The seeds had 100% germ rate and started all very strong and they are all emerging from the soil at an even pace with no stragglers. The plants are just popping out the soil today. I’m excited to grow these new fast buds fem strains. They are breaking out into a different market with the fem seeds. They had the one drop of fem seeds but now these new ones are a whole different story I’m excited. I know they will do great.

10/31 Week 11 Still building The clones have done well their strength builds Heh no changes to nuets at this time like where they are 11/1 Shifting their light turn on time one hour due to the silly time change so extra hour dark tonight. 11/2 Took the time change just fine on a 7-7 schedule. Looking at two weeks till first finish on the FF9 followed by the FF11 the next week and finish with FF10 following. More a question of dry space cant dry more than a couple safely at a time given humidity is unstable this time of year swinging from 30% to 90% depending on weather. Not sure how we will handle the finish, will tell more after we see what happens with the Green Poison grow that harvests a week earlier. Removed Soul Peak PK for the time being using up the last of some koolbloom and it really wont matter much till next week. They are drinking more so buds are being built hard, good sign. 11/5 All seems well FFT-11 is maturing on one clone much faster than the other looks like they will be ready about the same time as the FFT-9 in a week or so Moving the 11 to the middle the 10 to the back of the tent as it will be last. I found them and i think i staked them back to health in time, no noticeable damage, more blindsided while realizing the volume and coming to grips with the next step. the reality of the bounty of my garden is dawning on me, and i am a bit intimidated. by the dry, as i am in low RH. by the cure, as i have never done one before. by killing my girls, as they are lovely to ease my anxiety, i ordered 20 hydrometers and increased my jar count from 36 quart jars by adding a dozen 1/2 gallon jars. it is obvious some of the buds need bigger jars to stay intact during the cure. i skipped the boveda packs for now. they are amazon prime away in an emergency, but i figure my attentiveness will be enough, at least this first grow; plenty of people did it right before me without the boveda packs, and when i can pay less per hydrometer than boveda pack... it becomes an interesting decision. i choose old school... for now (mind subject to change) end game is WAY more intimidating than dropping that seed into that cup of water. no one told me it would be this stressful! i hope i do them well during this next phase and these next few weeks. they certainly appear to have done me well 9/7/17 I have a confession to make. When I thought the plants got stunted by the heat, I considered pulling the plants and starting over. Boy an I glad that I didn't. I didn't know what I didn't know. What stopped me was reading a forum post somewhere and a guy was frustrated with his grow and was thinking of pulling it (i think he only had 1 plant). Someone responded to him with very prolific questions. "And then what? Plant another and make the same mistake again? Why don't you finish her out so on your next grow you know better what not to do?" Bingo. He wasn't even talking to me, but he was speaking directly at my situation (or so I thought). I decided to finish them, even if they were stunted dwarfs (SPOILER ALERT: They aren't, I was wrong, they were anything BUT stunted) I am really glad I found that advice because who knows if I would have went through with it if this gentleman hadn't given me a moment of clarity. So if you are frustrated by your first grow, I would advise to finish the grow no matter what (unless, obviously, its a male or moldy or something that DEMANDS the plant be culled) and learn what to do better for next time. I thought mine were gonna be bonzai plants. Not even considering the money wasted and the time wasted, I would have missed out on what the plants have taught me and a tent full of superstars. Now, as I am approaching the end, I need some advice. Aside from trics, is there any other way to determine approx how long left in the grow? I need to change my nutes to end stage stuff (adding dry koolbloom, phasing out unneeded nutes, and finally the flush. ) I am super worried about getting the timing right. Besides trics, are there any other clear signals that we are rounding the corner to the final stretch? Thanks in advance. Also, I live in a dry environment. A desert, actually. For real. It seems like dry trimming will be very important for me if I do not want it to smell like alfalfa after the cure. Any thoughts on dry trimming? I know it is more work, but the results seem better. My plan, so far, is to hang the entire plant upside down in 1 piece to dry. The only question is, how many of the large fan leaves to leave on. Some leave all, some leave only the small ones in the buds. Any thoughts will help me decide along with my other research. Thanks!

