Pink Truffle #1 — Week 2 Flowering Pink Truffle #1 enters the second week of flowering displaying a vigorous yet controlled stretch, maintaining the compact and well-balanced structure already observed during vegetative growth. Unlike more elongated phenotypes, this plant continues to develop with tighter internodal spacing while steadily increasing the number of active flowering sites throughout the canopy. The training performed during vegetation has resulted in excellent branch distribution, allowing light to reach both the upper canopy and secondary flowering sites. Multiple tops are developing simultaneously, creating a uniform structure with strong production potential across the entire plant rather than concentrating growth in a few dominant branches. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! These pictures were taken a week after the 21 day flower defoliation, day 27 of flower to be exact. Great progress this week with the bud site, glad to see the defoliation is giving it's fruits. Buds are filling in space which is just what I want now, fill up as much space as possible that way in the fast weeks they can fatten up and be nice dense colas. CC1 & CC3 have the best trichome production and bud growth so far despite having the structure all messed up and uneven. I got some nice pics in of that half loop I was talking about last week. Every time I see it I think, ¨Man, I want to grow a canna bonsai." CC2 is doing great, bud formation is going a bit slower than the other two but it's still nice. I'm rooting for this one in highest yield because between the three because she has the most evenly divided canopy. The Aroma got MUCH stronger this week. When I open up the tent it's a sweet caramel punch to the face. Don't mind that punch at all! 😍😍 I've had to raise all my plants because the San Fernando Lemon Kush stretched more than I expected. Bad calculation on my part given it's a sativa I should have expected it would triple in height. So now I've got all my ladies on top of shoe boxes, Playstation box, old ballast boxes, pretty much any sturdy box I could fix. Before putting them in there I cleaned them down, making sure nothing unwanted would be joining the garden. Things look good so far, next week I'll be adding an organic PK boost to the feed. 3rd week ... life goes on ... leaves come out ... branches grow ... what else? ☕️😂😂😂 Period : 05/04 - 11/04/25 DIARIE: A small word about my growing equipment (pic 1): - I use two 9.2L airpots (yellow base) that I modify by cutting the first three levels of the top plastic extensions inside in order to install the FloraFlex caps that fit perfectly. The bases are placed at the very bottom to stay around 9L. - Under the airpots, there are under-pots with a drainage tray of about 400 ml. It's practical but very insufficient, I would replace them with a drainage system made by myself like the FloraFlex PotPro Platform (Not found in my country 😭). - I put a scale under the under-pots. I had this idea when I started growing again. For me it's incredibly effective! I have a reference weight and I weigh it "before" and "after" watering, as well as daily, so I know when to water. I press the pots and the scales light up. Perfect watering when it's needed!!! Other information : - Watering volume per plant : 600 ml - Ro water : EC 0.0 & PH 5.8 - Light : Dimmer 60 % - PPFD : 350 - No PH check 🐍Day 1 : My 2 "girls" continue to develop well 🌿 🐍Day 2 : The plants are growing very well. 1st watering. 🐍Day 3 : I'm really happy with the progress of my two BBGs! The branches are growing but, for me, are not yet long enough to start LST. 🐍Day 4 : Dim. : 80% - PPFD: 390 - I fixed the Floraflex on the airpots (Hot glue, easy to remove) so that the caps do not lift with the attachment of the branches during the LST. 2nd watering. 🐍Day 5 : Installing a 6" Mars Hydro oscillating fan, my little Winflex fans, as old as the grow tent, are dying. 🐍Day 6 : Some photos and short vidéos. 3rd and last watering for this week. 🐍Day 7 : PPFD : 430 - Changing the sprinklers. The black clips allow you to plug two of the three holes and also make removing easier. Installation of the "Gravity Dripper" allows for much slower watering, at 2 cm in the grow medium. Start of LST... A big thank you if you come to see my diarie, smoke lots of good weed but don't forget, in reality, man doesn't fly! 😂😂😂

