Hello Diary. Fourth week of flowering. The first thing I will point out is the amazing fruity scent of Fat Banana. I literally run out of saliva from the smell, I can’t wait to try the flavor.😋 As can be seen in the photos, the brown spots from last week have turned into whole yellow leaves with brown spots. 😟 I’m not 100% sure what caused it, but what’s possible is that she got too many nutrients. (Overfeeding) Considering the RQS pellets I put in the ground, and the amount of BioBizz I added, it’s still maybe too much for Fat Banana. 😳 If anyone is reading this post, feel free to comment on your opinion for the cause of such leaves.🙏 Since her roommates, Haze Berry Automatic, have the same treatment, and there are no such symptoms on them, I'm not 100% sure about overfeeding. Although I don’t add BioBizz every time I water, but when I add it, I put it on schedule for that week. Perhaps the concentration of nutrients in such watering is too high for this strain. Let’s take a look at what happened last week. 07/11/2020 - Day 44. Watering. I preventively added 1ml / l CalMg and regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.4 degrees and 44% humidity. 09/11/2020 - Day 46. Watering. Since I noticed leaf decay, I watered like two days earlier just by adding CalMg and I regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 44% humidity. 12/11/2020 - Day 49. Photographing and watering. This time I added BioBizz as scheduled for the current flowering week. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 44% humidity. Although Fat Banana shows yellow leaves and brown spots on some leaves, the flowers themselves have not been affected so far. We'll see how things go. See you soon. 🙌

Week 7 of Flower going well, plants seem to be stressed a little bit though I believe it's either some slight nute burn or a nute lockout caused by overfeeding. Runoff EC coming out about 200 higher than the input also runoff ph is around 5.4-5.5 which to me indicates slight overfeeding. Going to feed one more week every other day with a watering in between each feeding ph'd to 5.7, than I will start my 2 week flush using clearex by botanicare and plain ph'd water. Some nice purples have also started to really come out this week and the trichomes are constantly packing on.

Finally harvest time arrived 🤗 It’s been a great run, though I had to improve a lot along the way. But as usual there was a way to get things done and finished up😎 After a long heatwave I decided to chop the whole tent, just a bit before I actually wanted to. But I see amber trichomes and heavy buds, so I think it’s safe to chop now, so here we go. 🤩 Can’t wait to taste this after so long watching over it🤤 More details to come.

These ladies are really starting to stretch their limbs. I have reduced the indoor light to 17.5 hours and will continue to reduce the light 1/2 hour every ten days to match the 16 hour day on June 20th when I have scheduled to put them outside for good. On warm days here I try to get them outside in the sunlight as much as possible. They are busy and beautiful.

By the start of the week I’ve noticed magnesium deficiency on plant A and B, so I started adding Biobizz Calmag on Froglord’s kind recommendation. Otherwise I started slow defoliation process and I’m currently removing around two leaves per day. Plants definitely grew larger than expected but I’m not mad :D. They’re taking a bit longer, but it should be worth it. I’m expecting harvest on plants C and D soon.

Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiodic plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Our Test #3 is at 4 florets and growing rapidly we are almost ready for the cut of 8. My plan for photoperiodic plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the florets to split them, we always take care not to damage the new growing branches. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and in perfect shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I'm a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil and start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember the cold temperature makes the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and to dry the plant in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. So this marks the beginning of week 4! At then end of week 3 I noticed a bit of over watering as well as possible nute burn (early early stages) so this week I'm decreasing the dosages on EVERYTHING and I'm going to let my baby's dry out ! This will be their final week in the 5" square pot as I'm going to move them into their new and final homes. pheno 1 smells crazy like apricots / dank peaches. pheno 2 more mild neutral no dank aroma frosty af. Indida dominant but not like couch lock. I highly recommend this cultivar.

So, this is my first grow, just starting out. After NJ passed recreational weed, I was like you know what... Went on an amazon spending spree and got some seeds from cropkingseeds and this is it! I let the seeds soak for 18hr in deer park spring water w/ 1 drop of Organic Liquid Seaweed and Kelp Fertilizer Supplement by Bloom City. At the end of soakage, it didn't look like any had cracked maybe one did not so sure. So I did up the papertowels according to the video and have to say I feel a little nervous/anxious that there is too much water/weight on the seeds and feer drownage. I'm going to keep it on there though. I check the towels a few times throughout the day and am surprised they're very moist throughout the day and next morning still somewhat damp. 24 hours in the towels I check my babies and one had cracked but the rest were still sealed up tight, unwilling to share the goodness that we all so desire, cmon babies crack that shell for papa! 11/12 looked like 1 seed popped, yay! I remoistened towels a bit but didn't wanna soak them. I also put some rapid rooters in water to soak overnight gunna throw the seeds in them in AM... I was going to do it tonight but figured I should wait see if some pop out more. 11/13 OMG upon checking seeds at 07:10 I found the papertowels like bone dry OMG WTF!!! Panic sets in but I just set up the little terrarium with 6 plugs and put the seeds in and tore some plugs off bottom of a plug to cover seedhole with. 11/14 Got a sprout! YES!! The plugs look nice and moist just going to let it go! 11/15 Woke up this mornin, saw a new sprout peeking thru and then another about to! I got ansy and took off the little top plugs and found all the sprouts were coming up! Leaving the top plug off, hopefully thats not a bad idea.

She had her issues and is not a big yielder. But she makes up for it in beauty and aroma!
