The first white pistils can clearly be seen now. I guess that's why she's getting more yellow leaves at the base but this also means that she is in the preflowering phase :) Due to this and the fact that the weather is great, she needs more water now. Aside from that she is starting to smell a bit more in the morning.

D37 06/08 : I'm going to flip on friday

I chopped it down today, which is day 74 from sprout. The trichomes were looking partly amber/purple and all cloudy. The smell is pretty overwhelming of berries and cream. It's a unique smell and I can't say I've smelled another cannabis plant similar to this. This was technically my first full completion in my all new setup, so I expected it wouldn't be perfect. The pictures speak for the genetics itself, but there were some funky things this plants did, and I have a 2nd blackberry plant from the same batch of seeds that's doing the same oddities, so not sure I'm 100% sold on autoflowers. At the end of the day, I'm happy with my choice and happy I didn't kill the plant! LOL I don't think it's going to be more than an ounce or 2, but I'll report back when it's dried and weighed. 😀

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and she’s as good as she can be right now. After reading some advice I may be giving her too much water so gonna slow down how much I give her from here on out. Even though this girl won’t produce as much as I’d like, I’ll still get something and will be growing another one soon. Day 52 - She still seems to be doing ok right now and the leaves are starting to fade a bit so will probably give her another round of nutes in the next couple of days but it might be too little to late for this girl. Day 53 - She’s starting to put on a bit of weight now. All her bud sites are all starting to lean over so might have to start using the yo-yo’s to keep her propped up. She’s just about dry so she’ll get some water tomorrow. Day 54 - She’s still doing good right now and gave her about half a gallon of water and nutes today. She still seems to be fattening up on a few of the buds but some are still pretty fluffy. She’s still pretty young right now so holding out hope that she’ll beef up, though I’m not seeing much more pistil development but all her trichs are still clear with a couple cloudy mixed in there. Day 55 - All still going well but nothing much to speak of right now. She took well to the watering yesterday and just took her out for some updated pictures and such.

Nun sollte die Livingsoil den Job super ausführen können. Noch sehen sie beide auch sehr identisch aus. 💧 Only Water Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, meiner Livingsoil ein wenig mehr unter die Arme zu greifen. Ein Grow-Kollege hat mir verschiedene Dinge empfohlen, die man machen kann. Ich habe mich dann für 2 Mittel entschieden, die mein Only Water Experiment nicht aushebeln: 🔹 Effektive Mikroorganismen von Multikraft 🔹 Mycorrizae von R&R Beide Mittel gelten nicht als Dünger für die Pflanze, sondern als Booster für den Boden. Dementsprechend kann man diesen Run immer noch als Only Water bezeichnen 💦✅ 📟 Blumat und Gießen Ich freunde mich immer mehr mit dem Blumat Digital an. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich ohne ihn durch den Mulch den Gießzeitpunkt ermitteln sollte. Rumwühlen oder den Topf heben ist leider keine Option ❌. Deswegen bin ich wirklich froh, dass es ihn gibt 🙏. Ich gieße weiter nach Fahrplan: 🕒 Alle paar Tage bei 110 mbar 🚿 2 l Wasser Diesmal habe ich etwas EM Bodenbuster mitgemischt. Damit hab ich dann den Boden mit zusätzlichen Mycorrizae geimpft. ☀️ Wetter Wenn man bedenkt, dass es tage­lang locker über 33 °C heiß war 🌡️🔥 und ich dazu keinerlei RLF-Unterstützung hatte 💨❌ – sehen beide Damen top aus ✅. Cracking away now.. UVB up to 1.25hrs a day. Zero stress, just juicy, fat buds really starting to stack.. Unfortunately, while they are supposed to all be Purple genetics, it's only showing in 1 plant.. Anyone know if this is normal, or the result of clear bag seeds? Anyway, they're looking happy, healthy & dusted in sugar! Sweeeeet! Happy grows, everone!

