8/16 Watered before feeding two gallons to the garden. Defoliated a bit and noticed an open folded leaf that inchworms must've crawled out of. Also found another japanese beetle today. They are in the area but this far I've only found four. Up the road they've skeletonized plants so I'm crossing my fingers. Next year that's one thing I'm doing for sure. Bird netting. No pillars and no japanese beetles. Can't be that expensive. I may need to do another treatment. Of Spinosid or BT to be safe. I haven't seen much fresh damage like I had before on lower branches. Plants seem to go more into flower everyday. Dreamcatcher furthest along followed by a seedling in a 5 gallon then blueberry and ice cream cake is bringing up the rear. This is when the fun starts. I've put a lot of time and money in since March. Temps are lower today seems like it's going to be a great day. 8/17 didn't water. I figured I'd let things dry out. Defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves. Every day plants seem to be flowering at a rapid pace. I plan to apply another treatment of BT as a saw another inchworm nest. Also found a japanese beetle that I think is responsible for some of the damage I've seen. 8/18 Soil was dry so I gave it a good watering. Buds are developing extremely fast. I can't believe the changes I see on a daily basis. Still damage. At least it's not destroyed by the japanese beetles like some of the neighboring plants. I did have to defoliate a lot of yellow leaves after this last feed. I know about sensenece and I had the same issue last year. It still seems worrisome to see leaves die. Temps swing thirty degrees here so that might be a contributing factor. I hope it's not some kind of nutrient lockout. Don't know how to tell but I know I don't feed much or often to try to avoid that. I haven't flushed and I really don't want to. Next year super soil. I need to do another preventative spray and go over during the dark. Will update as I go. 8/19 Hurried morning and plants were wet so I didn't water. Looks like it's going to rain. Plants went through a huge growth spurt and buds are developing at a rapid rate but I haven't gotten to the reason why the old big fans turn yellow and drop. Especially since it's after a growth spurt. I probably need to flush. It started at the bottom at first but it's moved up a little. I'll update further today. UPDATE: Went back over and fed two gallons to the garden. Replaced 1tbsp tiger bloom with 1/2 Kool bloom and no microbe brew. Plants seem like they need nitrogen. After finding three sets of leaves with moth eggs and finding what looks like septoria or another fungal infection on the plant outside the cage in the 30 gallon tote. I almost put the ax to it but for now it's just isolated. Stalk is bigger than the ax handle so I'll let it do its thing but not with my other girls. I need to spray BT but I also need to treat WPM. I'll check maybe I have some lost coast plant therapy left. 8/20 No water. Plants were wet. Lost another shit ton of yellow leaves. May be WPM that has progressed. Treated the garden early am with lost coast plant therapy. Will update further today. UPDATE: Took a short video I'll upload tomorrow. Made the decision to water as plants were dry. Probably should've waited but it's been so hot. Humidity is ridiculous. Plants look cleaner after LCPT. Buds developing fast. Looking back on my old journals and seeing the same questions pop up from last year is reassuring. I need to order more LCPT and I also need to get in and prune any shoot that has dead stuff on it. There is some more on the interior I should take as well. I spent a good deal of time (twice) today defoliating and making sure everything yellow was gone in case of a fungal infection. 8/21 Didn't water. Looks overcast. Plants are transitioning to flower. They seemed to like the last feeding. I think I may have been underfeeding. I defoliated what needed it and the dead stuff but there wasn't as much. I can still see WPM this morning. It's just so humid here and it's been raining EVERY night. I'll probably use vinegar or h2o2 tonight. With all the moths and moth eggs I've been finding it wouldn't hurt to do an application of BT. I also need to keep an eye on my ice cream cake. Plant is enormous and it's only in a 20 or 30 gallon bag. I can't remember which. Anyway maybe it's just the lighting but it doesn't seem as rich green as it was. I'll keep an eye on them. 8/22 No water as it's raining. That hurricane Henri is supposed to around here today or tomorrow. I'll have to check but I think I'm fine. My supports are sturdy. I'll do a double check but things seem fine. Flowering nicely. This is probably the final week of the full tent shots, these were taken a few days ago and at this point there is only 8 plants that have not yet been harvested. I learned a lot this run, tried some new shit, grew out my own crosses, dialed things in by getting rid of the light leaks and adding the heater so it was a success. The new lights out performed my expectation and the leaf strip might become a staple in my garden. The leaf strip made me nervous I wasn't sure how it would turn out but all of my buds are noticeably larger, the lowers are filled out and as dense as the tops and it saved space, water and nutrients. The lights could have contriuted to the larger buds but the other things made it well worth it. I have been vegging out the next run for a while trying to keep them from growing too much in 1/2 gal bags so there should be some interesting plants there stay tuned. * These came out pretty good, #1 was a lanky bitch and leans heavily toward my Ciroc cut but has these sweet lookin pink tips. I feel like the buds could have filled out a little more but maybe I will run it back and if they do fill out I will hit it with the MC2 pollen and make some fems. #2 is the mutant and is ridiculously frosty, usually when I have a runt it comes out decent at best but this one outdid itself. The buds actually came into shape pretty nicely, they are a little slim but the frost is insane. Some of the photos of #2 might look like I didn't take them compared to my usual photography style and that's because my girl took them, she is a little more artistic than I am but it was her first time using the new camera so some are slightly out of focus because the ISO was too low and there was a little camera shake. Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! What a massive turnaround from last week! Mother Nature finally stopped teasing us and brought the summer heat. We had glorious, non-stop sunshine all week, with temperatures climbing all the way up to around 30°C. Training & The Stretch: 🌿 I’ve officially put the LST ties away. I didn't touch them at all this week. Looking at them, it feels like the majority of the flowering stretch is finally wrapping up. Now it’s all about stacking those buds! Feeding Update – Dialing in the Recipes: With the plants working overtime under the hot sun, the feeding schedule has been quite busy: Team Organic (Banana Purple Punch & Amnesia Haze): They got a full-course meal this week to support peak bloom. Alongside the tap water and CalMag, I added BioBizz Bio Bloom, Top-Max, and just a tiny dash of Fish-Mix to give the microbes a nice little energy boost. Team Mineral (Lemon Cherry Cookies & Bruce Banner): They are cruising along nicely on a steady diet of Hesi Bloom Complex paired with CalMag to keep everything perfectly green and balanced. Current Standings: 📏 Lemon Cherry Cookies: Still holding her crown as the undisputed giant at 70cm. She seems to have settled into her final height and is looking incredibly majestic. The Rest: Bruce Banner, Amnesia Haze, and Banana Purple Punch have used the sunshine to catch up beautifully. They are all sitting right around the 50cm mark now, looking sturdy, healthy, and ready for a spectacular show. The energy in the garden is amazing right now. Let’s hope this beautiful weather stays with us as the buds start filling out!

