British Delight - Wizard Trees Day 34 - I've watered her with 1500ml of RO tap water with nutrients, mixed individually, in order, and finally pH'd to 6.3. She has vegged really well and is at point now where I'm preparing her to go into bloom. I wanted a nice even canopy to work with, so I've decided to top her at the main stem, to force her to grow in a more uniform manner - as I grow for my own personal supply, I won't top her more because I don't need a huge yield and I like variety, so I want to be able to grow up to four plants at once... I've also removed a couple of her inward facing fan leaves to improve airflow and light penetration 👌🏻

I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

She’s recovered from defoliation and buds are everywhere. THe tent is smelling great. Almost to the halfway point in flowering. Getting excited to see her swell.

This week the plants got very bushy and wide. Stopped using Root Juice and Used Recharge microbes for the first time one day out of the week. LST also began this week. I noticed separate issues on two of the plants on their 21st day; the girl on the right showed some yellow color in some of the tips of the new growth at the top of the plant, while the girl in the middle had low hanging leaf tips which look burned / discolored. I think I might be over-watering. I'll confirm all of their soil is completely dry with my a moisture meter before watering next time.

I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring yhe ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Hey all welcome to the first week of flower! So I was lucky enough to be home this week and feel blessed to have helped the lady’s through there transition to flower. The girls got a feed of both veg and flower nutes this week as the transition to flower. They have moved up to 3ltrs of water every second day as there must be a full 10 gal of roots now. The main worry we had was that the gold leave would out grow the indica dominant big buds and super skunks but so far the big bud is stretching the hardest out of them all (only by 2”’s) so the canopy really has needed no maintenance in the first week of flower. Lights are being lifted about a inch to 2 inches every day and all seams good there. If you have been following along the double feed a week is holding up well and no signs of nute burn. We did have a issue with Sulfur deficiency in big bud 4 it seams that some how her soil ph has again spiked up to around 7.3 so she was flushed out with correct ph water and then had a feed of nutes and Epsom salts to get her back in line. She has bounced back and now has green new growth not yellow. From this mornings empty of the de humidifier to taking photos about a hour ago the girls are all starting to make the tips of there buds and showing strong signs of flower on there tops. All plants had a solid run in with the snips and got there 7 day flower defoliation and will get the same around day 21 then left to do there thing. It’s crazy how many leaves these girls have produced over the last 2 weeks. Well until next week happy growing to you all 🌲🌲🌲

Thinking about topping up the reservoir the next days. Update: Day 19 - changed reservoir to prepare transition to bloom and started scrogging

hello fellas have ya seen my clone that refuses to grow it is still alive making only three finger leaves i should kill it but i cant lol gonna see where that brings us looks like i am gone be in flower for about nine weeks THREE WEEKS TO GO i see the cola formation growing in am thinking if i would feed them this week they now have got three waterings plain water i guess i am gonna do that 600ml every other day biobizz + water

Well, another week has passed and they are growing very well, now it's a matter of two to three weeks for me to change them to flora, this week I did a little defoliation on the plants and watered them again with top crop top veg fertilizer and I also did some bindings known as low stress training. =D