Well it's been an awesome week :) Plants have responded way better than expected to both LST & fimming, I've got a good canopy and plenty of potential colas that are growing well and at an even level. Also, won £200 on a scratchy, so decided to invest in a better light. Went from 300w LED (true draw 130w) to 1800w LED (true draw 595w). The difference in the light is clear to see. Both plants have motored through initial training with LST and fimming without skipping a beat. I've read so many mixed opinions on topping / fimming autos, it was a hard decision to make. In the end, I decided to give it a try and find out for myself. If I'd had any concerns about the plants ability to cope, I wouldn't have done it, but if your plant is looking strong and healthy then it may be something to think about. Personally, I think there is no right or wrong, because it's probably entirely situational - too many variables like strain, genetics, environment, growing medium, lights etc to say one way or the other really. But for this grow right here? I think it was a good decision I'm extremely happy with the results. Scrog net now in place, and both girls are starting to boogy on upwards. No sign of pre-flower yet, I'm hoping they grow into the net before they start stretching too hard. Also, some weird findings from my runoff EC since I got the new light. Runoff EC has always been about 50-75 micro siemens above input. It was predictable as hell. But when the new light was installed, the runoff EC started to drop to about +25 from input... then the same as input..... and now my runoff EC is LOWER than input. Thought it might just be an anomoly, but it has now been consistently lower, every feed for the last 3 days. I'm going to post a question, but if anyone has any bright ideas wtf is up with that, let me know!! In the mean time, to all my fellow Orange Sherbet growers - hope you all have had a good week, and may your plants be flourishing.

Cette semaine les plantes ont très bien poussé, je suis très content !! Je me rends compte que j'aurai dû faire une plus grosse défoliation 1 semaine avant de passer les plantes en floraison. Là les plantes sont très touffues et les plantes utilisent de l'énergie pour des feuilles qui n'arrivent pas à obtenir de lumière malgré le palissage. La prochaine fois, je couperai bien plus pour privilégier les têtes supérieures. J'ai augmenté l'intensité lumineuse et j'ai rapproché la lampe et rajouter de l'alga bloom. Je reste très satisfait de ce résultat avec tous les problèmes que j'ai eus lors de cette culture. J'ai perdu plusieurs sondes à ph ce qui a provoqué des problèmes d'absorption, mais j'ai bien rattrapé le coup. Plus qu'à attendre les nouveaux bourgeons 😎

Servus Moin! Es geht langsam auf die Endgerade zu. Die Buds der Epic Buzz kleben mittlerweile richtig stark. Langsam füllen sich auch die Buds richtig auf und werden fest.

1-Starting the week strong, plant is looking good. Not sure if the buds should be bigger or not but according to the strain it’s a 70-80 days flowering time so I still have plenty of time to see those buds fattening up. 2-Added 75W full spectrum LED to increase quality of pictures. In my opinion, totally worth it. Got to see my plant from a different light was amazing. Everything is looking good and the soil is still slightly moist. Probably water tomorrow. Separated all the branches to allow more light to penetrate the middle of the plant. 3-Soil completely dry, water plant with flowering nutrients. The smell seems to be a little stronger today. 4,5,6-No major changes.

Buds everywhere…the smell is also coming along. I gave her too much tiger bloom which is noticeable on her leaf tips but the benefits are worth it. I had an attack of the aphids trying to destroy the stem but I pulled out the spray and got rid of them. She takes training really well and bounces back from the pest attack quite nicely. I am also impressed with the way she leafed out after the defoliation.

Buds a bulking up, getting sticky, frosty and stanky!! Do-si-dos is a bit behind the other ladies as this strain will take an extra week to finish, but she's also packing on size, frost and stickyness. F66 Humboldt Sour Diesel SD3 only the tops buds swoll. the rest of the main colas didnt fatten up. Maybe it was me or the genetics or just the light distribution? She doesnt smell as vibrant as at F50-55. I dont know if she was ready back then SD2 buds fattened up and since she showed signs of flowering a week later than SD2, it seems she is ready for harvest now as the she smells more vibrant right now at F66 I harvested Humboldt Sour Diesel at F68. SD2:137g wet 25dry SD3: 251g wet 48dry