This has been another great week ! We are at day 36 end of week 4 and these ladies are getting nice and bushy! Still using the same dose nutrients just a little less rapid start at 1/2tsp per gal now PH at 6.5 still. The plants have now grown into 600 par an should start flowering this week!! Bueno, pues cortada. La planta ha sido genial y quiero volver a cultivarla de forma mas controlada. Su sabor es muuy suave, cremoso y terroso diría y no estoy seguro si llego a sacar notas mentoladas. Es un hecho que aún no ha curado, todavía su perfil real no ha salido, pero recien secada y manicurada, la primera cata OBLIGATORIA jajajajaja da ese resultado. Sus efectos son literalmente el: "eeehhh tranquiii.." jajajajaja te deja super chill, no se explicarlo, es muy buenrollera esta planta jajajajaja hay algunas que sientes que te dejan la cabeza muy loca, o que flipas mucho, esta es rollo equilibrada, pero a la vez eres consciente del ostion que llevas encima jajajaja La manicura la dividí entre las hojas mas grandes y secas como no fumables pero con algo de resina, las mas pequeñas que salen por el manicurado fino del cogollo las guarde como fumables con resina y ya los cogollos manicurados. Con el trimeo, osea el recorte de las hojas, sacaré hash con el pollinator, y el trimeo de las hojas pequeñas, los guardaré para tiempos de guerra y escasez (verano🙄😅😂😂).

Both outdoor autos hit full mid-flower stride this week, stacking steadily and pushing out stronger aromas with each warm afternoon. Nice Cream continued swelling along every branch, its buds coated in a fresh frost of trichomes and exuding a creamy berry scent with faint rubber notes typical of the strain. The canopy stayed lush and evenly colored with no major fade or stress. Tiger #2 developed a dense, compact structure with heavy pistil coverage and a distinct sweet grape-candy aroma beginning to dominate. The smaller pot required slightly more frequent watering but kept pace in flower production. By the end of the week, trichomes were mostly clear with early cloudiness forming, signaling the start of late-flower swelling as both girls prepared for their final push.

It wasn't the best Fastbuds Gorilla GLue specimen we've made, so to speak it's one of those pheno that is probably getting low this time because the ruderalis lineage somehow prevailed. but excellent anyway not the most productive but very full of resin as I mentioned here Fastbuds certainly maintains a very high quality standard on all strains. Dried well and tasted just for the test of the creator now it tans a bit and then it is smoked .. indeed it is vaped.

Fed her a little bit of 550ppm so that the medium stays moist until I come back. Fans on low so that the humidity actually stays. Post coming back i watered before lights out . Seem to be getting a little nutrient burn. Need to make the feed one by one and not for all plants at once

I start by saying that the genetics of this fantastic and super plant, the only exemplary because I was given after ordering, the first time I cultivated this variety .. I never had any problem from germination at the end of harvest, made grow for 6 weeks approximately with light hours 18/6, then kept in bloom for 10 weeks ...... and from about 10 days to dry with temperatures between 19/20 degrees, and humidity rate to 50% between today and tomorrow I'll make a nice manicure.
