Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Hmm these 4AM are a strange bunch lol. I seemed to have been wrong about 4AM#3 getting better in last week's update, after reviewing the pictures. After realizing this I decided to continue feeding the plants till the end albeit only Calmg and Boost(micro). I decided to give 4AM#3 a 125% dose of Calmg on Day 66. I was worried about root rot because even though she was a bigger plant she drank noticeably less water than the rest. I actually forgot to mention I have had a few fungus gnats during the grow starting at around day 35. I always let the plants completely dry out even until some leaves were really drooping from thirst, so I though I had them under control. I never noticed more than 1 or 2 at a time, which is also why I thought I had it out of control. Maybe they have something to do with 4AM#3's state, but I doubt it. Anyway, 4AM#1 and #2 are doing well. #1 has fully ripened with almost 95% cloudy trichomes, and some amber. #2 on the other hand could still use 7-10 days extra, but regretfully I cannot harvest then... #3 is at about the same stage as #2. Day 67-70: Sadly I noticed too late, but that extra strong dose of Calmg seemed to confirm my suspisions... 4AM#3 had a heavy calmg deficiency... It really is noticeably improving this time! Leaves are regaining some slight saturation! And she drank her water very quickly this time! So bummed about having to harvest this weekend... Day 73... Oh well next time I will be able to harvest more freely and at different times for each plant if needed. She still has a good bit of cloudy trichomes on her calyxes though, around 40-60%, and very very few ambers, but her sugar leaves are already full of them. As for 4AM#1, looking great! gona be the smallest buds but definately the most dank! 4#2's massive buds are still having trouble staying upright, but looking forward to those for sure! RED ALERT: Shiiiit... So as I was watering 4AM#3 on day 69, I noticed, what I'm pretty sure is, BUD ROT! Damn, I'll have a picture as part of this update. I had very bad experience with bud rot last fall(planted my autos too late in the summer, lost over half my plants and had to harvest early), but that was with 10C temps and 80%+ RH. I have FOUR fucking fans in this damn tent, and it's always over 20C! But I'll be honest, I knew if it was going to happen, it would be THAT part of the plant positioned closest to that oscillating fan I have on the peace of wood... The bud closest to it(in the corner) is in it's blind spot, doesn't get direct breeze on it. And that's the bud, and the ONLY bud that seems to have been affected. Strangely though, this bud rot feels different to the touch than the one I had last summer. Very dry, and like I said, very isolated to that ONE little part. I cut it out and have the rest of the bud drying as a tester in my room. And my entire room STINKS. I seemed to have been wrong about that last week also; The 4AM smells so much stronger than the White Cracks. See you after the Harvest!! ;) It's been awesome and a fun learning experience!

she is still branching, so i realized she needed ore space and put her out in a larger 4x4 tent as compare to the orignal 2'x2'. the tent has more cmlights then the single one in the smaller tent - this made the girl start to uptake nutrients such that there is very little drained to waste. i also put a screen to start scroging over her. the screen has large holes, so i think it may require high stress training to move the stems to the next section without breaking them. the data from grow rooms sensors etc gets overwhelming quickly and i can't really keep up. so i created a graphical animation visualizing for the composite garden data from the live garden sensor data. this is fun as things on the dashboard change colors and shape based on the sensor status. it is also interactive as i can also send commands to say control the lights, pump by clicking on them on the animation. . i am still using my doser to mix nutrients and then refill this garden manually. besides the plant response to the increased lighting , all other conditions i can adjust are still similar.

I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Crystal candy was a interesting grow. I battled ph issues off and on due to learning nutrition, and operator error basically. Still was a good harvest. Putting it in cure, in a cvault for approximately a month then to mason jars, and burping till desired humidity range in buds. Wow I am amazed at the growth in the last week. I did end up losing the one grease gun but I started a new seed and so far it is off to the races. This past week I have been running the rhize veg along with hygroben hygrozyme and hyshield. Plants are loving it! So tomorrow I am topping two and going to leave two just to see the difference in growth. All plants are attached to the same reservoir so they all have access to the same nutrients solution! I also have some exciting news I am getting a UVA light for this grow so I am really excited it should be here this week!

Day 70 - She's really getting frosty now! The smell is very sweet, like Icing Sugar. Amazing 😍 Only 1cm vertical growth this week, I think flowering stretch is over. Bud and trichome production is in full swing.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos 13th Feb 2020 The LST seems to have been a success as the plant remains healthy and seems to be growing the way I would like it to. I'm only going to give her one more week of extra light hours with the LED, and then she can stay outside, where she can transistion into Flowering Naturally. The plant seems to have a lot of it's mothers (Fastbuds GSC) looks to it, and the stem smell when rubbed is fairly similiar too. I am still hoping for some of the Red Diesel fathers Characteristics to come thru before this girls Finished. Now for the Weekly Aussie Music Videos. Vegetative week 17 just started for the Crimea Blue ladies. They got into a big storm last week but didn't got damaged at all. My spot is such a blessing, especially for the safety reason :) They got a little taller but mostly they got bushier.

Seedling popped out of the soil and is off to a good start. The led light from home depot seems to be working okay for the seedling. I think it may be stretching a little. I'll be getting the blackdog led PhytoMAX-2 400W soon.

Week 6 already, we will add some extra PK until week 7 more or less as this strain has a little longer flowering, the buds are starting to look great, they are getting bigger and longer week by week!

And the third week of flowering is behind me, Watermelon has begun to stagnate in growth so a height of about 70 cm is the maximum it will reach. 😎 At the end of the week I did a defoliation, I removed the lower leaves and branches and some of the leaves inside the plant itself, which were already very yellow. I’m still not sure what is the cause of the brown spots and leaf decay. If it’s an excess of nutrients, then the conclusion is that Purple Punch (which keeps her company in the Box) is much more resistant than Watermelon. Another possible cause is nicotine disease, because in the plant itself, there is an opening through which air enters the Box, and if there is a lot of tobacco in the room in front, it is possible. 😟 If anyone is reading this text, and has an idea of ​​the cause of leaf decay, I ask him for advice. 🙏 The flowers develop nicely, are full of already visible trichomes and begin to take on an increasingly intense scent. I photographed the plants in the Box, to see the current condition and after that I did a defoliation. For the end, I took the final photos of the plant for the end of the 6th week.
