🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup Week 4 was all about structure and airflow. The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps. Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right. Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention. Feed Bloom since 20/6 22/6 Defoliation 🌱 Plant Response: After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

12th Week Report 02/01/20 - 09/01/20 I was away from home for 1 week and everything was done on 07/01/20. 07/01/20 Luckly there is no mold and humidity now is stable at 55%. There is more or less half reservoir and I'm waiting to fill it, probably CMXL is almost ready to be flushed. Now CMXL is just fattening. As "planned" LSD got the final cut and from her undeveloped branches were trimmed just leaves without any pollen. When she will be dry, she will be used for making Hash/Butter. 6/1 super long internodal spacing. If giving the chance shed grow straight up through the roof. Even after training she still stretches and stretches. People keep thinking im over watering but really the droopy plant pictures are from underwatering just to clarify. Fed her some slf-100 and recharge today as a tea day. week was good I ran in to some problems got nutrient deficiency and some burnig on my leaves. But I fixed that by doing a nice good rinse of straight water and than fer them some good olnutes and back to good. Smell is strong and funky so strong I finally ordered a carbon filter. I did a top dressing, everything seems to be going pretty well they are looking Frosty. Im debating on increasing the PhotonTek 600w pro to 75% what do yall think its in a 4x4 tent. I don't have a PPFD METER nor can I find PPFD charts for this light in a 4x4 space so I'm just winging it atm.

Added nutrients to top off reservoirs everything looks good …I am content so far with testing will be dropping light schedule to 11 on 13 off to accelerate bud development hopefully shortening flowering time

1/4 - fed 1gal distilled water, 6.0pH. Starting RAW nutes next feeding. 1/6 - first RAW feeding. Came out rather low ppm so I may double my feeding chart for flower. Everything else is looking good. 72.7*F 5.8pH 818 ppm 4g BLOOM 0.7g Phosphorus 0.75g Kelp 0.55g Cal/Mag 0.5g ominA 2g Microbes Bloom Stage 1.25g Amino Acids 0.25g Enzymes 1/7 - dropped the AC Infinity controller to level 2 as an experiment overnight to see how temps will rise in both compartments. Light is at about 900ppfd a few inches below the lowest tops 1/9 - no issues with fan speed at 2! RAW feeding tonight. 70.5*F 6.1pH 1390 ppm 8g BLOOM 0.96 Potassium 1.5g Kelp 0.25g Cal/Mag 4.2g Microbes Bloom Stage 1.25g Amino Acids 0.25g Enzymes Also found a new way to mix my RAW nutrients without having them stick to the bottom...small landscaping pond pump! It gets the water moving nicely and I just drop the dry nutes in, mixes it for me and I can easily fine tune PH and test PPM without having to shake and take samples! Huge win. 1/10 - She's getting fatttttt!!! Long time to go but just sayin...my lady in veg needs at least 3 weeks so hopefully I'm not stepping on myself here soon!
