ZodaZa - Umami Seed Co. Day 90 🚿 She was twice this week watered with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. I've increased her BioHeaven and Acti-Vera nutrients to help boost her metabolism 💪🏻 ✂️ She has been working hard on bulking her flower again this week! No work required on her this week, as her internodal spacing and low leaf count has made her super easy to manage! 🙌🏻 🌸 Her flower has grown well but still requires bulking! But you can see her other worldly appearance starting to show, with shades of dark green contrasted with the white pistils and dark purple on her sugar leaves - she really is spectacular!! Her aroma is also present, with notes of grapes and candy 👌🏻

This is longer video talking end up about the new nutrients than I'm using one for vegg. Is 855 and pkk values? And the one I'm using for Bloom is 347NPK values. II decided to decided to get something of nitrogen as well because I don't want to add a little bit of the veg for the stretch part of Bloom. I'd rather, the bloom component, have a nitrogen part. In theory, I expect to use the same amount of vege to bloom, and it seems to have worked

From day 24 preparing for flower I guess

She did some great growing , secondary nodes began growing ASAP . Transplanted day # 12 & began LST hopefully nothing too stressful I don’t want preflower pistals to start showing as soon as my last batch did I hope to pamper her into a BIG BIG girl. Light burn/nute surplus damaged a lot of my fan leaves but the actual buds are looking fairly nice. I just got a mini microscope to check trichomes and I’m flushing for these next couple weeks. +=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ Found a bunch of mini pollen sacks on plant #3 [Yellow], only started looking for them after I saw what appeared to be a seed and in turn was a immature seed in plant #1 [Blue], I think I have #3 Yellow and #2 Red clones left so will have to kill off the yellow ones when I get to it. I left exotic seeds know their plant went off, will see what they say about it. +=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ ok, not a lot is happening this week. Plants are doing well and bulking up. after checking this morning they are also much greener then yellow. So the top dressing and added calcium is helping. likely more so the immediate nitrgron from the calcium as its calcium nitrate. Hopefully it won't get to much from the other amendments as I added in more IF then before and less 2-8-4 I think they have about 3-4 weeks left now, so entering the end of its life soon. I definitely think I messed up this grow a bit, mainly when it was transitioning to flower I feel I needed to double the feed vs split it out over 4 weeks and add in some sulphur to the soil to keep the PH down when making it in veg, It does not matter how much PH down I am using they are still going high from the goal I am trying to hit. I just want it sitting more aorund 6.5 vs 7-7.5. Plant number 3 or "Yellow" is really the best out of them all. bigger plant, more buds, more frost and healthy looking. I think this might be because plant number 1 "Blue" was just a bit setback by some root issues but it still is not overly frosty its like 1 is worst 3 is best and 2 is a mix of them both. just bad to good left to right. I'm also curious to take some clones from the other plant back at my parents but I know I don't need em, just want to know if it smells any better then the current ones. I want to get strains that really smell and taste amazing. Having 2nd thoughts about making this all into bubble hash. Might save a oz or two for friends as buds to compare to the hash I want to make from this. Speaking of the the small plant I gave to my parents, it started to enter flower, they are going to have to transplant it into the backyard in full sun soon. so it will be going thought a weird reveg period then back into flower end of summer. If I go home and visit I will likely have to do this for them. They have it in the same pot that I sent it to them in and gave it a feeding of miracle grow 20-20-20 and that's great for some NPK, but it does not have any micros or secondary macros. High GD community, Week 8, Sweet Thai doing fine, but trips got to her 2, like all other plants, and now its waiting for the predatory bugs to arrive and do their thing. I think the best way ist to wait for the bugs to arrive, get them at work for minimum 2 says and only at that time, ill switch to 13/11. If everything comes on time, maybe thursday, but friday should be the goal. Ive ordered 100 bugs, needing 5 to 10 at each plant, so it will just fit the needs. When the trips invasion is defeated, the bugs need pollen to survive, so the small flowers in the plantmix is a plus for that. The Blue Dream is a plant with a very short internodal distance, at least this type that we found is reacting by remaining small, but the brunches are moving forward and I also bend them. Remember that we are growing 1 Plant worked with the techniques and one left to grow without cutting techniques with a bit of LST. There were problems with the grow. First I burned the leaves with self made insecticide. Then she got nitrogen poisoning. She grew rather small, but the smell was beautiful: fruity and exotic, pineapple 😊. I am very happy that she still managed to grow such nice buds. I only trimmed the fan leaves and hung the stalks with buds in the basement. I hope that humidity will stay reasonable. ATM there is 75% RH I will update the report after first smoke

Very dense flowers and heavy smells like cheese

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective
