🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. It’s my second run growing San Fernando Lemon kush, I had to repeat this lemony flavor. Even though I’ve already grow this before, I’m still very excited to grow it. Strain characteristics: This strain is an amazing hybrid between two great genetics. It crosses San Fernando Valley OG Kush which is what brings that lemony zest to the garden coming from the Lemon Thai which is crossed in that mix and then that’s crossed with Kosher Kush. The aroma of this strain is pure limonene it’s quite pleasant and very intense. Hints of wood, cypress, a bit of spices and a solvent scent which combines it all and just smacks you in the nose. The plant is a Indica-Sativa hybrid but it leans to the Sativa side, she’ll stretch on you quickly. This cultivar develops lots of trichomes and has a strong presence of the limonene terpene being ideal for resin extractions, from personal experience I highly recommend making some rosin out of these lovely flowers. Very tasty stuff, I might just set aside one whole plant to press. …getting ahead of myself here, still have a long way to go before I see any buds. Variety SWS62

As I’ve already grown this strain, I know what to expect so I’m hoping things will run smoother. Last time I only topped her and did a bit of LST guiding the colas. That technique was great but she stretched much more than I was expecting which gave me problems but ultimately gave me a good yield which were 82 grams. This tent is taller so I have more space to work with, let’s hope things run smooth and I can improve the quality and yield from last grow. Dropped 4 seeds but only 3 made it. One of the three sprouted 15 days later, while the other two sprouted almost over night. I've unshackled the plant by removing the ties I was using for LST. She continues to streach while producing new flowering sites. I've decreased the Nitrogen and increased the Phosphorus and Potassium ratios in the feed. Now watering 2 litres of water every 3/4 days.

Get me out of this tiny tent! I'm like 10lbs of shit in a 5lb bag.. and I got a funny feeling in my special parts. I just wanna bud repeatedly and rub pollen all over them. I got major blue buds and need to come to fruition asap.

End of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. 1-2 weeks left before I chop these girls down. All my girls are loving the new light and so am I! Highly recommend. Only things to report on is, I’m still flushing, my buds are getting denser, and also they’re starting to turn purple! This is my first plant to actually turn purple and I grew a plant just before these two that’s were supposed to be purple, but never did change colors. Semana terminou com mais uma poda e defoliação, feito preventiva. Dia de aproveitar e guardar alguns clones. Uma flor de Industrial Plant x Girl Scout Cookies F2 que fiz em 2014, sementes germinam muito bem. Ótima flor com perfil aromático old school, Kush, bem terroso e com nota de coca cola. Leve picancia e nada doce.

Noticed some deficiency at the top of the plant early in the week, probably Iron due to that I did a full reservoir change and switched to bloom nutrient (Yara Kristalon Orange). My best guess is that due to the "high" ORP I got trouble with the metal micro nutrients. The lower fan leafs are getting worse but top is doing good so I don't worry about it, maybe the plant is just transporting some nutrients out of these leafs to others higher up. I raised the EC to ~2000, lowered ORP to ~100 and didn't see any tip burn yet, will observe the plant and might increase it even more, haven't grown this strain yet. Otherwise the plant is doing really good, reacts good to training and keeps growing, stretch definitely started mid week and flowering is starting so I will count it as flower mid week but will mark is as flower on GD starting next week. The plant started to smell a little, nothing strong yet tho. Roots are looking good, maybe a little stained due to Universol Yellow which has a strong yellow color. Did more LST and defoliation, with the stretch I might reach the frame for Scrog next week? Also added predator mite pouches as precaution, better safe than sorry. Overall happy Values are average of the day. 5th April 1st day off week 5 flower The girls are swelling up there already a nice size and they still got 4 weeks left... Loved this grow from day 1 My royal gorilla and blue gelato 41 have just smashed it there massive.. Blue gelato 41 might be done earlier but she's still got loss off white hairs so I know she's still got a bit off growing to do 🇬🇧grower blueboy 6th April my girls not long woke up just pulled few yellow feafs of her.. Only 1 feels a little lite so gonna leave them another day and feed all the girls together... 1 out of 2 blue gelato 41 looks like she wants to push ahead off all the rest but I'm just gonna wait and see because she still has loads off white hairs... When I harvest theses girls ill be doing it one at a time very detailed harvest so keep an eye out guys 7th April I've uploaded a video of my girls day 3 in week 5 off flower what you guys think...

Week 8 of flowering 11/6/24 Changed nutrients to FinalPart at 1.3 EC Buds growth slowed down, they are full and packing some nice weight, leaves color change started to get very noticeable with pink leaves showing more and more. Checking runoff PH and EC daily. Upped the PH+ to 7.0 to combat lowering PH in the rootzone. (seems like it slowed down the PH dropping) Runoff at 10-20%, EC within 0.2 range of initial watering. Used FinalPart for 6 days. 11/7/24 started to give only water to leech the leftover nutes from the media and get more fading color on the leaves,

Week 3 and a repot is done and now in day 3.
