The new growth is coming in a little limey, we insist on reusing Promix so PH is always a bit of a rollercoaster lol.. no sweat, usually a gallon each PH'd to 5.5 with 5ml/gal N solution will get them back to baseline..we seem to have the same issue with most plants grown in our basement during summer, I'm sure the super high humidity and low evaporation rate has something to do with it... if they don't come around after the adjustment, they'll spend some time under the HIDs, this always straightens them out..we topped the mainline for the last time today for 8 mains per side, as well as another full round of toppings on the x2 LST plants... thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy growing everyone!!! ❤️🐱💡🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ 8/22/21 🐱 Quick update, the mainlined plant is showing signs of calcium deficiency which is odd, with our routine we almost never have Calcium or magnesium issues..its really only noticeable under the florescent lights on this one but we'll have to make changes.. they all have plenty of calcium in their media so I'm wondering if the PH has gone screwy in that pot.. we reuse promix which gets really acidic sometimes and we add lime to buffer this but we guess a lot and may not have used enough (or waited long enough)..I know when our media gets around 5-5.5 calcium deficiency is a huge issue..ill add a little more calcium to be sure and will try using water PH'd higher (6.5-7) and see if this helps anything. And apply the 3 recommend nutrients to be used for seedlings. La Calavera is the exact same formula as Voodoo Juice. How can this be you ask..(As it would be copyright), well it would be if it wasn't for the fact that these ppl, (Terra Power), are the ones who own and hold the pattens to voodoo juice, tarantula and Piranha, which made AN famous. They decided to break away and all the formulas they made for AN over the years they taken 90% of them and used modern day research with autos/ruderails in mind. Their base nutes alone will blow you away. Have a look at their claims. Led-grower.eu/terra-power/. As for the plant, new strain, new nutes, new whole entire set up with a 90% controlled environment, I say 90% cause I'm waiting to get the air exchange and AC installed in my grow room. Soon it'll be 100% be able to bring temp up as high as 28c and as low as 17c. Atm I can control RH. I can bring it up to 70 by just closing my door/tent windows and then by adding a damp towel and after a few days of the grow room door closed the RH will go up to 70+% and I'll only open the door every couple hours to swap out air until my air exchanger is installed. I can get the RH as low as 35% with a full tent 30 with 1 or 2 plants. So, hoping this time I can grow top A grade bud, as the last stuff was nice my 1st harvest was C grade weed. Was still half decent though. The others were B grade for sure. Hoping this time with the money I'm going to be putting in electricity it's goman be A grade. As I'll be looking at nearly 1kwh every 2hrs. That's 7e a day when the dehuimifier will be running when in flower. But as I'm vegging everything in a 70x70 with 1 light I'll get 4-5 wks for only having to pay 80cents a day. And I'll have great high RH. And as soon as some start to flower they'll be put in the 150x150 and I'll bring the RH in the room down but it'll still stay high in the 70x70 once I have the windows sealed up. If I can't get the RH below 45-55% for pre flower I'll have lots of room in the 150x150 to put the dehumidifier in and bring down the tents RH while keeping the Rooms RH high for the small tent. I'll just run the intake fan for the 150x150 from outside the grow room up in to the attic which the RH is 50% so air intake from the room will be too high for the big tent to use. 30/4/22 Veg started: first signs of life popped up today. Going to keep em on root stims and enzymes for now. Haven't fed since planted so will water with .1 300ppm today. All the EC comes from La Sirena. Makes Will just sit back for now and let em do their thing hopefully in 48hrs will have some leafs or shell pushing up. She's growing straight up. So for now, it's just watching for any signs, (such as browning of the stem, bent stems and any early on diseases if any will hamper the plants formation of her 1st 2 fan leafs. You wanna see them no later than 24-48hrs after she pops her head up out of the ground). 1/5/22 VD 2 really at to coming on. Went from .5 to nearly 3cm. 4/5/22 Growing really well. Her first 3 days she put on 7cm her 3rd she put on 4cm of them 7. She hasn't grown up today but her face has filled out, another 2 days I reckon before she splits. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much in the high temps as they'll be in a sealed tent for 18hrs in 30-32c I'll have the dehuimifier in the sealed tent and will be set at 45% And will keep it in that range for all of pre flower and then I'll put it back on to negative pressure environment 21c in the dark window and after all plants come out of pre flower Co2 will be left in the tent but will be useless without a sealed tent/grow room. Day 36. One girl is shooting the sky other still have that unhealthy look, made my mind - its genetics and i can't do anything. Girls got second feed, looks happy and hopefully will bring some nice flowers. Took some leaves down, spread a bit, but most of work will be done next week, if i will dare ;))) Last time used Root Juice, added Acti-Vera, increased Bloom and Heaven. Day 40. After last feed, girls got small rusty spots on 4-5 leaves total, cut out cal mag for couple weeks. Heavy training, its always tricky to decide what to do with Autos and i have almost no knowledge, but i have SPA Queen and Midget aka Margaret ;))) both different, but bushy, had to clear Midget really heavily and still loads future airbuds left, but maybe ... ;))) Girls drink 3 liters every day, highest rate ever, but i relate it to most powerfull exhaust ever. Some leaves on both plants got strange mutation, like leaf tries to branch out ... Never seen anything like this. But by height i presume it happend on first feed, late Root Juice aftermath ? 8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.

Holy smokes! This plant was a monster to keep alive during flower. So many different unsolved problems. Oh well. These flowers shrunk about 80% in size but sweet Mary Josephine are they dense! The smell is overpowering, the smoke is smooth, and the flavor is out there! These are definitely sativas. My first rip I washed dishes while doing calve squats. 10/10 would recommend.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! Voilà c'est terminé, j'ai regardé au microscope et 30% des trichomes sont bruns. Ce fût une culture tranquille, les nutriments RQS m'ont bien surpris par leurs efficacité. Je vais continuer à les utiliser..👍 Les plantes m'ont fait de belles têtes malgré le froid pendant la nuit. Je n'ai utilisé aucune technique particulière de culture. Les buds sentent les fruits exotiques, le citron et un peu terreux.🎆 Cette culture fait partie du Concours d'automne de Royal Queen Seeds. As of day 57 the grow is going well! I am more confident that the leaf yellowing is regular end of life changes at this point. The buds are putting on decent weight and the trichomes have mostly clouded over. It is entering the harvest window in my opinion, but I am going to wait another week or so before harvest and give it some time to ripen more. I have switched my feeding to a mild does of GO biothrive bloom which will finish the grow with primarily organic nutes through the last couple weeks. i will continue to fade down the nutrients as the plant is hitting the end of its life. Stopped weaving to leave them about 6-8 inches above the canopy. Will be defoliating at some point next week to improve light penetration.
