The Blackberry moonrocks plants are beasts. They're so thick and sturdy, and they're covered in buds. They're not stretching much, so it's gonna be a really tight bud on top. I'm excited to see how they turn out. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

Well… kind of 😄 Because if you followed this diary from the beginning, you already know by now that these reports have a habit of multiplying into several parts. So first of all: sorry 😄 But honestly, there was simply too much happening during this run to compress everything into one giant update without losing important moments along the way. And this final report matters. Because this is where everything comes together: - the seed, - the environment, - the genetics, - the drying, - the trimming, - the curing, - the patience, - and finally… the smoke itself. For anyone only arriving now: everything from germination until harvest was documented throughout the previous weeks in detail. This final report is the complete closing reflection: our honest experience with Nectar Drip after living with the medicine properly. 🌱 From Seed To Finished Medicine This run started under a 12/12-from-seed cycle from day one. No long vegetative period. No giant training sessions. No massive canopy manipulation. Just allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally while observing: - structure, - resin production, - flower formation, - terpene evolution, - morphology, - and overall cultivar personality. And honestly? These girls impressed us almost the entire way through. Compact plants. Fast flowering behavior. Dense stacking. Strong lateral support. Heavy trichome coverage. Beautiful late fade. Excellent flower-to-leaf ratio. Outstanding resin production. And by harvest? They truly became something special. One of the plants was frozen immediately after harvest for future washing and extraction work, which we will still return to later on once the fresh frozen process is completed properly. The remaining plants continued through: - controlled drying, - hand trimming, - curing, - and final evaluation. Final dry cured manicured flower numbers came to: 🌱 337.3 grams Plus: the fresh frozen material still resting for future washing and extraction work. And honestly? For a 12/12-from-seed run with this level of quality, resin, density, and expression… very happy. Very very happy. ? The Cure After drying for roughly 10 days under controlled conditions: - approximately 18–20°C - around 60% RH - with slightly lower humidity during the first couple of days to help remove initial surface moisture safely …the flowers moved into glass jars for curing. And this part matters deeply. Because harvest is not the finish line. Curing is where the flower slowly finishes becoming itself. The flowers were cured for well over a month and a half before we felt comfortable properly evaluating them. And honestly? Even from day one they already smelled incredible. But time transformed them. The aroma became: deeper, rounder, smoother, warmer, more layered, and much more expressive. During the first curing phase we burped the jars regularly: - opening them briefly, - allowing gas exchange, - checking moisture stability, - monitoring aroma evolution, - and making sure the internal humidity remained balanced. Thankfully, everything stabilized beautifully. No excess moisture. No hay smell. No instability. Just clean slow curing. And honestly, there is something special about opening a properly cured jar after weeks of patience. The smell no longer feels “fresh plant.” It smells like the cultivar finally introducing itself properly. 🔥 Smoke Review And now… the important part 😄 This medicine is beautiful. Truly beautiful. Ab ca Mitte der Blüte hebe ich den PH leicht an um die Nährstoffaufnahme von z.B. Mag zu fördern. Der Geruch ist extrem Süßlich! Vor allem beim Entfernen größerer Blätter haut einen der Geruch förmlich um. Sonst läuft der Grow recht Ereignislos weiter - es wird begonnen sich auf die Ernte vorzubereiten. Der Nachwuchs ist bereits im Anzuchtzelt. Tag 93 Groow: Tag 38 Blüte: Heute gab es nochmal ein letztes HST in Form von Abschnitt vieler Laubblätter um mehr Licht an die Blüten in der Mitte zu bekommen. Der Unterschied ist deutlich zu sehen! Das soll auch diese Blüten bei der Reifung unterstützen. Man kann erkennen, das der Herbst langsam einzieht - schöne pinke Verfärbungen sind jetzt sichtbar. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 91 – Grow Day 36 – Flowering Phase: Today, another 25 liters were applied, with less than 1 liter of runoff — they are thirsty. As usual, the water contained only about 1.5 ml/L of Cal-Mag at a pH of 6.5. From around mid-flowering onward, the pH is slightly increased to support nutrient uptake, for example magnesium. The smell is extremely sweet — especially when removing larger leaves, the aroma is very intense. Otherwise, the grow is progressing without major events. Preparations for harvest have begun, and the next generation is already in the propagation tent. Day 93 – Grow Day 38 – Flowering Phase: Today, a final HST was performed in the form of removing many fan leaves to allow more light to reach the buds in the middle. The difference is clearly visible. This should also support the maturation of these buds. It is noticeable that “autumn” is slowly setting in — beautiful pink colorations are now becoming visible.

