8/21/2024 Added two fresh gallons with week 4 nutrients to bring the reservoir up to 750ppm. Will plan to do a more substantial water change in the next few days. Both plants are booming! Added the trellis netting to begin training the plants to fill the tent! This week should be interesting. 8/24/2024 Both plants are looking good up to this point. Have continued to add fresh nutrient water as they are drinking much more now. I have a second trellis net on hand as I believe it will be required for an aditional layer of support as they stretch into pre-flower. Looking like a 4.5 or 5 week veg before flipping. 8/25/2024 Noticed Plant B water level was only a few inches in the bottom of the bucket. Had a pump flow rate issue with most of the feed from the reservoir diverting to the closer bucket. Working to rectify the issue, but Plant B is definitely stunted, unfortunately. 8/27/2024 The water level issue was remedied by putting a separate pump and feed line in place for each plant. Continuing to defoliate as I prepare to take clones. I will likely run this week of veg a few extra days to allow Plant B to recover a bit from the water issues. Additionally, after taking clones I will give 1-2 days of recovery for the plants before switching to 12-12 and starting pre-flower! 8/29/2024 Raised the lights to drop DLI to about 30. Continuing to monitor water level issues. 8/30/2024 Did a final pruning on both plants before flipping to flower tomorrow. Started topping reservoir with bloom nutrient blend. Shortened light cycle by 2 hours to not shock the plants into flower. Added a second layer of trellis netting. Plant A (larger of the two) is absolutely thriving, plant B (smaller of the two) is bouncing back from the water level issues earlier this week! Both plants are looking ready for flower.

This one is definitely taking her time but its looking like the end product will be worth the wait, im getting an almost lemony aroma from the tent now. Edit: 5 days on I've just started the flush since trichs are turning cloudy.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Grow 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g (I'll be switching to the "Bloom" next feed), Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Take Root @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 850ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.0 @ 74℉. 12/1- Today after doing some HST (twisting and bending branches), I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 that I allowed the excess to drain to waste. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.3 @ 73℉. 12/3- Today I let her dry out a bit more and will be watering/feeding her tomorrow after 'lights on'. Today all I did was take a quick video of her, check and rotate her pot and do a little HST on her main branches to keep her canopy as even as possible. 12/5- Well this little lady is getting big enough now to require daily watering as she's a very thirsty girl! I'm now watering until runoff daily with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 to which I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC (1.9 EC), I ph'd the solution to 6.3 @ 73℉. I also kept up on canopy maintenance by doing some lite bending of her main branches and ended with giving her pot 1/4 turn... 12/10/18 Day 54 Not long left now, started the flush 4 days ago but I feel as if I might have left it a little too late. Looking to harvest day 60, some of the trichomes are cloudy but the buds have swollen quite a bit and the calyxes are retracting more and more daily. Not too worried about the relatively short flush since I didn't really go overboard with the nutes but I'd like to get the colours to fade a little before chopping, even if this means pushing it to day 64-65.

This is amazing how that led efect all over tent and Wilma ooh its like magik liguid tranfer system and im like a lot, No going back old methods! PH is keepeng good 6.1 - 6.3 and tent heat is when open 28 celsius and 30 or 31 when hortimol is on, And still 20% not use i klic it full on when start blooming, I havent had to use extra fan upside of led once and still have to get EC meter heard that is like must have eguipment. So thats my next week projekt. But overall looking so fresh Green and healty plants that im happy. Till next week. ReggeaOkkey!