Day 22: Drain EC 3 feet high and risin'😅( average 3.3 to be exact...) dunno how much whatever-salt is building up in that pots, but it obviuosly doesn't bother the ladies. Dark green colour, very few 'claws', no signs of tipp-burn, new foliage appears in a juicy green and turns dark in an instant, leafs point upwards....... looks like they're happy😊. Planns for this week: - Install the scrog-net - Obsereve plants/soil ( when do i have to feed nutrients again?) otherwise there will be no changes...... Thoughts: These bushy babies will be kind of a challlenge to create this scrog the way i'm used to (basically bending the 4 main main colas to the corners of the tent, upper branches to the walls and spaces between the pants, lower branches to the very center). Now these ladies make so many branches, so close togehter and so equal in length, underneath huge fanleafs..... i'd love to have them in a 100 square meter canna-crib....but in a tent...????? I really hate doin' things without having them planned - but in this case i guess i will have to install the net, start weaving and see what's happening😯 Day 23 Let's keep it positive...... indoor-climate of 64% rh is perfect for my health💪😁!!! ......but in my tent it's killing the vpd😖. at a lousy 24 degrees C, i'm readin' about 60-64 % rh wich results in about 0.7 to 0.8 kPa.* More figures? Here come the crazyones👻!: pH 5.5; EC 4.2😨 but thats only drain from plant 3....... average was 6.1/3.6 The girls busy produce roots, shoots and leafs....... still very green, still not unhealthy.......few claws, no tipp-burn. Basically a comfortable place to be: It's not bad yet - no work but watering - and it can only get better!!!😁 *VPD issue solved: The sensor hung too close to a fanleaf - didn‘t expect this thing beeing so sensitive 😅. Day 24 Climbed new hights this morning: Plant 1 had an EC of 3.8 - the others didn't climb any higher than yesterday. So maybe we've reached the climax..... 😇 Visible growth now - so i installed the scrog-net and will start bending and weaving these days:-) Thoughts: Did beeing out of VPD-range for one day harm my plants? How exact can my sensor measure VPD? after a bit of research i found out: Whatever you buy for less than 200 bucks is far from beeing exact! Even professional sensors have a margin of about +/- 1% in relative humidity. Thermometers at least +/- 0.5 degrees C. This could give some a good guess of the actual VPD BUT: Leaf-temperature-offset is absolute key! Many of our trusted homegrow-equippment isn't even able to measure it (some offer default temp-offset) ....don't wanna go further here - but there's no way to achieve something like a precise VPD-measurement in homegrowing. So why caring for VPD? Even with those less accurate instruments, you may be able to keep your plants in something like a comfort-zone. Way better than only guessing 👆!!! In case i ran a much higher VPD than planned, yesterday (due to a missplaced sensor) , it will not harm or kill my plants. they might have had a bit of stress from dry air - but nothing to worry about! Day 24: Decreasing salt-levels in the drain - excepting plant 4, wich had an EC of 4.0 - so i guess i'm slowly draining exess-salts from top to bottom and might have collected some build-up. The girls seem to be quite okay. Root-growth is vigorous (there are thick, white roots penetrating through the pots, everywhere), the stems are relatively thin. removed the LST-lines. the Sc.r.o.g: only materiels needed, were a climbing-net for gardening (HDPE) cut to 90x90 for my 1x1 tent, 4 cable-ties and 2 meters of strong rubber-cord. Pre-installed the net with the cable-ties, then weaved the cord around the outter cords of the net, led it aroud the posts and pulled tight. Then brought the net into it's final position. Not as sturdy as with a wooden frame - but i had less than half the work and a bit of freedom to move things if necessary. Any shoot will now be put to the next outter square (relative to the center of each plant) as soon as can be held by the net, without harming the top. Once i moved all of the dominant colas to the next square, i'll have to take 10-15cm steps (vertical growth), to reach the next square. As soon as i have about 70 of my 81 squares filled, i'm going to flip to 12/12. Since i'm plannin' to have them full of sugar when flippin', i don't expect too much of a stretch. This way i hopefully have the longest and strongest shoots framing the shorter ones in the center - so the canopy shapes like a bowl, in order to achieve the most even light distribution possible. Day 25: The main colas visibly reached out for the light - but yet i only moved 1 single shoot to the next square. Girls look good, EC is dropping slowly, climate fine. CU tomorrow👋 day 26: on Track... nothing to worry about...... STAY TUNED 👈!