What’s up fellow Growmies! Got another exciting strain from Canuk Seeds... Cement Shoes! Yep, gonna be sleeping with the fishes. Lol First time trying this strain but so far it’s been a breeze. I kinda took a break from documenting my grows because life got a bit hectic for a bit their, but I’m back and got some more great strains lined up for the future. Gonna try and do an outdoor RDWC setup this summer so stay tuned, gonna be some monsters hopefully! I’ve never seen it done really and I have a few ideas...lol but anyway, back the the cement shoes. So I started them awhile back(not exactly sure when) in my smaller tent(3x4) under a single 1200w King LED grow light. They spent about 2 months in this tent in 3 gal DWC buckets until they outgrew the buckets and tent and need to be moved. Up until this point they were kinda just on auto pilot in the background of my other larger tents. But I was planning on reducing my plant count in my larger 4x8 tents so I decided to go from 4 plants per tent to 2 plants per tent, so we needed some big girls to fill these tents. Lol they were topped at 3-4th node and just let them go from there. They ended up being about 3 feet tall above the 1ft tall buckets. Moved them over too one of my bigger 4x8 tents and added a screen very carefully and ScrOG’d them out. Still waiting on my new Eye HPS Bulb so they are still currently under my 1000w MH. I’ll post all the pics I can find in this weeks log from the veg time and they are about 2 weeks into flower now so I’ll snap some flower pics soon and continue from there. So far 2 plants vegged a bit longer are filling the shoes of 4 plants no problem. Having more space means I also have not had to really defoliate at all. Well that’s it so far, stay tuned for more! Topped on D27. Moved into a DIY spaceblanket/cardboard growbox for better climate and light. Got an easy +1.5°C and +5%rh on average through this simple build. No fans, box always open on one side. The box also sits on top of a 40cm subwoofer that runs the bassiest stoner rock 👽 and and even fuzzier doom metal 😈 for an average of 4hours a day to please my ears 😑 and vibrate those roots 😵 Also did a lot of testing with an Apera pH60 this week and put a lot of the nutrients+tapwater+citric acid solution into the reservoir and a bit on the soil. Also I now know how much citric acid I need to bring the pH of my tapwater to 6.5, more than I previously used as my tapwater starts out at 7.5

There will be pleasant dreamzzzz around here in the near future, these beauties are covered in crystal and the buds are incredibly dense. They are almost near harvest and they will have a wash when the time comes. These girls have been incredible from day one and I must say, we are WOWED by this strain and the genetics within!

Skunk #1 by Homegrowncannabis These guys are growing great. Just starting to smell like skunk. I took out a bunch of fan leaves and topped them a day after these photos. I’m going to pin the branches down today. I also ordered some branch benders for future use.

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months! I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl! I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.

Nutrients and water this week ;p Starting to really get a sweet berry like smell to the room :) Will be dropping temps slightly at the end of this week.

Remarkably, the plants have sailed through these interventions without displaying signs of stress, a testament to their resilience and our attentive cultivation practices. Each Epic Buzz plant now boasts a minimum of six nodes, some even presenting with eight—a clear sign of their readiness for substantial vegetative expansion. The application of 1 liter of a well-formulated nutrient solution, composed of Alga Grow, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, on a tri-weekly schedule, is ensuring these plants are not wanting for nourishment. Turning to the Tent-X graphs, we observe a well-maintained VPD during the day, demonstrating that the controller is effectively managing the tent's climate to optimize plant transpiration and growth. However, the graphs also reveal a challenge with nighttime VPD management. The inability to maintain optimal VPD levels after lights off suggests the Smart Mars Hydro fan isn't adequately managing humidity levels during these crucial hours. This night-time dip in VPD is a concern, as it can lead to a less efficient gas exchange and potentially create an environment conducive to unwanted pathogens. The urgency to connect the Mars Hydro fan to the Tent-X system is underscored by this data, as doing so will likely resolve the humidity management issue and maintain a consistent VPD, crucial for the plants' overnight health and vigor. Aside from this, the daytime VPD control is commendable, with the Tent-X system keeping parameters within the target range, ensuring the plants' transpiration is at its peak efficiency for healthy growth. As we proceed, we'll keep a close eye on the environmental controls, particularly the humidity levels during the night.
