On day 1 I adjusted the PH from 6.6 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 13.75" away from light. On day 2 I adjusted the PH from 6.4 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 12.5" away from light. On day 3 the PH is 6.2. The tallest cola is 11.5" from the light. On day 4 I didn't take data points long day... On day 5 the rez PH is 6.2. the tallest cola is 10" from the light. On day 6 the rez PH is 6.0. The tallest cola is 9.5" from the light. I defoliated heavily to bring in more light and airflow. On day 7 The tallest cola is 9" from the light. I mixed up a new rez.

This plant has been a Beast has been going very healthy and very strong I have been defoliation heavily to ensure maximum light penetration into the canopy in order to make them ready for flowering cycle . The plant keeps developing good, slow but she looks very healthy and happy.

So she had some nice growth this last week. I'm hoping this next week is its last bit of growth, can only move the light up another 3 to 4 inchs. I've got to clean up the lower section A bit more, more growth there then I'd like. So far it's growing a lot nicer then the last plant I did in this tent with a SCRog set up. The size of the squares on the last grows netting were 6" and this one is 4". Way easier to get a proper looking SCRog plant then with the 6" that's for sure. Now that the temperature outside has warmed up the night time temperature has been better then earlier weeks. The humidity has also gotten a lot better. Especially after I add a 4" muffin fan to the lower 4" duct hole. The humidity went up but the temperature went down a bit during lights on. Ive had to lower my temperature switch just to get the 4" duct fan to turn on to suck out the stail air. Think what I'll do is add a second plug to the temperature switch so I can add the 4" muffin fan to it so that itll only turn on when the temperature goes up instead of running 24/7. I've increased the feed up to 1000ppm and am give it 1.5L of water a day with 250ml max run off. My run off ppm is only 1080ppm so that's a great sign so far. I've been trying my best to keep the ppm levels equal every feed but itf luctuates a bit but no more then 60-80ppm. Same with my Ph, because I'm using the Jungle Juice base nutrients it's not part of Advanced Nutrients Ph perfect line so I have to adjust it. I usually try to have it swing back and forth between 5.9 and 6.1 and the plant seems to be liking it. Tho I'm not done this grow yet this light is doing a lot better in this tent then the last light. Only downside is that one burnt out diode. Because I always try to plan a grow ahead, I'm already planning on trying that last light out again (Phlizon PH-1000 125w that they apparently don't make anymore). But this time it's going to be in my 2x3x5 fusion hut tent with Royal Queen Seeds Fast Eddy CBD AUTO strain. Also going to add a ex hale bag to it. Well that's all for now growmies. Keep growing!!!