It also has the bonus of adding more air to the solution

2024-08-17 in my garden standing 2 Tangerine Snow Plants One was growing Indoors, and was already harvested, and is revegetationg now and it looks promising The other Plant was the most Time of her life Outdoors, and is in flower for week 2 now ( almost week 3 because the last Update was 10 Days ago. i made videos and Photos of Both plants the outdoor lady drinks and eats a lot She sits in a 15l Smartpot, and drinks around 5liters per day ( i have to give her water twice a Day because its quite hot. shes around 160 cm tall and shows already lovely buds ( entering week 3 of flower) i need to get more of these Genetics for next year, shes one of my favourite Genetics but thats what i tell every week to me the perfect plant. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. Granddaddy plant in week 6 of flowering. She is in full bloom. Bugs Issue: There are some old caterpillar holes on leaves but I think bugs situation improved. The smell from plant dropped last week after first round of insecticide spray. Smell is like plant crying out in pain after being attack by bugs. I sprayed spinetoram one more time in the beginning of the week. Late in the week, I used a USB microscope to check. And there was a Protoss tank patrolling a leaf on plant 2. On the bigger plant, I just saw carcass of dead mites strewn around. Prepping plant 2 for an early harvest. I am always happy on harvest day. Trim her and let the pot dry out for a couple of days. And plan to spray my garden with third and last round of spinetoram. Next week, I am going back to microbes. Plant 1 is doing fine. She is bigger and handles pests better. Her flowering cola’s also smell nicer. Plant 1 phenotypes is much better than plant 2. And I removed some leaves. This past week, I fed both plants with half strength potassium based orchid fertilizer. Plant 2 shows slight tip burn. So, this is the feeding limit. Plant 1 leaves are nice and green. A few leave started to yellow but I am not bothered by that issue at late flowering stage. Next week I’ll just give plant 1 a dose of yogurt and start pre-harvest preparations. Trimming, flushing, and all that. Transplanted a clone to 25-liters basket. She started to put our pistil. This is one issue with Mycorrhiza. It over stimulate the root. And root tips put our too much cytokinin that signals flowering.

Sie bekommt noch locker eine bis zwei Wochen, aber nach 50 Tagen vom Samen bis in diesen Zustand zu kommen ist für mich beeindruckend. Das ist wirklich schnell 💪 Die anderen beiden trödeln so vor sich hin, die eine blass, die andere klein, aber sie machen ihren Job. Vielleicht lässt die Tropicana die anderen beiden aufgrund ihrer Geschwindigkeit auch einfach nur etwas langsam aussehen. Wenn die also noch abliefern, hätte ich nichts dagegen 😅 An Tag 53 sieht alles soweit gut aus. Die Tropicana Cookies scheint schon langsam ihrem Ende entgegen zu gehen. Verdammt schnell würde ich sagen. Ich gebe ihr aber noch ein paar Tage, auch wenn ich den Platz den anderen beiden gönnen würde und später auch werde. Die Mimosa hat sich eingegrooved und man hat endlich das Gefühl Fortschritt zu sehen. Sie bekommt überall schöne, weiße Igel. Die MAC#1 ist scheinbar ein wenig lichtempfindlich. Ich hab versuchsweise den EC bis 4,0 hochgedrückt, aber sie bekommt die Farbe nicht zurück, solange ich ihr über 700 µmol/s/m² an Licht gebe. Gestern hab ich das Licht ein wenig reduziert und ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie wieder mehr Druck in den Blättern aufbaut. Leider bekam die Mimosa dadurch nur noch 580 µmol/s/m², also habe ich die vordere Lampe seitlich gehangen. So konnte ich genug Licht rein bekommen, da der seitliche Unterschied zur Tropicana Cookies bei Weitem nicht so groß ist, wie der Höhenunterschied.