Never got around to updating this. Grow was a good learning experience that will help coming grows go much more smoothly. Despite taking forever and having a fair few deficiencies throughout, the quality of bud turned out great, better than anything you can get in my location anyway. Mates loved it.

Missed a week last week due to time,first week of flowering and the purps have appeared on both plants 💪. Minimal training on this grow both plants topped with defoilation. Two of my daughters are ready to harvest, so I'll harvest them first, and my retarded daughter will get another week or two, but unfortunately her buds are not growing very well, something went wrong with her from the beginning. I think I've messed up the nutrients once, and I gave her Green Sensation when she was just starting flowering. This could cause nutrient lockout. The strange fact about her is that she looks ugly, but she smells incredibly intensively. From now on I am only flushing her. In the worst case she will be perfect material for some top quality cannabutter. :)

The flowers are starting to stack up. The plant is looking really good and enjoys life. Especially now, the enviornment was still tracked and allowed for observation on when the windows had to be opened.

6/12 Thunderstorms turned to sun Plants are growing substantially. The ones that were damaged from the sun have pulled out of it. I checked the fim I did on a gmo that later burned and it has five tops! I took a couple videos bur I'll have to wait until tomorrow to upload them. Despite the weather severity and inconsistencies I'm in a really good spot. I'll upload the two videos tomorrow when I'm in a better area. Wifi is far to slow. 6/13 Rained yesterday before turning to hot sun. Supposed to be in the 90s today. Due to the rain and storms we've been having I hacebt had to water. Soil is still moist. Plants seem to be growing at a great pace. With all this rain they've gotten a hearty dose of the nutes in my soul mix and then when the sun comes out and they bask for a few hours they look considerable bigger. Another storm coming up but other than that weather is good. Plants are happy and doing well. 6/14 Plants are loving this hot weather. Rainy then it will clear up and be sunny. All plants have recovered from the shock of the weather and are growing like crazy. Ice started some lsting. I haven't even had to water. 6/15 Medium is still damp. I don't think we'll get much rain the next few days but we've gotten a lot lately. I'll continue playing it by ear. The water lasts much longer with the smaller plants in lather containers. Later in the summer I could be watering daily. If there is no rain I'll allow the bags to dry out and I'll water them. I may start them on a small nutrient schedule like the fox farm organic one you use for the entirety. I've hesitated though because my soil is chock full of nutrients and they show no sighs of deficiencies. I'll keep an eye on it. They look great though. 9/16 Watered after church. 3 1/2 gallons so approximately a half gallon each. Iys been really hot and i dont see rain in the forecast. Also broke the gmo that I fimmed right at a topping point. It wasnt wilted, and I ran and grabbed duct tape and fixed it. I've had good luck in the past this way. Hopfully I will this time as well. Still sucks though 9/17 The plant that split at the V that I taped up seems to be doing just fine. Looks just like the other top next to it. Thank God. Things seem to be going well. I'm wondering if I should start giving nutrients but I don't see any deficiencies and I know this soil mix lasts pretty much through veg without showing signs of deficiencies. I think it might be a case of "if it's not broke don't fix it." I'll look back on diaries and I'll do some research. 9/18 It's overcast but it's been in the upper 80's. I checked the plants around 11 and they looked good. They'll need water but I'm holding off until the morning. The plant I broke at the crook shows no signs of wilting or any negative effects. I assume it will come back stronger. I was thinking about watering tonight but at 12 there was still a little moisture. They will be fine until morning. Plants seem bigger every day.

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

week 8 they are starting to smell i let them go without water for a week and they were putting off the terps. did some light defoliate and gave them a 3/4 serving of water, I will check in 2 days and water a full drink for them. colas are getting heavy for the stems lots of drooping using the Scrogg net to help them stay upright. looking at 4 more weeks till harvest.

The Jack Herer is dense and frosty colas, covered in trichomes with a nice mix of cloudy heads. Compared to the Northern Lights, it clearly had more weight and resin, making the harvest very satisfying. For the last days, I only gave CalMag and plain water adjusted to pH 6.3

7/6/2021 - Trimmed lower fan leaves as they were being blocked completely, and a few tips were yellowing. - Continuing to lightly bend the upper branches so the lowers can catch up. - Bought some Gaia Green veg + bloom dry fertilizers as I expect I'll be flipping to flower soon. 7/7/2021 - Watered in a little bit of Gaia Green's veg fertilizer. - Foliar fed w/ DIY kelp extract. - Yellowing/browing on a new leaf, can't identify what it is. - Staked down the branches on the upper mains this evening to open her up for more light penetration, she was gettin' real bushy. 7/9/2021 - Trimmed out middle to expose canopy
