I wasn't impressed with the bud structure on the herercane a few weeks ago but I have changed my mind. She has some fat frosty buds and she is going to pack some weight. Lowered the temps to 72. Going to keep the juice pumping

Week 4 in the books. She started throwing pistils this week. Cruising along and handling the training like a champ. She's drinking about a cup of water daily and her roots are thriving in the runoff caught in the 2nd cup, which gets dumped before each new watering. Strong structure and starting to get a little smell. She smelled like celery leaves up to this point. I've raised her closer to the light to increase light intensity.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Hello dear fellow growers 😎 we are in the 2rd week of flowering and the 2 ladies are doing great! I'm going to start using Biobizz's bio bloom stimulator this week to improve cell division and nutrient uptake, I intentionally don't give too much otherwise the weed gets a very sweet taste (disadvantage of this product if you don't like it) The bloom stretch is almost finished, I reckon with a final height of 1.70m despite Lst since the beginning, the plant was also defoliated below! There are umpteen blossoms on both plants, you only have to look at a small part and you can already see around 20-30 and the thickness of the stems is crazy! Expect huge buds and a good yield 💯💯😎😎😍 HAD NO YELLOW LEAF YET, if a deficiency occurs in the 5th week of flowering, it will no longer be noticed. Plantas muy facil de cultivar y muy rapida .. en solo 9 semanas me saque en la #1 85g y en la #2 - #3 unos 50 cada una... en cada foto teneis el seguimento de cada planta desde la semilla a los cogollos.. consejo para todos de el banco de sweets seeds ✌️✌️

This week growth has been exceptional! They are all stretching nicely and setting flowers. I foliar sprayed Soluable Kelp, ChitoSal and Rubicon Marinis to help transition to flower. All 2 days apart. Added this months top up of Gaia at 1.5 cups of 4-4-4 and 1.5 cups of 2-8-4 as top dressing. They responded very well to this application. Might start adding a few tbsps of each every week from now on. Still adding compost tea once a week. This compost tea I added 2 tbsp of Gaia 2-8-4. Ran out of fish shit. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Roughly 30 gallons of soil inside cages wrapped in plastic about a foot and a half high amended with 3 cups Gaia 4-4-4 and 2 cups Gaia 2-8-4 and 2 cups Gaia Feather Meal 13-0-0. Topped up each month with a cup of each as well as worm casting/soluble kelp/molasses compost tea once a week. Also Fish Shit amendment added at recommended doses. Orange Kush Cake, Cherry Gar-See-Ya, Mac 'n Jack, Crescendo Rbx1 are all Ethos genetics at 25-35% THC Blue Afghan is from Jordan Of The Islands. Recieved clones in the mail in early May.