7/4 SUN was poking out a little bit. Plants loved that little feeding and seen to he noticeable larger this morning. I'm considering starting the nutes. At least the organic ones as well as upping the water intake I've been scared to water with all this rain and my experience last time. I plan on applying BT this afternoon and doing some work on the bottoms of the plants. I also saw a chipmunk in my cage so I have some spots in my fence that need to be patched. I know I can't compare this year to orher years as these are seeds and all the other years were clones. I CAN say for certain that my plants are healthiest they've been out of any of my journals. Previous plants were much larger but I was fighting numerous fungal, pathogens and pests at the sane time. Ear wigs would've lollipopped most buddies by now but I've seen no sign of them. I'm going to apply more poison where they were and add some rat traps inside the cage for the chipmunks. Once I fix the cage I think I'll be good. UPDATE: Went back over and fixed the holes on my cage from high winds. I found an old wire trap or cage and just cut sections and ziptied them to the existing wire and to the structure thus covering any open holes. I'll need to put lathes aroubdvtge outside because if a rodent REALLY wanted in they could get in. My belt had been wearing thin but I use shit until it breaks (yesterday the heal came off my shoe lol) so I was working hard sweating my nuts off and my belt gives out totally. At least ive got the major stuff done. I took a few videos too. I'm imagining it was this little bit of sun that gave these plants that boost of growth but I'm wondering if the added nutes had anything to do with it. Bags weren't light and I could feel moisture in the soil so I didn't water. I'll check again tomorrow morning. Since I didn't see many plants or even leaves for that matter with damage I decided to hold off ob the BT and the plant doctor. Only time will tell if that was the right decision. 7/5 Plants look fantastic. I see a few more holes in leaves sporadically amd I'm hoping it's pillars. I've seen lots of lightning bugs on my camera though and grasshoppers are abundant. Not one growth shoot has been chewed (knock on wood) which is what the earwigs had always done. I watched a video from last year and by nowcthey had lollipopped all lower leaves. It may not be the best weather growing season wise but despite the rh consistently in the 90's I still don't have pm or fungal pathogens. Need to get the BT out. Didn't water as we've had all that rain. I'll water either tonight or tomorrow morning. Sunny high in the 90s low is 66. Tomorrow looks good too. UPDATE WENT BACK OVER AROUND FIVE. IT WAS 88 DEGREES SO I WANTED TO CHECK THE GROW BAGS. THE POTS ARE FINE. IT WAS HUMID AS HELL. ONE PLANT WAS SLIGHTLY DROOPY BUT VERY LIGHT AND DRY. I FOUND TWO OTHERS THAT SEEMED LIGHTER THAN THE REST BUT HADNT DROOPED. I MIXED TWO GALLONS OF WATER WITH 1TSP KANGOROOTS AMD PHED IT CLOSE TO 6. I FED THE 3 PLANTS THAT WERE SUPER DRY LIKE A HALF GALLON AND SPRED THE REST OVER THE OTHER EIGHT PLANTS. THEY WERENT DROOPING BUT THEY WERE VERY DRY. I PLAN ON A FULL WATER TOMORROW. I WOULDVE DONE IT TODAY IF THE TEMPS WERENT SO HIGH. ITS RAINED A MONTH STRAIGHT SO I HAVENT HAD TO WATER. I MADE A COUPLE VIDEOS BUT I'LL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. 7/6 Another super hot day. I hefted the pots and they still had some weight but I could tell they were dry. This rain has messed up my watering schedule. Well it made it so I didn't NEED to water. These are big plants now. I need to get a schedule to stick too. They're going to probably need a gallon a piece at least. I'm still nervous watering. Right now I'm just reading the plants. I added .5tsp kelp me/you to 1 gallon of water to help with heat stress. I fed an additional two gallons to the garden this morning including the two container plants in the back. They were dry on top too but I know they have water deeper down. Next watering I'll be more consistent and try to give them there 10%. It's great having the bags elevated. I can finally see when I start getting run off. I could even measure the ph of it instead of relying on that meter. Ill check the ph when I go back over. Still a few 🐛 holes but they are few and far between. I really don't want to spray for such a small problem but if I cant find them at night that's what I'll do. UPDATE: Another 90 degree day. I went back over and gave the garden a gallon of water as they were dry and it didn't rain. Tried to use a soil ph meter to check ph. First couple were 6.4, 6.5 then I got 7.3 and I accidently dropped it. Then I got somethings that were high eights and even one 9! Obviously the Meter shit the bed. I'll lower the ph of the water slightly when I fully water tomorrow and I'm going to measure the runoff. 7/8 I must've messed up the journal again as the dates are off. GAVE PLANTS A FULL WATERING. Each girl got a gallon. I couldn't upload my videos this morning as I had to break up a fight. 3 on 1. Didn't give me a chance to put the videos up. I'll take some stills then I can upload them. I took stills and they all uploaded but didn't fucking save. I'm nit going to keep trying to upload if it's not going to. I WENT THROUGH THE GARDEN ANDCGOUND THREE LEQVES TO DEFOLIATE AND LITERALLY A COUPLE LEAVES ON TWO PLANTS WITH PILLAR HILESM WHEN I ARRIVED TWO BIRDS FLEW OUT. A HORNET CAME IN WHILE I WAS THERE. THIS DO LESS APPROACH SEEMS TO BE REALLY WORKING. I DODNT SEE NEARLT ENOUGH DAMAGE TO WARRANT SPRAY8NG MY EXTREMELY HEALTHY GIROS WITH ANYTHING. ILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND CLEAN THEM UP A BIT. I DO NEED TO INSTALL THE VERY8CAL TRELLIS FOR SUPPORT. THEYRE PRETTY HEALTHY THOUGH. ONE PLANT IS ABOUT AS WIDE AS IT IS TALL. STILL......PLANTS ARE EXPLODING AND ITS GETTING TIGHT IN THERE. I NEED TO GET THE TRELLIS UP THOUGH. 7/10 I went over and was planning to water. Plants were wet and it's raining. Top of the medium was moist but the bags were light. ONE bag was super light but seeing that we are having showers all day and an additional half inch of rain coming tonight so I didn't water them. Especially since they looked great. Decided to to spray BT yet as the damage is so small and i think the birds have been taking care of the pillars for me. Now I'm wondering if I should've gave that ONE plant a little bit of water but it will be find. Did a video. I'm being careful not to over water. Last year this is when all my buddies were devoured by earwigs. And no senescence like the years before. I think it was hust those earwigs. I haven't lost shot for leaves. Even the stalks are bright green and look amazing.
