I'm currently setting up my new tent and everything :) I'm as excited as a little kid. Can one of the pros tell me where I should place my heating mat? I also have a 1x1m tray (*underneath?) or should the mat go between the two tent mats?

I’m no professional..
but I’m not sure what you’re talking about exactly.
You should have a tent canvas with another bottom part that’s separate that ties to the tent poles that’s like a canvas tray that makes cleaning up easier when needed.
Heating pads - you usually want for younger plants to boost temps and what not. If you have a whole tent full of plants and only a small heating pad I’d probably just put it in the middle under everything.

Yes, the heating mat is 1m x 1m and so is my tent. Along with this supplied "foil tray"
I thought the mat was supposed to go under this supplied tray you mentioned.

That’s a nice set up.
Depends what you want to do there.. I personally would want the black hard plastic piece to be on top of everything so that I could clean up easily any run off from watering, etc.
But depending on your set up, you could also put it just like you have in the first picture- that obviously will provide the best heat for your plants because it won’t have to go thru the other layers.
Hope that helps, but whatever you do.. just feel how warm it’s getting after it’s been plugged in a few hours and make your decision from that!

ViTeM Last week I was very satisfied. I'm slowly getting into a rhythm with watering. I've also learned from my mistakes in the first few weeks. I'm completely happy with myself.
This week I want to add my new nutrients from Advanced N.
I've been taking the time before watering for a bit of LST &
practicing defoliation on myself.
I'm trying not to experiment too much since all my equipment is already new & I have no experience with it. But it's a lot of fun to watch my ladies and I make progress ♡

Looks good man, Some advice if I may. If you do not have them already get yourself a PAR meter and a thermal laser gun like the fluke 62 MAX to better read your plants and get the most potential out of your lights. I would aim to get them a bit closer and get as much PAR onto those ladies to photosynthesize as possible. Cannabis plants leafs will curl inwards like a taco to shut down photosynthesis if they get too much light. The equipment I mentioned above will help you avoid that and push the lights to their most potential. Keep up the good work and if you have any questions feel free to ask me man!
