So its come to the end of the first week and the little ones are doing great. At the start of the new week they will get their first watering and we will start a consistent schedule.

Week is going super well, did notice trichomes are starting to develop more in the coming weeks. Still struggling with watering mainly because i have 3 different strains and i dont know the flow yet. Watering schedule is thrice a week, I nutrient feed on sundays, water on wednesday and compost tea on fridays 500ml each pot. Will be monitoring the trichomes hereafter, today is day 90 from germination, super happy with the results no stunted growth or slow growth. Will set my harvest day between day 120-150. I am targetting longer harvest time for the purple punch because they didnt fight for the light and bullied by 2 monstrous sativas. Since it is indica dominant, i am going to chop them once i see 70% amber

Blurple burnt leafs a bit this week and the next week but couldn’t see the damage under the Blurp until Back under one or my Mars lights (blurp ran a bit warm and intense for the 2x2 tent haha 😂 schoolboy error Lol 😂)

2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP: This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃 I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜 In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water). The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie. During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4). At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week. The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS! Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here. Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above. The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

D85. At the start of week seven of flower, the girls are just humming along. I gave each girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.6. ------------------------------ D87. I brewed a compost tea with worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, rock dust, biochar, and molasses and gave each girl 2.5 liters @ pH 6.3. ------------------------------ D89. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3 with Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------ D91. We're at the end of the seventh week of flower, and things are uneventful in the tent. I still can't find any thrips when I scout, so that's good. Yesterday, each girl got 1.25 liters of water @ pH 6.6 with fulvic acid and FFJ, and today, they also got 1.25 liters of water @ pH 6.6 but with humic acid. ------------------------------

Pretty easy so far haven't feed any nutrients just plain water and great white mycorrhizae mixed with molasses. Gonna be moving them by next week to my tent and start training and topping them by the fifth node so soon 😁.

Its a strain with really strong smell of Pinneapple (during drying and after curing). It is easy to grow but susceptible to mold (above 60% humidity). Flowers are a hard like a stone and covered with a massive amount of resin! High is very strong, after few puffs it causing you into the coma. It is really good strain for sleepness disease.

Week 6 of flower! Coming into the final stretch and thankfully this catches me up to the present with this journal. All the girl's are really getting thirsty faster and I've upped their daily to 1gl each with half doses of CalMag+ and PH'd to 6.3. I'll be changing PH to 6.5 for the last 3 weeks of flower to help with their autuming off. The WW is getting so resinous it's ridiculous. Keeping nighttime temps @ 60F and mid 70's during the day with 4 hours of enhanced UV via the HLG UV bar. Supposed to help with tricome and terpene production....we'll see!

Blütewoche 2 – Blattpflege, ScrOG & Biologischer Pflanzenschutz Zeitraum: Vom 29. Mai bis 05. Juni Moin zusammen! Ich habe mir mein bisheriges Grow-Tagebuch angesehen und beschlossen, künftig auf Deutsch weiterzuschreiben, damit ich mir das ständige Übersetzen spare und gleichzeitig einen Beitrag zur deutschsprachigen Grow-Community leisten kann. Entlaubung & ScrOG-Fädeln: In dieser Woche habe ich die King Juice großflächig entlaubt, um Licht und Luft besser ins Innere der Pflanze gelangen zu lassen. Die Äste wurden durch das ScrOG-Netz gefädelt, damit sie sich gleichmäßig über die Fläche verteilen. Zu Beginn war sie etwa 55 cm im Durchmesser – zum Ende der Woche war sie auf ca. 60 cm angewachsen. Biologischer Pflanzenschutz – Nützlinge: Zum Schutz gegen Schädlinge habe ich zwei Koppert-Produkte eingesetzt: - Swirski‑Mite Plus – enthält Amblyseius swirskii, eine Schlupf‑ und Raubmilbe, die sich besonders gegen Larven von Thripsen und Weißen Fliegen richtet  - Spical Plus – beheimatet Neoseiulus californicus, eine generalistische Raubmilbe, ideal gegen Spinnmilben, aber auch gegen andere Blattmilben  Diese Nützlinge werden in langsam freisetzenden Beuteln angebracht und helfen präventiv im biologischen Schädlingsmanagement – damit es gar nicht erst zu größeren Problemen kommt. Pflanzenzustand: Die King Juice hat sich zügig erholt, wirkt vital und wächst kräftig weiter. Das Blattwerk zeigt ein sattes Grün, ohne Anzeichen von Mangelerscheinungen. Sehr zufriedenstellend! Bewässerung & Mikrobenkultur: Das Substrat ist noch gut feucht. Deshalb werde ich wie gewohnt erst zu Beginn der nächsten Woche erneut gießen. I replaced the nutrients and water; this time, I mixed the nutrients the day before. I've also dropped the water level in the DWC buckets by 3cm to try and give roots more oxygen. The lights were raised by another 10cm and increased brightness from 25% to 50%. Due to our cold spell and the location of the tent finding it hard to keep the temperature consistently above 70+

She’s recovering well from the HST and has a nice cross shape with 4 colas ready to take off; the pistils are starting to show, so the timing is good I’m expecting a good stretch over the next two weeks, as the sun and heat are still going strong. . Im watering and feeding a little more, and differently, from now on.

Alright guys, welcome back — week 7 of veg with the Pineapple Upside Down Cake from Humboldt. This week feels like a big win compared to the last one. The adjustments I made finally paid off. Cutting off the extractor really helped bring humidity back up, and that gave the plant the push it needed to get back into an optimal growth rhythm. I also realized that adding an extra light before was too much — way too much PPFD. So now I’ve gone back to a more balanced setup with a 54W COB at 5000K. The environment feels much more stable, uniform, and the plant clearly loves it. Nutrients are still straight Athena — Grow A, Grow B, CalMag, and Cleanse. EC is holding around 1.4. One thing I’ve noticed is a slight drift between what’s in the reservoir and what ends up in the saucer. That’s why I keep the res around pH 5.5–5.6. Once it drains through to the pot, it tends to rise, landing closer to 5.8 or even 6.0. It’s a bit tricky to manage, but the idea is to aim lower in the res so that the root zone ends up right where it should be. So, the main challenge for the upcoming week is to keep that pH steady in the sweet spot — ideally buffered around 5.8 to 6.0. If I can lock that in, the plant should keep pushing strong. For now, everything looks good. I’m happy with the comeback this week — definitely a victory. Let’s see how it evolves next week. Catch you then!

Our Tropicana Cookies #2 was transplanted from 6.5 to 20 liters into a larger pot just after I finished taking the photos, and she's already enjoying it.
