Both Slushberry Mintz plants are doing exceptionally well. This strain has been performing flawlessly both outdoors and indoors so far, with no issues at all. This week, the indoor plant was defoliated, lollipopped, and topped in preparation for flowering, as I plan to switch it to the flowering stage soon.

Thursday - Day 124 10 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Slowly continuing to fade. - All is looking great. - She’s just recently started giving off some really nice odours. Friday - Day 125 11 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Few more leaves have fallen off. - We’re doing it!! Saturday - Day 126 12 October 24 Watering day, 5 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 5 litres - 61.1 PPM - Add 3.75 ml Cal-Max - 210 PPM - Add 1 tsp seaweed extract - 332 PPM Final - 5 litres at 6.41 PH at 345 PPM Runoff - 0.7 litres at 6.21 PH at 1,120 PPM - About an other dozen leaves have fallen off on their own. 10/14 - Mother had to be discarded - PH burn - pulled 17 viable clones - all clones are alive and thriving - split between 2 tents (2x2 - 4x4) all clones will be moved into the 4x4 - All the clones have been topped.

Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Enter week 7 Trichomes are all Milky Last time nutes on Saturday 14 feb. Waiting for amber trichomes to start flawless finish and start flushing. Removed +100 small leaves from the inside center of the canopy to prevent mold and improve air circulation. It was way to bushy inside, had to save 3 small side branches that were growing inside the canopy, applied lst to get them to the sides.

Ginger nut cookies 30th Jan 2020 I got a bit carried away a couple of days ago and whilst trying to be a smartie pants and Lst the two heads of the plant, I accidentally broke one off . In my defence I did immediately chuck the broken stem into some rooting powder and then a rockwool cube. If it takes I'll have two plants but still I was annoyed with myself. Now that I had only the one top , I topped it so that she can fill out and create more tops. This week I fed some High tea, and watered in a little epsom salts for a magnesium Hit. First few days of flower so nothing much happening. The stretch is in effect and she's going for it. Just a little of the bottom leaves removed for better air flow. Nothing major. Having issues keeping the R.H around 60%· Observed slight water condensation on leaves at lights on. Need to sort that out

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

It was another excellent week!! She is nearing the end of her course🙌 This is week 8 for her, This is supposed to be an 8-10 week flowering strain and I would agree. This one looks like she will go 9 to 10 weeks but if I was in a rush it could be cut now but I am in no rush so will let her go another week or two depending on how her trichs look. Soo many beautiful colors on this girl!! It's got purples, blues, oranges, greens It awesome🙌 It reeks of citrus lemon lime fruitiness with this slight chemical? like undertone Idk kinda like turpentine it hard to say but smells wicked 👍💪 I Started dropping some of the nutes this week as well getting ready for the flush So for right now It's only House&Garden Aqua Flakes A&B at 5mL/Gal, Drip Clean at 0.5mL/Gal and Last but not least HydroGaurd at 2mL/Gal. I will be doing a full water change around mid week this week, when that is done that will be the start of the flush😊 This is such and awesome Strain to grown Just amazingly beautiful even my Grandma Thinks both this and the Fruity Pebbles are some of the most beautiful plants she has ever seen😆 She doesn't smoke or anything but just loves plants especially this one and the Pebbles She wants me to make her a poster/picture thing of them for her to put up in her house I love it!!!😃 Well thanks for stopping in to see how Mattie is doing, Stop by next week to see how she is doing and if shes ready to chop!! Well I've done a final tie down going to give them 5 days to a week and then flip them into flower, they react to training so well and are so flexible, think these are going to be one of the best looking ones the training on the bigger plant looks ace, roll on next week, flower time

These 3 ladies are are developing nicely with very little issues.This week I have started maybe a bit early the Plagron green sensation every feeding 2 ML.I have increased the light intensity on the se 7000 to 70 percent and they are taking it well.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Dosidos continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall with stacked buds. I am interested to see how big the buds will be. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use.
