Woche 7: Die zweite Woche der Blütephase ging es der Blattmasse erstmal an den Kragen damit die Blüten auch etwas an Licht abbekommen 😅 Anfangs dachte ich, dass ich vielleicht etwas viel weggeneommen habe. Aber im Nachhinein hätte ich den unteren Bereich der Pflanzen deutlich radikaler Entlauben können. Ich war etwas zaghaft 😅 Ansonsten habe ich weiterhin versucht die große Skywalker zumindest etwas unter Kontrolle zu bringen.. Aber da sie fast doppelt so groß wie ihre Schwestern ist, bin ich schon in Planung einer zweiten Growbox. In dieser kann sie sich wenn es soweit ist ganz alleine austoben.. doch etwas muss sie sich noch gedulden.

I have grown before inside from 1982 to 1992 - outdoors a bunch. Now I can check on my ladies everyday!

My apologies have been away for a bit but the pics are from the last 2 1/2 weeks! Other plant that was the same age turned out to be a male which its unfortunate because it was an accidental cross lol anyway she’s been growing vigourously ever since I made the switch..3 weeks almost complete and she’s a beast! Can’t wait to see the buds form, will try to post more frequently since my scheduled has cleared up some. Thanks for stopping by! Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and plants on my small farm are entering the pre-flowering phase. The Hulkberries have reached a height of 45 cm, and are much taller than their roommate, Green Gelato. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light (MIGRO 200+) that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. I noticed small bumps on one of the Hulkberries, right at the bottom of the stalk, I don’t know exactly what caused them. If anyone reading this post knows, feel free to comment below and help me find out :). Also the tips of the leaves on the upper branches have become brighter, almost yellow, I guess this is due to a little stress due to the higher temperature, but it does not develop further into anything of concern. If I am wrong, I also ask for a comment with information as to why this is happening. The distance between the branches is much larger than that of their roommate Green Gelato, it stretches in height more than in width. Due to the higher temperature, they didn’t drink as much water as I expected, so watering is a little less frequent than usual. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. And I always water all three plants at the same time. All in all I am very pleased with how they are progressing, the plants look satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml/L. Also in the third week the vegetations showed their sex. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box. I added BioBizz as scheduled for the last week of vegetation, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and Acti-Vera 2ml / L each. P. H. I regulate with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 09/07/2020. Day 21. Photographing and measuring plant height. After taking regular photos in the box, I take a few more photos on a black background. Hulkberry Automatic # 1 - 45cm Hulkberry Automatic # 2 - 45 cm Vegetation is over, starting tomorrow I will change the light regime to 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. Given the temperatures, I will put it dark in the middle of the day when the outside temperature is also the highest, I hope that in this way I will prevent the temperature from rising to an undesirable height. Week 7 is finished, end is near. This one seems to be finishing up with only a week or two left. Some fade has started and this GG#4 is really colourful! A few nanners have popped up, must be genetics but not to sure what I did to cause them to come out, more than likely to much light. I dimmed the light regardless as the leaves on the tallest cola in the tent were showing signs of stress. So yeah, nanners, probably light stress. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 20” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. I drink my water straight from the tap, ph is around 7, and less than 15ppm, good for me, good for my plants. Water is aerated in a 30 gallon reservoir. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. Last week I fought some yellowing of the leaves. Did some small adjustments on PH to keep it in the 5.6 range. Seemed to stop it from progressing. For Week 3 Veg I topped the plants. I plan to flip the lights at the end of week 3 and move into flower. Day 15 I continued to have yellowing leaves even though I had everything looking right. (Added Pic). I decided to look into the PH to see if I was having issues with it. I have a meter in the water 100% of the time taking a reading every 1 sec. It all looked right. But I decided to Calibrate it in 4,7,10 solutions. Found out that my meter was off. So new to the check list is to calibrate the meter before each grow. I was thinking my PH was High, when in reality it was low. put in some PH up to get it back to 5.5 and over the last 16 hours things look pretty good. Leaves look darker. Day 17 Things are looking good. Leaves are getting darker and new growth coming in. Day 18 Turned room temp down to 73F from 76F. Fearing it is warming up my res tank too much. Day 19 Starting to get yellowing again. checked everything and can't find a good reason for it. Did notice some cloudiness in my res tank. Added 2 ML/Gal of peroxide. have Hydroguard on the way to help. I'll be adding more fans this weekend. I have light air movement currently. Also found a few spider mites and sprayed Greencleaner to all plants. Current environment settings: Room Temp 72.74 F Room Humidity 63.63% (After spraying, Trending down). Room CO2 589PPM Tank PH 5.70 Tank PPM (500 Scale) 953 Tank Temp 74.05 F Day 20 Recalibrated my EC probe just to be sure it was also accurate. wasn't off by much. Hello everyone, 🇬🇷 ...the previous week had a lot of growth and training... Angie has her natural shape, Lucy's been topped and LSTed and Michelle was LSTed...they are growing fast despite the low wattage Leds that they are under as the weather outside is cloudy and will be for days...they don't get any nutes, they have everything they need in their home...this is going to be a long grow,as mother nature will decide when these girls will go to flower... ====================================== WEEK 6:"FIRST AND LAST AND ALWAYS" ☠️Day 36...💧it's sunny and the girls are enjoying it...I watered them today,I changed again the watering pattern...now I give them 1,5 L every 3 days,depending on how dry the substrate is...Today I toped Lucy again on the two new main colas... ☠️Day 38...sunny again and the girls love it...Angie has become a beast,tall and bushy,while the other two are growing side shoots after the LST...I am impressed by GH Feeding... ☠️Day 39...💧watering day...What bothers me is that I will not be on time for the contest...I am growing outdoors and the girls will start flowering on late summer...harvest time will be on October,wee too late for the contest...I have to find a way to force flower them earlier...the problem is I have no dark room for that...its a challenge and I have to find a solution... ☠️Day 40...the girls are stretching more...they need light... ☠️Day 41...the weather here is crazy...sunny in the morning,raining in the afternoon...the girls take about 5-6 hours of direct sunlight... 🌚I decided that from today I will be placing Michelle and Lucy in a dark closet to force them flower.I hope it will work...I will put them inside it at 20:00 and get them out to the sun at 09:00 the next morning...13 hours of darkness will be enough for them to start flowering...Let's see how this goes...It's the only free space I have to do this as I cannot use my tent.There is no light leak in the closet...Angie is too tall to get in there so she will be flowering when nature calls... ☠️Day 42...💧watering day...first day of 11/13 for Lucy and Michelle...the closet they are in is small so I am a bit worried for air circulation...in the morning they seemed fine however...
