16.6.25: Today is Harvest Day! Well this has certainly been a fun one! Really pleased with how she turned out, when I cut her down, it was actually heavy. I'll be interested to see what we yielded here! I did take all of the fan leaves off and some of the sugar leaves too. Just to make the trimming easier, and also help prevent mould during the drying process. The trichomes were very hard for me to tell, but they have quite a lot of amber. So I may have grown some sleeping potion. We will soon find out I guess! 😅 I decided to leave the plant longer than I usually would, I did this to see the difference in effects. This is a low THC strain, so in theory shouldn't produce a couch lock effect. So if it does, it will give me a better idea of the harvest windows. Some of you helped choose this strain to grow, so if you've followed along, I hope you enjoyed this journey. This has been smooth sailing this week.. plants needing minimal attention, gave a foliar feed with a weak cal/mag/nitrogen mix. Am about to drop the tank and flush for a day and then redose with nutes. Trialing a bi-weekly flush this time.. see how it goes.

This clone is look I wonderful. In my opinion it's further along than the mother plant was at this week of flowering.

wow, they are really bulking up. the strawberry/gorilla is a big baby! If you the slightest bit late for water, it goes into full wilt mode. looks completely dead. i did a flush this week with only 4ml per gal of signal.

the last week was really sunny again, which of course pleased the beautiful plant very much. in the last week she only got fertiliser once. biobizz top-max, bloom and grow. 24 hours before the harvest, she was given an ice-cold rinse and a few ice cubes. (does that really help?) the buds have grown very compact and firm. the odour is intense. wet weight at the end was 159 grams. but measured generously. all in all i am very satisfied with the grow. at the beginning she had to fight with the german weather, but she has survived all strains and stress.

******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush and finishing agent used this week. Gave her Flawless Finish in the morning and 8 hours later flushed her with 8L of RO water. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, I used Flawless Finish to flush the medium. The medium is pretty good with going into the week in mid 300’s ppm. Seeing nice amount of orange in her and the bud is a nice light colour right now as well. She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves and down to just bud, haha. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 Sweet Seeds is impressing me on this girl with her growth. More trimming earlier on in the grow and she would have filled out all of those colas. The dry and cure are next on the radar very soon and I am sure she will continue impress there as well. Her frost is coming on quite well so expect it be in the high teens anyway for THC. Yup......keep her on the radar again for a seed sale😳👍 Little more detail: Feb 10/20 - Day 64 - Flushed with agent in late morning. - 2L Flawless Finish @ 2ml/L = 125ppm and 6.1pH - Flushed with plain water in evening. - 6L plain water, 20ppm and 5.8pH. - 2L plain water with Rezin & Liquid Weight, 100ppm and 5.8pH - runoff water was 200ppm and 6.1pH. - The agent seemed to have cleaned up the medium a fair bit and things look in good shape. - Some fox tails forming but the colour is lightening and buds are swelling. Feb 11/20 - Day 65 - pot is light. - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 100ppm and 5.7pH. Feb 12/20 - Day 66 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 80ppm and 5.95pH. - fattening and swelling nicely. Feb 13/20 - Day 67 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 90ppm and 6.15pH. - More red hairs forming. Feb 14/20 - Day 68 - pot still had some weight. - day out day. Feb 15/20 - Day 69 - 3L water with Rezin & LW8 = 100ppm and 6.1pH. - cleaves getting lighter green. - Bud looking more “white” in appearance at a distance. Feb 16/20 - Day 70 - 3L water with Rezin & LW8 = 100ppm and 6.0pH. - brought down temps further to 73 degrees and humidity at daytime max of 50%. Diese Woche musste ich am Ball bleiben, ein krasser Stretch machte ein fast tägliches LST und eine dezente Entlaubung notwendig. Um einen schönen Ertag für zwei zu generieren, habe ich mich aufgrund der Lage unseres Balkons entschieden, alle Pflanzen kräftig runterzubinden. Zwei Ziele habe ich dabei verfolgt. Zum Einen haben wir hier maximal sieben Stunden mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung. Durch LST erhoffe ich mir eine gleichmäßige Blütenbildung und Konzentration von Terpenen. Zum Anderen liegen wir mit unserem Balkon mitten im Dorfzentrum mit regem „Publikumsverkehr“. Das deutsche Cannabis Gesetz sieht vor, dass der Anbau nicht öffentlich einsehbar sein darf. Ohne das herunter Binden könnte man die Damen allerdings sehen. Die Anordnung der Pflanzen ist auch so vorgenommen worden, das sich eine Art Sonnenfalle bildet. Jede Pflanze und insbesondere die Blüten bekommen das maximal Mögliche an Sonneneinstrahlung. 🌞 Gegossen wird nun morgens und abends nach Gefühl. Purple Punch Auto fühlt sich ganz wohl hier. Die Vorblüte sieht vielversprechend aus.
