day 36. light schedule was 12/12. only for this day tops looking yellow ish. so i suppose its because of the lack of light plus it stretch quite a bit. back to 18/6 then day 37. topped with RO water, 1 quart, pH to 6.0 growth spurt is real. havent seen much like this before day 38. topped with another RO water, 1 quart, pH to 6.0 reservoir water level is decreasing rapidly kinda have to change reservoir before the weekend. noted to self day 39. nothing much really day 40. decided to change the reservoir. water level is low, the reservoir came back at pH 5.2, 360ppm plant is drinking a bunch and needs more nute new regimen was still the same, 600ppm done some light defoliation just to clear some foliage day 41. nothing much still day 42. topped with RO water, 1 quart, pH to 6.0 plant is vigorous, but havent started to flower. is hydro take this long to flower? i mean it stretch almost double it size since last week and there's NO PISTIL AT ALL. NONE AT ALL. checked every one of them im running outta space, 16 inches left to the light

Day 15. Girls are steady but no major growth yet. Day 19- stardawg girls seem to be just a bit infront in terms of growth rate compared to the GSC. 2 stardawg, 2 Girl Scout cookies in soil. One of each in rockwool cubes which seem to be growing nicely. Just double stacked them today. Used the rockwool along side soil as a little experiment as I’ve had good results in the past. Due to these being autos I’m wondering if they would of all been better in cubes. Time will tell. Also had one of the Girl Scout cookies showing possible overfeeding but keeping a close eye on all plants and feeds will be just water till I establish what’s caused it. Added a top layer of soil with added nutes so that only needed to water normally and let the top mix do the work down below. Will mix in more compost tea every other day and towards the end of the week, hit it with my normal organic nutes mix. The plant is looking healthy and continues to flower out and each cola is starting to thicken nicely. I have a few leaves here and there showing some discoloration so will watch closely to ensure I don’t have a light or nute issue. Will move the light intensity to 80% on the LED panels after this next week and as long as the leaves still look good. The grow room is fairly warm (80F) and rH is high (75 – 80rH) but my CO2 levels are fairly high as well so the plants should be fine. Running 2 x HO Solarcure UVBs for 2 hours about an hour after the LED lights turn on at the beginning of the 12 hour set and for 2 hours about an hour before the LEDs turn off at the end of the set.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend! The Strawberry Banana Auto from Fastbuds is starting to smell very good and starting to stack up nicely. She is only 26 inches tall but I feel like her colas are going to be quite thick. I did a light defoliation this morning and took off all the LST tie downs. She is looking super healthy and loving this Medic Grow Spectrum X. I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and also integrating the UV/IR bars for 75 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to add a timer just for the UV/IR bars, and allow the main light to be run on a timer. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Transplanted into a bigger pot. Used a dirty old trash pot, and it was a shame to look at. So i transplanted into 38.5L fabric pot, to get an "airYY" and sexy root development :P ! As u can see, the "little monster", looks sick, and very angry. Its a sign of transplant, and bad conditions (the pot).. (SORRY lil baby plant)... But it will be better, after a few kisses and days.

Girl Scout Cookies Auto was suddenly ready to get chopped - I would've like to see a few more amber trichomes, but the fan leaves started yellowing faster, and more sugar leaves got crispy tips. Also, the smell got pretty strong over the last week or so. It was a very nice grow, and I'm curious on the yield and effect after drying and curing. Yuhbar Auto still needs a little more time, and will enjoy a few more days or weeks under the (artificial) sun, giving the trichomes more time to ripen.

The veg. continues thru week 6 and the plants grow now very healthy and gain quickly in size and diameter. They love the environment in the HOMBEOX grow-tent and the light-intensity and spectrum of the SANlight LEDs. The two EVO4-120 fixtures are still dimmed to 60%, which is plenty of light for this stage of the growth. My 12 plants are supplied with a water/nutrient-solution from a 'FLEXITANK' 100 liter reservoir via the AUTOPOT-system 'Easy2Grow'. This system has two plants per watering tray and 12 plants fit tightly into the 120x120 cm HOMEBOX tent. I add a little BIO NOVA 'BN-Roots' and 'BN-Zym' to my water and correct it with ph-minus to a ph-value of 6,0. Now the plants can take up all nutrients in the soil they need and continue to grow well. 👍😎

Everyone is looking pretty healthy however the bud development looks closer to week 3/4 imo and I really don't like the node spacing on plant #1, I wish we had limited some of her stretch sooner. I don't see large intact colas in that plant's future, probably long bud spiraled branches but its not the end of the world lol...We gave a tomato cage to the freak mainline for some added stability (she's definitely going to need it). All buds are beginning to frost and look as if they'll be coated by the end!! The grow was a complete success I am so happy and have some great quality product at the end of it. First things first the important bits the weights of each plant and what was done differently on each during the grow, plant colours can be determined by looking at the colour of the pipecleaner hooked over side throughout the grow. Pink - Wet = 548g | Dry = 106g Pink didn't have any defoliation or trimming throughout the grow, she was the untouched girl, looked the biggest at the begining but the other girls overtook in flowering in a big big way! She looked like she got root rot close to the end of the grow potentially, her leaves turned on me very quickly and I harvested her early, she wasn't quite as dry as I liked and during drying more mould occurred on some of the buds, I was left with a good 85g after being very fussy and wipping lots of buds out to protect the rest of the harvest. You can tell she was harvested a little early as doesn't taste as good or smell as good as the rest. Her buds in the jar are more compact as been curing for a week on the rest. Orange - Wet = 416g | Dry = 120g A little bit trimming/defoliation. Stripped of fan leaves on last week for flush. Blue - Wet = 466g | Dry = 121g She was smaller at the start, and I flushed too early as she had a late growth spurt and became massive, think she also developed a late root rot but caught it before any harm was caused to the buds but the leaves are a bit yellow as you can see from the final trimmed product! Also potentially so tall she may of been a bit close to the light and got a little hot. Yellow - Wet = 508g | Dry = 132g The abosolute star of the grow! We grew her originally as a backup in a spare container that is awful for growing, we ended up needing her and transplanted her in the early weeks when we broke one of the other girls. She had a good trim/defoliation throughout grow to ensure she was getting good light coverage. So from this grow I have learnt alot and will be taking the information to try and create a perfect grow next time! My plans are to use perlite to help prevent root rot in the later stages and increase air flow through the soil mix. I will also use a 9cm pot to start the grils off and transplant when they have grown out of them. I will place the scrog net in the tent early on so can use it to train the girls, probably around week 2/3. And I will do a light trim late veg and last couple weeks of flower will get a heavy defoliation. Keeps your eyes open for my pineapple express growing coming soon! ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is by far the bushyist plant with the most branches she also didn't stretch much and is packed with bud sites ,

All 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution.
