Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news! While we're not huge on autoflower plants, this one turned out really nice, not a huge yield, maybe just over an Oz dry but her bag appeal can't be beat.. we may actually grow this strain again but probably outdoors, our autos always seem to preform better in the garden. Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 8 weeks of veg completed 28th Jan 2020 I performed some high stress training techniques (HST) to my Jack herer Girl during the week. Basically I pinched and bent the stems of the longest branches to make them grow horizontally rather than straight up in the air. I did this to keep the canopy reasonably even giving all the potential bud sites an even distribution of sunlight. Hopefully this will eliminate a lot of the "popcorn" small buds and create nice fat colas. We shall see in a few weeks time 😃 She also got a nice big drink of High tea which the plants really seem to love . Overall I am very happy with this plants health and characteristics. Plant growing well, not really fast but still great

Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...

I'm a little late with update, I was very busy. In grow room it is all under control. the buds are filling up. Strech has stoped. Here is 17 days since flowering. Smeel is pretty strong, i just need to set up carbon filter. Next update will be in a fev days. ✌️🤘💚💜

In general, I liked growing this variety, the only thing is a lot of small leaves, it is not very convenient to cut, but the colas are very dense and weigh well, there are also many small stepsons, although I cleaned up during unnecessary time, powdery mildew appeared after the rain, which is difficult get rid of the large number of leaves on the plant, and it's very good)

This lady is getting real big, i wish i had induce her to flower 1 week before, but shit happens :) HST to deal with it :P Never had a Blue Dream Pheno with so many sativa %, I'm sorry about the quality of pics and videos but my phone sucks, i promisse some good bud porn with better quality for the next weeks :p

here we are for the SSSC contest grow update. 14.06.2024 the two murphys sister grow well in their new soil. the litlle flowering one slowly get chunkier and the stunt one finally wake up and stretch nicelly ( she could be a chalenger) 18.06.2024 3 day of canicule have been annonce at 9h00 am the outside temp have reach 29°C, the room temp is at 33° and the grow tent is at 36°. to avoid any over heat stress to the sister they have been set outdoor for the heat wave. 20.06.2024 the outside temp hit 38°c today can t imagine how high it may have reach in the grow tent. The murphy sister really like the sun light the stunt one just grow 2 inch per day, she is now 3 time bigger then is sister... unfortunatelly she have been snap , almost unroot, by my neighbor dog. try to fix her best as i can. 21.06.2024 thunder storm alert today so the sun therappy is finish anyone return back to the growtent, the snaped sister look okay. maybe i will rescue her an other time. 22.06.2024 the injured sister look really bad this morning. and passed out by the end of the day. she haved been set to dried, the terps is so amazing, kind of a woody sun ripped cherry crumble. 04.07.2024 the RIP murphys sister is dry, she gave me 1g of tinny fluffy bud sticky like hell and smelling like heavent

Easy harvest, nice bud. I wish I didn't live in the North where I had to harvest sooner than I liked but I have some good stuff here. Looking forward to seeing how many jars I can fill.
