Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. The buds are getting fat and tasty. Looking at the plant the harvest won't be the best but hopefully the smoke will be nice 🙏☘️😀

Beginning of week 6. Northern is getting very thick and burly. The gorilla clones are all iced in trichomes, very sticky. I love it, but very fluffy for some reason. I mean they look awesome and smoke is incredible too since these are clones and I remember they looked exactly the same at 7 weeks under 400w hps lumatek setup. 3 weeks left so hoping for better results this time :) CBD danceworld is doing ok, like I said in comments somewhere I don’t expect much from cbd strains in terms of yield. In few months I will be running medical mass just to see if I can get a decent yield as RQS advertises this strain as heavy yielder. Will see about that :) other than that no probs whatsoever.

Well, well, well.. My first harvest! I'm very happy with how healthy the plants remained the entire time. I learned that growing outside is definitely easier than maintaining a tent environment, but you don't have as much control over the factors like amount of light the plants recieve and when they get their waterings! More fertilizer and better LST would be my takeaways from this grow. Excited to see how autoflowers perform in a tent next, otherwise I will say the amount I harvested from this plant was somewhat underwhelming.

6/23 Due To The Two 8 Day weeks this week will only consist of five days to get me back on track. SEE LAST WEEK FOR DETAILS. I DID ANOTHER EIGHT DAY WEEK. I'LL DO THIS WEEK AS SIX DAYS. THAT WAY IM BACK ON SCHEDULE. WATERED 6/22. WENT BACK AT NIGHTCAND WATERED ANOTHER GALLON WITH 1/3 TSP Armor Si. I mixed the solution with kelp you kelp me but I dumped it out. I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. I DEFOLIATED SOME BURNED LEAVES AND MIXED A SOLUTION IF KELP ME KELP YOU THAT I PLAN TO FEED TO THE GARDEN TODAY. IM HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS ARE GOING. WE HAVE SOME RAIN AND THINDERSTORMS COMING. Went back over to put the girls to bed at six and if was still 90 degrees. The water from yesterday had dissipated. The tops were dust dry. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. TUCKED THE LITTLE GIRLS IN AT SIX AND SHOT A VIDEO AND TOOK SOME PUCTURES. PLANTS LOOKED PHENOMINAL! GOT HOME AND AROUND SEVEN IT JUST STARTED RORREBTIAL DOWNPOURS! THE TYPE OF RAIN THAT BREAKS STEMS. I SHOULDVE PUT MY OTHET TARP UP BUT I DIDNT. I WISH I HAD. IM A LITTLE NERVOUS. I KNOW THESE GIRLS ARE STRONG THOUGH! TOMORROW. ILL ROLL THE RARP UP AND SECURE THE BOTTOM FOR FAST ACCESS. IM ALSO GOING TO KOOK INTO FINDING A TOP FOR MY CAGE I CAN USE IN INCLIMENT WEATHER. 6/25 That little qtr in of rain we were supposed to get turned into torrential downpours and high winds. Luckily no REAL damage. If you watch the video you'll see what I mean. I'm going to havecto be cognizant moving forward. Noticed a few chunks from leaves butvplants are still healthy. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

Day 42 after switch. did some defoliation on day 40. this week only watering with water and one time BioTabs compost tee. everything running smooth so far. no bigger problems and buds are now starting to get fatter.🙏

D36. The start of the second week of flower and all is well in the tent. It's a very low-maintenance grow. I train her to maximize the canopy in such a tiny tent, but that's it. She has started drinking from the reservoir and has gone through about a third of it in the first week. ------------------------------ D38. I gave her one liter of water @ pH 6.8, mixed with SF nematodes, humic acid, fulvic acid, sprouted seed tea, and bokashi juice. I also put two avocado halves on the soil to keep the worm buddies fed and happy. ------------------------------ D40. I increased DLI to 50, which raised the temp in the tent, so I changed the exhaust to 15 min on / 15 min off to lower the temp again. The average VPD is 1.2. ------------------------------ D42. The second week of flower is at an end, and there's nothing to report. This grow is so hands-off that it's slightly boring ;) ------------------------------

Transplant time! Got these girls into a three gallon container with added mycos and bacteria. My custom mix is coco and perlite with added amendments, worm Castings and purple cow soil. I add dolomite lime on top and mix it in. They got a small watering.

All these beautiful girls are going thre flush now getting ready to harvest up they are all very resiny an covered in trichromes all the nugs are nice an dense an are smelling amazing can't wait to be able to dry an start curing them

2 days into this week I started to notice that the temperature outside was getting warmer at night. So I decided to do a all nighter and see how many plants did thorough the night. First thing I found out was that I'm to old for that shit lol damn was it hard. Anyways a few hours into the night I noticed the tent was getting hot. 27.8c was were it was staying at. So I turned the cob lights off for a bit and let the temp come down. Also noticed some shit was going on with my brain cake tent so I decided to take the SF-2000 Spider-Farmer out of it and swap out the COB light for it. After that the temp stayed around 25.6c for the rest of the night. After doing the leaf strip everything grew back within a few days (as you can see). One of my Kmintz plants wasn't consuming the water in its pot as fast as the others so I let it dry out a bit (48 hours) before I gave it another feeding. The Tarantula Genetics Platinum OG Punch Breath is a impressive plant so far. Excited to see what she looks like in the end. Size Kmintz #1 - 27" Kmintz #2 - 33 1/2" Apple Punch - 29 3/4" Platinum OG Punch Breath - 37 1/4" Well that's all everyone happy growing.

Now I see why they call it "Fat Bastard." It's now the tallest after being the smallest in the tent. Sheesh! Black Strap colors are just amazing. Peach Crescendo needed some more light cause of its height. Had to put it on a bucket so it's canopy can reach the other girls. My mistake. But we gotta keep mo along.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la tercera semana de floración de estas Frosty tooth de Seedstockers, aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de floración. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 5 ejemplares seleccioné los 3 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, el fotoperiodo a 12/12, aplique una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, las plantas ya empezaron a formar las flores. I guess the grow is doing okay. The zkittlez plant that has suspiciously small buds for the amount of time its been flowering and compared to GMP. I noticed some possible seed sacks on the zkittlez and then also GMP, i cut off a small lower bud on the GMP to get a closer look and when i opened up the sack it looked like an extremely small serd like 1/10 the size of a fingernail. I could be wrong in assuming that the plants hermed but i doubt it. My guess is thag the zkittlez plant hermed along the way at some point and pollinated GMP. The zkittlez was a freebie and i couldn't find the breeder so its kinda par for the course. The seed development is very slow so by the time the girls will be cut down, the seeds probably wont be mature but I've never had herms or done any breeding work so i have no clue. Im not thsr upset just a little peeved that i didn't notice sooner.
