I'm really digging the Chem OG, squat plants with those trademark thick thick thick indica leaves, clearly it's gonna be a heavy smoke lol Wasnt able to get the juices flowing this week, hopefully next week i'll get the smart protein into feed. Started training some of these, did two more defoliations (total of three light defos so far) ... and then flipped them 4 days ago. the f-ing landlord has been attempting to enter the lab according to my security cameras lol, motherfucker !!!! anyway i have to pack up the lab, hopefully i'll be able to complete the grow cycle , but for sure i'll have to move the grow op ... that's my problem, sure but it also means that i'll have to wait in order to set up my perpetual cycle... and of course i cant really take cuttings if i'm moving the lab... why must people be so curious? really wish there would be at least a bit more tolerance around this hobby just so i can sleep peacefully at night... in the mean time , I lowered my lights to 22cm, i heard from someone (forgot who) that it's a good thing to get the lights closer when you flip so that the plant gets that extra energy for the stretch. A really big bushy tree that makes me smile every time I look at her.. Noticed caterpillars are wrapping themselves in sugar leaves of bud sites and eating through the centre, seen and removed 3 of them so far..luckily I have some Bacillus Thuringiensis on hand to spray them so hopefully that will do its job and kill the buggers. Can't believe its still growing. Its outgrown my 3 yr old jackfruit tree now. Now I have a huge praying Mantis on my plant.. hopefully she will cleanup my bug problem.

11/30-12/5: Major stretch from the Muscadine Wine's and one of the Sucrose Overdose. I supercropped and tied down the apex on the big SO and I'll probably have to supercrop both MW's before it's over. The Platonium and GG4 aren't stretching vertically nearly as quickly, but have massive leaves and huge diameters (problem children). Sugar Bref is a shorty, like the Berry Bomb, but both have very thick stalks and may, yet, do some stretching. Both MW's and the big SO not only have red stems, but they have red leaf veins and the outer edges of the fan leaves have a nice pale-green to red gradient coloration....swexy!😍

I think we have reached the end of another life cycle, this week I only used water to make the plant properly drain the nutrients in fact the leaves have lost all the green of the chlorophyll. now i think i will turn off the lights for 48 hours and then cut! 💪🏼🤞🏼

Done abit of lst this week on a few of the big ones First timer not really got a clue what to do so trying trial and error One half the back of tent got a trellise over them the other half have had the fam leaves tucked under and the ones you see under the smaller light have been tied down about 90 degree angle Also a few showing signs of maybe nutrient deficiency of some sort could anybody give a hand as to what this is also something I’ve noticed over the last week a lot of the leaves look almost chewed off complete fan leaves gone only the stem left this is a indoor grow first time I can’t seem to see anything in the tent or any signs of snails or slugs and I’ve put it down to water landing on the leafs and burning them away completely (pot head conspiracy ) any help would be much appreciated please

As I’m growing autos and female regulars in the same tent I’ve had to limit the amount of light the autos are getting to 12 hours a day in order to flower the lemon haze and gelato 41. This shouldn’t have too drastic effect on the Zkittles but we’ll see how they take to it. After the first week of flower receiving 12 hours of light and we can see that they’ve all opened up during the pre-flower stage ready to flower.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Conclusion and a plant that grows quite slender in bloom doubles if it does not treble its size, responds well to defoliation, it is usually harvested in 8-9 weeks but if it is left a week more mature to perfection. on a scale of 1/10 my vote for this variety is 8.
