Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

pretty happy with it, nice yield, one plant was perfectly fine and one was a little rough near the end, one plants nugs were very dense the other plants was a bit on the fluffier side. Nice strain but a great rosin producer..

Long time. Day 106 from seed, flowering into eternity because of silly feeding mistakes. But at least I now have a bit of some incredible weed, harvested one plant day 101. Even though I'm sure it would have been even better with a perfect life cycle. 40 grams, trimmed to their bare bones. Was I expecting more? Yes, but given my mistakes, and the fact that it must be at least top 3 in my 8 year long cannabis career, I am nothing but thrilled with the outcome. The one thats gonna be my biggest yielder is also the slowest one, by far. Guessing around 3 more weeks.. If it doesn't die on me, it has a coverage of yellow leaves which makes me slightly nervous.

Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and she got a good gallon and a half of water and nutes. Buds are fattening up beautifully and is smelling amazing. Looks like the stretching has pretty much stopped and now can focus on fattening up. Doing a little bit of defoliating each day and she’s been taking it well so will continue just a little at a time. Day 58 - Did some more defoliating today and that was about it. Got a couple lower bud sites that are really opened up now so hopefully I can get some growth out of them. Day 59 - Things are looking good and didn’t do much with her tonight. Removed a couple more leaves and that was about it. She’s really starting to stink up the place now and loving it. Looks and feels like she’ll be needing some water on Saturday. Day 61 - Gave her a full 2 gallons of water and nutes today, she was pretty dry. Removed a couple dead leaves as well. Buds are looking great and a couple have the pistils starting to turn yellow and shrivel but she’s still got some time left. All the trichs are mostly clear right now but quite a bit of cloudy as well. Day 62 - Nothing much to update today, just letting her do her thing but will probably start flushing her the next time she needs water. Thinking she’s got somewhere between two and three weeks left. Day 63 - It’s the end of week 9 and she’s definitely fattening up quite a bit. Looks like she’ll need some water by Wednesday so will most likely start the flush. Hard to tell in the pics, but a lot of pistils are turning orange and a lot of cloudy trichs. Still looking at about 2-3 weeks but want to run the nutes out of her and start using up what stored in the leaves.

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this Kannabia plant is still doing ok, its been having some issues with N and Ca, can see on the leaves some prominent signs it needs more Ca, so hopefully the addition helped this week of CaMg. Some of my other plants are also discoloured but not to the same extent as this one. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 4cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. Making an addition to the diary to be able to join a contest

It’s a nice grow so far in terms of expectations reality on the seed breeders. Great stuff again. I had a real germination nightmare this time around though - lots of strains failing at seedling so the numbers and strains became more 😂. So the tents are mixed up again to auto on one side and photoperiod on the other. In this tent as well as Afghan and a red gorilla - there is sweet zensation , banana krumble and red hot cookies and a peyote skittlez. Water in using ro solely through the grow. There has been one issue. I tried a “pro” substrate from biocanna this time and I have those little fleas. Really annoying and my aphids are late so kind of annoying - takes the pleasure off a bit. Any good organic solutions let me know please on comments

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our weather is beautiful now with daytime high temp's in the 80's F without a lot of rain so I am watering her daily at sundown with approximately 4-5g of well water. 6/10- I watered the Papaya Sherbet today and also did a little canopy maintenance, removing some leaves and some small shoots that would have taken energy better used elsewhere on the plant. 6/12- I gave the Papaya Sherbet photo a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. I am also planning on top dressing her in roughly 7-10 days from now with a blend of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and a little of their 2-8-4 along with some Wiggle Worm castings and a little Down to Earth Bio-Fish. 6/14- Another week gone and this little lady has really come along considering her late start and getting chewed on when she was young. All in all the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is shaping up to be one fine looking plant!
