So this was quite the week...I was looking over our set up, and making sure Grandma has everything she needs when she says "it seems to me that we need a vegetation cabinet." Turns out she had all the supplies too. Cracked me up...so I ended up building a nice little veg / drying cabinet. You'll see it in the second Meph run diary, was too busy to get some shots today. 😅 She doubled in size from last week, super happy with the progress. She's under a combo of flouro and LED in the new cabinet and LOVING it. Started ramping in nutrients slow and steady, keeping the c02 around 600-800ppm while I finish up the environmental control in the new cabinet. I realized that Mephy, might be a flight risk...so I made her a pen. 😂 ...also removed any confusion on her breed. All is good in the tent. Should be smooth sailing to harvest. All plants are in full flower now and stretching has stopped. Time to fatten up girls! Still feeding 4x a day. EC at 700. Been turning up the wattage every few days. At 135w now. Two of the Charlotte's are further ahead by weeks then any other plant. Also the smallest out of the bunch. Ended up making a separate reservoir for them. Feed 3x a day. Took out big bud and added overdrive

Like my other auto I'm growing, I've learned these are much different from photo plants. They don't like heavy feedings or lots of light. My other photo plants enjoy both. I've feed some liquid seaweed and molasses over the past week, and have continued the LST. So far so good.

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. The shorter one is budding up quickly now. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights. 2/12: Today, I tackled the project to raise my ceiling another foot. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. I sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: The taller one is still stretching a little bit, but the 2-footer is just budding up. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

Week is going good aside from me accidently cutting off a stem on pheno 2. If I can properly save the cutting though I might have a chance at another female. Pheno 3 I'm hoping can make some comeback as I really want to flower the plant, its not dead by any means but the way its growing I just cant see it allowing itself to flower the top leaves were barely growing so I topped. Hopefully positive changes within the next week.

We are almost at the magic moment, it is about to go into flowering and the vegetative phase is practically over in a few days. Our Purple Urkle by Zamensia is a very beautiful plant with a good internodal distance and is developing very very well. We have just done the last topping that brings her 16 tops, 16 small clones of the main cola that will come up I hope at the same time and all together and above all I hope that the cold will give us a great resin and a beautiful coloration. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The cuts of the topping slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit into over, it happened to her then you detach and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I over-fertilized the plants a bit but it's something I've always managed very well once I got to flowering. Next time we'll add some fertilizer to the soil with this technique it's very suitable. 4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Additional 8cm this week I think my setup can handle 8 more, anyway I am happy with the grow. Have a nice day.

21.11 Middle of the last week i start to saw that plants are giving sings on soon harvest(pistons darker color, curled in bud, trichomes (big transparent-cloudy, middle cloudy-amber , small also transparent-cloudy) From yestrday they are in rest and dark mode Didnt do water flushing becuse i am using bio nutrients, last watering 18.11 Environment in tent is solid now without light,lower temperature( 0-5°) and more humidity(50-55%) ,so thats good I will wake them up soon, but need to wake up myself in morning also😴 Gn 🥦🍀💚💆‍♂️ 23.11 After 71 day of which two days in darknes , looking for 40-45% humidity and solid temp 20-25 i did cutting part and take them in more darknes, for drying 😁🤤 24.11 Situation in tent is how i want, becuse of the smell in room is colder then it should be so humiditiy is bit lower ( now 47-51%) but temp is also low ,i hope that will do solid exchange with not drying to fast becuse of lower temp, they look more frosty after few days in dark, smell is better and more aromatic, but i guess when you grow in tent, it could not be intense smell like outside, on constant fresh air,condtitions in real time, but its good, checking every day situation with buds, 24/7 good good air flow in all directions , ifan and carbon filter also doing solid good job with killing smell thats going down the pipe outside. Whole run was very good and i didnt have much problems or questionable situation, setup from mars hydro did well and equipment didnt make any problems in work, nice amount of watts for 3 plants, good size of tent to work normaly, from 1 place reach everything you want, and yea biobizz soil and nutriens also show up quality and results, with good dosing of nutrients and accurate ph level, resault was there. I also see flaws and thing that i could do better, but in total i am proud on me for doing my first grow, think that this change perspective about lighting buds and enjoying them. Finally finished building my DWC tank this week. So far everything is working great. Per the week 1 grow question suggestion I have added a water transfer pump to top off the 27-gallon reservoir. 2 seeds died during germination, will add another 2.

Plants are growing like crazy. The babies are now fully into the veg phase with the white widow plants standing head and shoulders above the competition. The plants that have reached the capacity of their nursery pots got bumped up to 3 gallon pots today. They went in these pots to buy us time until we harvest the big flowering plants. Once these are harvested in two weeks, the plants in veg will go into the large pots that they will finish in. These are where we will do the full bag of super soil. We are using a 33% Oly Fish Compost Living Organic Soil from BuildASoil at the recommendation of our grow store. This is what we used today in the 3 gallon pots.
