After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

Hello Growers 🙏🏿 Start of week 4 Day 22 - placed the plants with the lowest hight on some books, so they all get the even amount of light -noticing that that plants slowly touch the back and side walls of the tent , Day 23 -they had 30 h of light with no sleep, and now the flower phase begin -start of 12-12 cycle -bottom leaves start to fall off Day 24 - forgot to turn the van on... almost everything was wet after the night -first day of 12-12 they liked it... start to see growth in height - had to adjust the height of the lights Day 25 -added some soil, cause some roots were watching out of the soil - removed all baby leaves , and most of the row above - gave them each 1,5-1,7l after 1 h after waking up - noticing huge stretch in height every day, need to adjust the light almost daily If u notice something or have any tips for me that might help, please let me know !

5/11 - Started the "flush" this week! Making it as easy as possible on myself and just using straight tap water to fill the res', and guess what?! I installed the new AC Infinity 6" in-line fan, and it's finally allowing me to keep the tent closed while maintaining an optimal environment. Smell begone!...until I open the tent, that is. The tester nug I clipped from the other week is losing the hay smell, and looking like the frostiest bud I've ever seen. Everything is looking like a 5/16 harvest! Do I seem excited?! I am!! I'll add some pics later today when the lighting is better. Funny how I now have the optimal setup with only a week left to go. As a first-time grower, but loooooonng time cannabis enthusiast/consumer, I still cannot believe I grew this amazing plant. In fact, I am now writing this entry after having vaped part of the tester bud, and let me tell you, I almost cried tears of happiness after the high sank in -- it's phenomenal. The taste has a hint of lemon, lime, earthiness, dominant pine, with a menthol exhale. The effect is very cerebral (as expected for an early harvest), but relaxing. I feel a wave of calmness flow down my body and a nice pressure around my eyes and sinus (which is usually stuffed). I hope she doesn't mind me sharing, but I thought it was touching (and humorous) that my gf legitimately started crying when I told her it was Helen's time. Decided to harvest since i found some rotten buds and the plant wasn't gonna get better than that since it was under attack and I rather harvest a week earlier than losing a lot of my crop (last year I tossed it all because of powdery mildew)

Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the buds when they were dried and cut. But I can tell you they looked very nice Good high more body then mind. Taste was okay not my favorite but for other people it will be fire ! I harvested: Cupcake 1# 104 gram Cupcake 2# 115 gram Cupcake 3# 128 gram I dried them for 10 days on 17c / 60% Then cured them for 2 months in grove bags.

Out of the 4 seeds only the gnarly taproot made it successfully. It is growing visually more and more everyday and soon I will investigate other two seeds that didn’t germinate and make this a one plant operation.
