After a week of super stretch to today 52 centimeters which crashes the 100% growth mark finally bud sites became clearly visible. Now for the final phase. Water intake is massive. When I upped to 2.5l per plant per 2 days from before 1.5l I saw zero difference in how fast the soil went dry etc. The plants stopped transpiring as much such that my humidity came a bit down. I was up to 60% at some times during the day. But it’s down to 50-55 again. Depends a bit on how often I vent the room. Gotta have to have a final stress point which is that I might have too move. Will share some pictures of how I’ll pull it off. Stay tuned.

The buds are really sticky and smell super strong. This stuff gives you a head high followed by relaxation. I dried for 14 days at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and 60 % RH.

Moving right along! Got a second tent for smaller plants. So I can start the flowering cycle with the gorillas. Looking forward to see what happens in the coming months! 😃💚

Hopefully I won't need it. Still got about 5 inches of space left. Trimmed some more lower growth to open up the middle. Pre-flower pistil action. Looks good. Plant looks pretty healthy. Res temps hovering around 72F with constant white root growth. Decided to ramp up nutes to full strength (GH Flora 3-Part "Simple Drain-to-Waste" Schedule | Week 6 - Early Bloom minus FloraLicious Plus and RapidStart) <== in case I haven't mentioned already 👌 I think for my next run, I will run an airline through the net pot prior to filling with HEC and have it centered directly underneath the plant (Korinthius has been doing this since day one!😉) Thanks for tuning in. Bubba CheeseCake is Amazing there total pigs consuming 2 gal of water per day and droping there ph from 5.96to5,1o over night when just last week the ph was rising from5.96 to6.86 daily so its a must to check the ph every 12 hrs to keep it 5.86 were it loves to be in DWC these girls are running out of space from my lights . I have had to bend several tops at 90 deg. to keep them from light burn . everything is going flawlessly so far only need another perfect four weeks .

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome. UPDATE: THE PLANT IN THE TEN I SPRAYED LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I SPRAYED IT! I ALSO DIDNT WATER AS ITS UNDER 70° AND EVERYTHING I WATERED LOOKS WORSE THAN WHAT I DIDNT. ITS TIME FOR THERE PLANT DOCTOR PREVENTATIVE. 8/20 I watered the two kush in the back WITH THE PREVENTATIVE DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR as they were dry I assume due to the wind they get. The one in the 50 I found one sep leaf. Looking carefully arpund the garden I can tell that I have a thrip infestation. First time I've fought this and it seems most people don't really know what to do besides predators at the beginning of the season. I'm too far along for spinosad. At least thats what I've been told. My pro buddy said to try to spot treat it. It's not bad bit I'm afraid it might be worse than I think. The plants I treated with citric acid look MUCH better. I think I'll dial the dosage of citric acid down and start with that tonight and switch up treatments. I can get rid of them it's just going to take a ton of work. I think I've had them before and I attributed to something else. I so think that the very early pink kush plants could handle spinosad. I hope so. The plants I watered the other day look overwatered. The plants I didn't water look GREAT. The special kush in late flower looks happier than I've ever seen her. The difference being we went from 104° one day to 72 the next with 46° night Temps. This week is highs of 70's lows of high 40°'s. I've got a lot of work cut out for me. Didn't do a video as I didn't have time but I'll do one

I’ve got some curling going on. Have been trying to get temp humidity stable so I got a humidity controller and now run lights on timer 6 hrs off. Also my humidity gauge I used to set in the middle of the tent but I now put directly in the pot behind the plant and different readings. It’s one of those cheap humidity temp gauges that comes with led lights. Just need to get this curling thing down. 1 of the plants shows no curl so maybe it’s the fox farm soil is too hot. Or maybe that 1plant got better plant coverage, I’ve since adjusted the fan and may get another one.

Moderate defoliation on the bottom half of both the plants Will LST to trellis next coming week.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. No nutrients for now. Straight water. Will add nutrients on day 2/3 of week 11. Growing quite nicely for a first grow. Will have to implement a proper LST on next grow. This time around was just to learn about the growing process. Good progress over the past few weeks.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Feeding Molasses, epsom Salt and envi seafeed xtra. Also as foliage spray. Some leftover glozing BB spray. I did a second topping over the 4th new node and tried to defoliate a bit on the bottom. All Plants are doing great, no pest, no signs of nutrient deficits. Still 6 weeks of veg left ❤️
