01/06 - Week 5 of flower - Increased nute feed to daily micro-dosing and increased Silica feed - temps running 72 (F) 65% humidity - Using light brown sugar as carbohydrate. 01/08 - Flowering coming along nicely - Light brown sugar for carbohydrate subs seems to be working effectively - micro dosing has continued with one morning feed before lights out and another 2hrs after lights on. Feeding solution temps are approximately 35 (F) - Drop in water feed temps has increased trichome production.

Hi Gromie's welcome to my 8th grow, have been half hearted at doing perpetual growing in recent times. Just get a bit lazy after a grow& harvest ( as U put a lot of time, love,& energy & passion into those beautiful girls who will reciprocate the love in return in the form of beautiful sticky solid dense & plentiful buds😍 but it can take a bit out of you! I tell myself I'll take a week off & then I've got around a pound+ to trim & I end up slacking for a couple of weeks, even been guilty of murdering a few clones/ young plants by starvation & or mistreat them & slow/stunt growth. But I am tired of running out of weed & waiting ages 4 more . I smoke a lot & recoup my grow cost, nutrient, electricity & initial investment. Due to demand! (Seem people prefer to get home grown hydro due to the very high quality & great terpenes) it runs out Fast. So after much thought I've decided to get right on top of thing's with my grows this will be my 8th grow in just over 2years & the plan is to run an expanded & upgraded Hydroponic perpetual operation. Originally started in 1mx1m with 600watt hps/mh . Upgraded to 1.2m tent & mars hydro FC-E480 480watt. Fooled around a bit with perpetual using 1m tent 4 veg. 7 quite successful grows & harvest's. Average a pound per grow from 4 plants easily with the FC-E 4800. Upgraded to 1.2 X 2.4m tent for flower, using old1.2m flower tent as new veg tent & old 1mx1m veg tent will be a drying tent /extra grow space if needed.Ive also set up cloning & propergation area , storage space 4 nutrients & grow equipment & workbench/ desk to record diary/grow journal . Both tents are hooked up to a 2 into 1 splitter venting out window, flower tent uses filter both tents run 6" air extraction set ups. Clone light is a viper spectra p600 100watt fully dimmable to a couple of watts. I obviously don't need that many watts for clone area (on 25watts) but this light was cheaper than a led or T5 clone light & versatile, use in veg or flower tent. Veg runs a viper spectra XS1500 150 watt & have a 2 nd XS1500 if needed flower tent runs a mars hydro FC-E4800 480watt with top feed recirculating hydro. Waiting on another FC-E 4800 for the other side of flowering tent & will do some DWC that side. Should easily pull 2+ , training & scrogs hopefully closer to 3p

The buds smell very tasty and look very good so I'm really excited. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber. As always, it came to the darkroom 48 hours before harvest :-). There it will now remain after harvesting at 62% humidity for 8-12 days before it is put into the jars for fermentation with 62% boveda packs :-). changed ns, cleaned out the tank and added some 320ml of H2O2, to keep it tidy clean😊. Got the ns up to EC 1.2 and set pH to 5.8. To avoid bio-film i filter the ns after 48-72 hours after applying bio-complex (wich i feed with every new ns). In Hydro systems bio-complex shows its strongest effects in the first 48hrs. In the 1st week i filtered after exactly 48hrs and hardly saw any residue in the tank....... this week i waited 72hrs and had visible build-up at the surface of the tank (pics). The babies started showing signs of led-disease after i lowered the lamp down to 40 cm, but already recover without touching the lamp again. Day 11 GROWTH!!! Now they wanna take off…… Day 12 Supercropped the babies and installed trellis-netting - this time in a sturdy frame - and set it to about 15 cm above the box. Ns constantly at EC 1.2 and pH at 6.1 now. Day 13 The babies startet erecting their heads, right after bending them yesterday…… within 4 hrs they all looked into sun😎. Read pH yesterday, just before lights out….. 6.5 This morning it was back at 6.0/6.1. STAY TUNED!

Not much to report for week 5, the introduction of the Co2 is a success, the Northern Lights Auto are enjoying life and showing early signs of blooming. One of the 3 plants is growing so much faster and bulkier than the other 2 the fan leaves of this particular plant are huge the stems and branches are growing thick and strong the only training these gils are getting is defoliation and LST. We got unlucky this week... We were gone for a short vacation over the weekend. We came back late int the night on Sunday. Looking inside the tent, the leaves on one bud of Middleman looked weird. When we saw that at first, I was pretty sure that we have bud rot. However there was no energy left in us to do anything with the plants. So we took a closer look the next day. On Monday, checking with the lights on, the bud on Middleman looked bad. We opened it up, revealing mold in the early to mid stages of Botrytis. Looking back, there were signs of this on the day we left, but unluckily we didnt notice it. Funny enough, this was actually my favorite shoot out of all plants, since it looked so good overall and I looked at this particular shoot more than any other :/. We keep it going. Other buds look good for now and we dont have long to go.

Im feeding her steadily at around 825ppm every morning monitoring any possible deficiencies. I did defoliate quite a few leaves from the to[ and bottom once I felt that she is thriving happy and growing more vigorously during the stretch. I raised the light a full 2 feet. during week 1 and now at the end of week 2 the tallest stalk is about 14 inches while most are around 20. reason for a few stalks being taller is because of what happened when our 3rd plant ended up being a male during the transition to 12/12. Im not gna try anything crazy to try and fix it. Obviously there are no problems so dont fix whats not broken I guess. Have a great week !

esta semana seguimos doblando y podando alguna que otra ramita . Al parecer la nº1 ,la Triploide (tres ramas mismo nudo), que pasó a ser diploide (dos ramas mismo nudo) después de podar el primer apical parece ser que ha vuelto a Triploide y esto podria dificultar las otras dos ramas que van más avanzadas por lo que me decidí por cortar y así que siga diploide. A los 40 dias volví a podar los segundos nudos de cada rama dejándolas ahora si listas para pasar a floración en un par o tres de dias. más un agarre de las ramas a las macetas y así ir deshaciéndome de los dobladores , estos estan quedando pequeños. A los 41 dias me dió por cambiar de posición la nº2 y ponerla en el lugar de la nº1, la triploide. La nº2 está creciendo algo más vigorosa que las otras dos y la nº1 va por el camino de quedarse algo más enana. La nº3 seria un intermedio.

From sprout, I've been watering every 3-4 days. Been very consistent with this. Yellow tips been appearing. I think it could be Magnesium or Calcium deficiency. Hit it with some Calmag with iron.
