The new growth is coming in a little limey, we insist on reusing Promix so PH is always a bit of a rollercoaster lol.. no sweat, usually a gallon each PH'd to 5.5 with 5ml/gal N solution will get them back to baseline..we seem to have the same issue with most plants grown in our basement during summer, I'm sure the super high humidity and low evaporation rate has something to do with it... if they don't come around after the adjustment, they'll spend some time under the HIDs, this always straightens them out..we topped the mainline for the last time today for 8 mains per side, as well as another full round of toppings on the x2 LST plants... thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy growing everyone!!! ❤️🐱💡🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ 8/22/21 🐱 Quick update, the mainlined plant is showing signs of calcium deficiency which is odd, with our routine we almost never have Calcium or magnesium issues..its really only noticeable under the florescent lights on this one but we'll have to make changes.. they all have plenty of calcium in their media so I'm wondering if the PH has gone screwy in that pot.. we reuse promix which gets really acidic sometimes and we add lime to buffer this but we guess a lot and may not have used enough (or waited long enough)..I know when our media gets around 5-5.5 calcium deficiency is a huge issue..ill add a little more calcium to be sure and will try using water PH'd higher (6.5-7) and see if this helps anything. Tag 119: In einer Woche wird geerntet, nun sollte ich mich freuen aber die Blätter der Shogun sehen mittlerweile furchtbar aus 😱 Zu allem Überfluss hat sie nun auch noch Pollsäcke entwickelt 😨 ich habe versucht die sichtbaren mit einer Pinzette zu entfernen😩 Mir graust jetzt schon ein wenig vor dem Endergebnis. Die Shogun scheint ein warmes Klima nicht zu vertragen, anders als bei Royal Queen seed angegeben....😞 Tag 120: ich denke ich bin zu schnell mit dem Dünger hoch gegangen, mich beschlich jedenfalls ab und an schon das Gefühl😶 Aber ich habe mich strickt an das Düngeschema von Biobizz gehalten, aber dabei ignoriert das die Blüte Zeit bei der Shogun länger ist, und somit ich zu früh in die vollen gegangen bin 😒 Naja wieder was dazu gelernt 😁 Tag 123: Die Shogun riecht nur sehr dezent, sie klebt kaum 😞

Well!

I hung the full plant upside down for 24hrs. I then hung the individual branches. I left the branches big and I didn’t trim the buds as I wanted to dry slowly. They hung in the dark room with temperature at 21 degrees and humidity at 58% for a week. I then removed the buds from the branches and placed them in a drying net for another few day before jarring. Smell isfantastic.

She just keeps getting chunkier. Growing steadily and without issues. This is the last week I’ll feed her big bud, then move onto begin flushing at around day 63. My only concern about this grow is the humidity being a tad high and AVT being so big she’s blocking the light to the babies in the corners. So far she smells like pine/tabaco/funk.

Flowering full throttle. Tested a 1:4 alcohol/water foliar on two smaller plants. killed bugs instantly, hoping it knocks out some budrot . no significant leaf damage from the spray yet 24hrs on so i may have found a nice spray during early flowering. Will run a string of lights and begin second grow that will extend into December

Ok so I'm really impressed with this autoflower. It's a monster in my opinion. I really pushed it hard for a day or two during a heat wave. Temps were 88F, I gave it a Full dose of PK booster ( LiquidKool Bloom ) and some Raw Citrus. Plant suck the bucket DOWN FAST. I thought alright its liking it. It did but it also burned it pretty badly. So I watered it down and got a cal-mag deficiency lol. Then during the heat wave I was being to brave and left to work for 12 hours with high temperatures and the plant tops at about 2 and a half feet when its recommended 3 feet. Totally my fault. But man oh man, she took all of it pretty well in my opinion. She's a little burnt but the FROST on the buds are insane outside the tent lights. It hasn't even had 1 night of sleep its entire life. 8/15 Checked ppm and pH, felt brave and added full dose PK. 8/16 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1200. I let it run. 8/17 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1400 and the bucket was empty. I knew I'd see burned tips soon. Added plain pH water, dropped to 800ppm. Left it to drink water. 8/18 Checked ppm and pH, tips showing burn but its definitely swelling, was it worth it? So far I'm thinking yes. Definitely yes. Ppm 950, pH 6.0 8/19 Checked ppm and pH, ppm at 1100, pH at 6.2 I watered it down with plain pH water to 700. I was feeling brave again, added more sweetener and PK booster. Ppm at 900. ( I made a mistake over the last 2 days and forgot to add cal-mag) 8/20 Checked ppm and pH, ppm went down to 800, pH at 6.2. Made no adjustments just added Cal-mag. I already had a slight deficiency going but not adding ANY to a plant that drinks 2 gallons a day was a huge mistake. It got a lot of brown patches and yellow but not everywhere. I also realized it was to close to the CMH. Plus a heat wave sent my temp to 88F while I was at work, not sure how long. I think I got a little bit of foxtail going on the very top tips. Adjusted temperature and raised light as high as I could. 8/21 Checked ppm and pH. This plant just eats and drinks to much. None of my other plants come close to this one. I have to check it everyday. My others can go up to 3 days untouched. This monster is impressive. I would reccomend this autoflower to anyone, but it says it's an intermediate grow level. It's been super easy for me. Really hope this monster finishes soon. All trichromes are clear.