Well week 5 of bloom is complete, and this week brought a few challenges. Humidity in my area has been through the roof, close to 100%. My heavy-duty equipment was struggling to bring my tent to acceptable late flowering levels, sometimes reaching over 60% RH, especially at night when the plant was respirating more. Additionally, her pale yellow color, and leathery leaves didn't excite me too much. If you remember, we had a severe heat wave a couple of weeks ago, which contributed to that. But also, since I messed up the ScrOG training, and regrettably decided not to super-crop her, a fair share of the leaf problems were due to light stress as well, as I didn't want to sacrifice lower colas, so I let it go. My biggest mistake this grow, was not paying attention to her the one day she decided to stretch nearly a foot, and was unable to be weaved into the net the next day without being snapped in half. My second biggest mistake is NOT snapping it in half, and letting it repair itself. I wouldn't have had nearly as much bleaching of leaves I think. This week, and I'm assuming because nearly all chlorophyll was depleted from her fan leaves, I didn't notice much of any change from last week. Her buds seemed to be about the same mass, and the stigmas still had the same ratio of red to white coloration. I suspected she was dead, or dying, or just...done. Not all genetics will transform all of their stigmas from white, and not all genetics will have their trichomes turn amber. So, I did a few things to confirm that suspicion. First, I looked at her trichomes on various buds closely with a microscope. They were almost all cloudy, with very very few amber. That told me that she was at an acceptable level of ripeness, even if she could have went longer, assuming she was still alive. Next, I removed the pea gravel mulch I was using in the raised bed, so I could get a closer look at the soil she was growing in, and more specifically, her roots. The soil, although moist a few inches deep, was not at the level I expected, and I think I have not been watering her enough. I don't think I'll be using a gravel mulch again. On the plus side, it did help prevent fungus gnats, as there was zero the whole grow, apart from an early week when I placed some solo cups to germinate on top of the bed, but after removing them, the fungus gnats disappeared with them. Also while inspecting the soil, I carefully dug down to inspect some of her primary roots. They were actually dry, despite the surrounding soil being moist. This could explain why she wasn't drinking much if any for the better part of the week. So, given her dry foliage, dry roots, and ripe-enough trichomes, I decided it was time to harvest her, earlier than expected. Let's also not forget that I was frightened this week with some high humidity scares, so growing longer, and possibly for no reason if she was dead or barely alive, was not in the cards. I've dealt with my fair share of bud rot before, and I would rather try what I have of her now, than to wait the extra week or so for her to be fully ripe. So, that is what I did, on the last day of the week -- I chopped her down, cut off some larger fan leaves, and hung her upside down. This, of course, was after removing the raised bed. It took me a while to empty about 45 gallons of soil so I could move it, but in doing so, I noticed a lot of beneficial critters, and nothing bad. Such critters included small centipedes, which feed on other insects, and soil mites which eat dead organic matter. I set the tent to dry at around 72F and 55 RH. And now we wait for about a week before trimming. One thing is for sure -- I am very proud of this grow, despite all these flaws. She smells incredible -- like pure citrus emanating throughout my house. This is a very strong-smelling plant. Englisch: Towards the end of week 4, the ladies were planted in their final 11 liter pots. They also tolerated it very well, especially because of the White Shark Mycorrhizae the plants had almost no stunt. I lollipopped all the plants on day 38 and will give them another week or so to recover before flowering. This is my first time with such aggressive lollipopping, so we'll see how they take it. Unfortunately I have to say that the PCG Genetics are not performing as well as I had hoped, whether it's my fault or the fact that the seeds have been in the fridge for over 5 years, I don't know. I hope that they will at least be convincing in terms of flavor, even if they are not the highest-yielding plants. Now I have to wait and keep my fingers crossed. :) Deutsch: Gegen Ende von Woche 4 wurden die Ladys in ihre finalen 11 Liter Töpfe gepflanzt. Haben es auch super vertragen, besonders durch die White Shark Mycorrhizae hatten die Pflanzen so gut wie keinen stunt. An Tag 38 habe ich alle Pflanzen gelollipopped und werde ihnen noch ca. 1 Woche Zeit geben, um sich zu erholen, bevor es in die Blüte geht. Ist mein erstes Mal mit so einem aggressiven Lillpopping, mal schauen wie sie es vertragen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass die PCG Genetics nicht so performen wie erhofft, sei es mein Verschulden, oder die Tatsache, dass die Samen über 5 Jahre im Kühlschrank lagen, ich weiß es nicht. Ich hoffe, dass sie zumindest geschmacklich überzeugen können, wenn es nicht die ertragreichsten Pflanzen werden. Jetzt heißt es abwarten und Daumendrücken. :)

Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. So much trichomes 🙏😅 Bonus : the hermaphrodite problem was 100% resolved I removed directly passt 2 weeks everything , nothing was re-coming she focus only to do the bigger buds ever 😁🙏 and no one on the canopy was affected it's so great , so the thing is if you see that directly isolate the plant and remove everything , if you wait you're done !

Just topped it couldnt wait for it to get to 5-6 nodes. Was getting big looking healthy and at 4. So I topped it at the 3rd node the 4th was big enought to use as a cutting got 5 all together gave them to my dad he likes gardening not smoking. And there is a picture of all the plants in my tent the royal gorilla. Two mango sapphire in the darker pots. A chocolate haze is the more mature of the lighter pots. The seedling is a white widow that's going outside probably not the late June early July.
