Plant looks good to me. I have removed some lower branches that I didn't feel were going to produce much.

Well they're still doing well. No other seeds found. I guess we're in the home stretch at this point. Just keeping them watered and fed whenever needed.

Harvest Day 100 Strong Tropical Aroma

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Nugs not swelling up like I would like. But I’m really liking the purple I’m seeing on the one plant. Didn’t do much with the plants this week accept sit and watch them grow.

Had a cold, slow growing week this week. Night temps dropped down pretty low a few nights before I noticed, had a cold snap and I recently took my heating vent out of the tent, so I rerouted one of my AC exhausts trough this tent to heat it up again. I also had a bit to much nitrogen in my water mixture so this also slowed them down a bit, I diluted the nutrients in half but removing half of the water and adding strait water. There coming around now a few days later. Gonna be moving them to the big 4’x8’ tent soon(week or so prob till the tent is empty) with the RDWC 5gal bucket system and 1000w HPS for flowering. Gonna let them grow up a bit still before be start there LST, don’t wanna stress them yet after last week and there still staying low and bushy, not quite long enough shouts to pull over yet. I used my Max-see magnifier to take some close up pictures of Miss Mango Kushes trichomes. She is getting closer and closer to a harvest. It rained a little this week so I only fed her a couple of times. I am currently feeding her @AdvanceNutrients Jungle Juice. I have not had to defoliate this grow. I just didn't need to open up any space for sunlight, so I left them all in contact. I also had a snail that decided Miss Mango was a good home for her. I have no idea where that came from unless a bird dropped it. All in all, it was a good week. Miss Mango Kush is concentrating on her bud growth. As always, Let's chat it up! See ya next week.

5/17/24. Going into week 3 So the times actually not so sexy currently. Euphoria seems pissed and I’m not sure why. She’s been in droop mode for basically after the first week. I’ve tried not watering.. watering. Now it looks as though her bottom leaves are having some issues. I didn’t think droopy leaves was caused by hunger, but on account of the way the bottom leaves are looking I’d say she probably wants some food. This doesn’t make much sense either since she was transplanted into a bigger pot with fresh soil that I’m sure has plenty nutrients for her. If anyone has any ideas I welcome the input. Not much has changed since other updates. Haven’t fed, but will next watering Temperature between about 75-80f. Humid between 55-62. Lights at 100% about 22 inches up. Hoping I can figure out what’s causing this girls sadness. She’s falling behind the other 2 growing with her. Also, just hate seeing a not happy little plant :( 5/18/24. Whatever the problems is.. it’s progressing badly and fast. Moved her out of direct light this morning and still it’s gotten worse. Ugh. I think that’s everything for this update. at the first day of this week i started the flowering stage. Use for the first time the scrog net, hope well... Runtz is amazing, super fast and one of the strongest strain never tried *.* I continue with veg stage fertilizers. Plants drink a lot now :)

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and gave her the first feed of the week. She’s still stretching but she’s starting to fill in quite a bit too. Starting to have a pineappley scent to her as well. Day 44 - For the most part, all looks pretty good. I did spot a couple leaves that look like there may be some sort of deficiency but trying to research and figure it out. It’s only on a couple leaves so not really spreading. Checked for any sort of bugs and nothing. Hopefully I can get it figured out and turned around. Day 45 - Gave her a full feeding of straight pH’d water and upped the cal-mag a little to see if maybe I have the start of a magnesium deficiency. Got advice from someone on a different site so we’ll see if this is corrected. She’s really starting to fill in more and more each day. Not a very strong smell coming from her right now but my fingers smell amazing, pineapple/citrus after doing some leaf tucking and I love it. Just for shits and giggles, I did a test of the runoff and measuring out at 6.7, just like what’s going into her so thinking that’s a good thing. Looking forward to the next and final few weeks. Day 46 - All looking good I think! Upped the cal-mag and bit and noticed one more leaf that was off. Everything else is looking green and healthy and the buds seem to be filling in and starting to fatten up nicely. Day 47 - Gave her the last feeding of the week and she starting to really fill in and fatten up. Starting to get pretty frosty and smelling wonderful! Day 49 - Good lord she’s starting to really smell amazing, tropical citrus. Can not wait to chop but still got some time. Will start the week 8 feeding schedule tomorrow, letting her really dry out.

Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Craziest group I have ever had... Honestly I just want to see the end. I will be away for 2 weeks almost. Original Sensible Seeds ladies are dope. Gelato is very nice proper shape one of my favourite she is just nice and not problematic.... :) Runtz Gum is amazing nice big buds are on the way really nice! The same no problem with her at all!!!! Do-Si-Dos OG is just crazy.... She is not an easy lady... problematic... never met a plant like this one. ... Too much strech and now I need to tie and stand her up somehow i broke one branch.... I put a tape arounf so hopefully saves that bud tho....🤣 Her flowers kill her lol Black Ghost OG is sweet and good girl she is the easiest player from them she is good for begginners similar to Wedding Gelato even is shape haha.... Wedding Gelato from RQS is just perfect no problem with her at all... good for begginners as well... :) So This is how it is 5th week has started I just wanna get it done really long journey :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.
