly, they both gave almost the same, 70 grams each. good quality but it was below expectations I felt a difference compared to the autos in the first round. maybe my fault or genetics 🤔😅🤪

02/28/2021 What a difference in a week! Potted up GSC To 1 gallon pot, Blue Dream next, pics coming soon. (Later tonight) Blue Dream potted up and watering done. Both have nice side shoots for clones. GSC is at 10" tall, Bluedreamatic Dream is at7.5" Also took 5 cuttings of Wreak Havoc hope to have 2 of each clone (GSC,BLUE DREAM,WREAK HAVOC) for outside, I believe I got the lemony kush pheno which is perfect for my climate!

D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------

What a difference a week makes. Feeding every watering (every 3rd day) Fox Farm Trio and seaweed. Running hot in the tent! 87 degrees during the day. Cooler weather is on the way. Anyone using CO2? I think to grow in the summer I’m going to have to use it. Most of the plants have shown a calmag deficiency but so far so good

The plants are growing fast, we forgot to check pH in this week but no problems.

La tercera semana ha ido bien, han estirado menos de lo que quería debido al exceso de agua, aprendido para la próxima. 📅 Dia 22:🔹 Continuo con el Low Stress hasta que dejen de crecer. 📅 Dia 23:🔹Descanso ( no estoy en casa) 📅 Dia 24:🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes, EC 1500 , PH 6.3 y un drenaje del 10%. 📅 Dia 25:🔹Las dejo que terminen de estirar tranquilamente. 📅 Dia 26:🔹Descanso 📅 Dia 27:🔹Riego según tabla de nutrientes semana 4. Aplico toda la cantidad de la tabla, ya que con el CO2 comen mucho.
