Week 13 from seed. Around week 8 flower in our 12/12 galaxy. 🙂 And now… everything is changing. The room feels different this week. The colors are shifting everywhere. Leaves are fading naturally across the canopy, hairs are turning deeper orange and copper tones, trichomes are getting thicker and cloudier by the day, and the plants are entering that final stage where the grower does less, observes more, and lets time do its work. The “almost no nutrients” strategy is still rolling beautifully. At this point we are basically running enzymes and patience. No heavy feeding. No panic corrections. Just letting the plants finish the way they want to finish. Less became more in this run. From the beginning, the goal was simple: minimal stress, minimal interference, and let the plants grow naturally into the lights under 12/12 from seed. No endless training sessions. No constant manipulation. Just a little leaf tucking here and there, careful observation, and letting the room guide itself. And honestly… these Skywalkers rewarded that trust. Heavy fruits everywhere. Dense flowers from top to bottom. Plants leaning under their own weight and asking for support from the yo-yos. Colors stacking on the pistils. Resin thickening every single day. One thing I’m especially happy with is the lower canopy development. The under-canopy lighting keeps helping the plants mature evenly from top to bottom, and the difference is very noticeable now. What could have become airy popcorn buds simply never had the chance. The lower flowers are dense, developed, and fully part of the harvest. What used to be “sea buds” became real flowers… or disappeared completely during cleanup. We also continue using the far-red strategy: 15 minutes after lights-off, while slowly increasing reds during lights-on as well. The idea is to help simulate the end of the season and encourage those natural finishing responses from the plants. Maybe terpene expression, maybe flavonoid response, maybe simply stress-signaling and seasonal behavior… but whatever is happening, the room is speaking loudly right now. And the yellowing leaves? At this stage, that’s not something scary here. That’s the plant redistributing energy, consuming reserves, and moving toward the end of its cycle. After 13 weeks together, this is part of the story. Now is not the time to rush. There’s no point harvesting early after all this patience. We’ve already come this far together. At this stage, the grow is less about “doing” and more about understanding when to simply wait. Calmly. Observing. Checking. Smelling. Watching the trichomes. Letting the plants tell us when they are truly ready. Next week? Expect more fading. More swollen flowers. More support needed. More aroma. More late-flower personality. But don’t expect panic harvesting just because the finish line is visible. We wait for the moment that feels right. This week was all about structure and control. We focused on progressive LST, opening the canopy properly, reducing apical dominance and spreading the side branches so more tops can start receiving direct light. We also did a selective cleanup of fan leaves, lower leaves and a few that were touching the substrate or creating unnecessary shade, leaving the lower zone cleaner and improving airflow. On the environmental side, we fine-tuned the setup through the week, gradually increasing light intensity until we reached around 500 PPFD and improving the balance between temperature, humidity and VPD to support growth more efficiently. The goal was not to force the plants, but to organize the structure, distribute energy better and build a stronger base before the next step. The difference is already noticeable compared to the start of the week: the plants are more open, side branches are more exposed and light penetration into the center is clearly better. The next goal is to keep watching each plant’s response, continue watering by pot weight, and very soon start topping the most advanced plants, always progressively and with canopy uniformity in mind.

Hey Cannafam Happy Tuesday, My little Guava girl has had a much better week just gone. Shes just started her 3rd set of leaves and is looking miuch happier overall 😊 I didn't voice my concerns last week but i was that maybe her tough breakthrough initialy had maybe stressed/stunted her, but thankfully she seems ok, and most development has taken place in the past couple of days due to better conditions. Weather wise its been allot drier/consistant overall but with fog, mist and drizzle starting each day Tuesday - Saturday with the Sun coming through for a bit in the afternoons. Humidity has remained very high but with constant temps of around 19c daytime 14c nightime on those days. Sunday mist and cloud diappeared and it was a lovely hot 25c day/18c night and its been a scorching 28c both yesterday and today! Daylight hours are current 16hr 25 mins but this will now start reducing each day as the Summer Soltice was on the 21st. With the heat shes been kept well watered(twice today) with a good drenching of the soil, as it could be fatal for a seeding if it dries out in these temps. i did think of putting her in shade today and yesterday but thought as shes of half Sativa lineage she'd be ok so let her soak it up, It would seem that this lineage is showing through currently as her leaves are long and slender. The hot weather is due to continue all of this week at least for the rest of the week so im hoping she'll take off further from here 😊 Thats all from me for now, much love Growmies 💚💚💚

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

7/19: Started new nutrients today. Filled gallon jug with new nutes. Poured half of new nute mix in half gallon jug. Poured the entire half gallon jug into reservoir. 7/20: Bumped light intensity to 50% 7/21: Filled reservoir to the 2nd line today. Added a total of 1 gallon to res to get it to that line. Poured the rest of the mixed nutes for this week (half gallon) and then another half gallon of just plain water. 7/24: Bumped light intensity to 55% 7/25: Sadness today 😞.. While in the process of doing more LST today I accidentally snapped the main stem. I Panicked! Moved plant back in opposite direction to counteract the split. Will be monitoring very closely! 🙏🏾 ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Comenzando ya la ultima fase del cultivo, descubrimos una paleta de olores bastante amplia la cual nos recuerda olores como Mango fresco y Melón Tuna, olores bien marcados. Comenzaremos el lavado de raices, ya que empezamos a ver tricomas con tonalidades "ambar", esperemos seguir con este resultado el cual nos tiene bastante satisfechos. !Saludos & Buenos Humos! 🙌

The end came surprisingly fast in the end - I had to move quick. I had to improvise a drying solution, since I only have a small grow room and not much space, since Fat Monkey Auto still takes some time to mature. A little grow chamber made of foam board, with a PC fan added for some air flow. Can't wait to trim her and let her cure before entering the next phase.

This week has been time to put on weight!! They are getting so heavy glad put in secondary scrog net. Have only been doing water so plants can just pull what they want our the soil they are starting to fade on their own. They have some amazing kinda blue tent to the buds. They have a gassy sweet smell to them! This will be the last week I feel but still see some clear heads and no amber so shall see over next week!!
